Most of my albums dont have artwork on them?

all my albums in Itunes have artwork on them. But for some reason every time I sync my Iphone 4 to my computer less and less artwork is avalible on my phone. And some are newer puchases. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried to launch Aperture with the ⌥-key held down? That may prevent it from crashing when you select the images in the Browser, because it will not try to render previews. Hopefully you can delete the images this way.
Alternately delete the project containing the bad images without selecting the images. If you delete more images than you want this way, you can retrieve the other images from the Trash in the Dock.
Can you restore your Aperture Library from Time Machine to the state it were before you tried to import?
I rebuilt the library database but now all but a few of my albums have disappeared from my projects.
Have you also tried to repair the permissions on your Aperture library?
Cleared all filters in the Library inspector?

To remove a device or computer from your Apple ID:

All songs sold in the iTunes Store are in AAC format, which as you have noticed, may require conversion when used outside of iTunes.
You can buy songs in MP3 format from Amazon MP3 or Google Play Music. Also, if you are interested, check out the DJ-oriented music download stores junodownload.com and beatport.com.
MP3s can be used without conversion in iTunes, as well as virtually every other player, program, and device.

Trouble addign Podcast, now most of my album and video artwork are black!

So I added a few free podcast, worked fine, from my ipod. Than i tried adding some more the next day. It downloaded, but wouldn't appear in the ipod. So i plugged it in, and iTunes saw all my podcasts on my ipod, but the ipod just wont' display them. So I deleted all the ones on my ipod, and added all of them from my itunes back to my ipod. Now here's where the trouble began. After that, the original podcasts icons were replaced by screenshots from the video. All of my videos are now black screens as the icons, and half of my album pictures are also black as well. Any resolution? I tried finding the uncheck box to not display artwork, but I can't find it in iTunes 8. HELP PLS!

To rectify the art on your touch do this:
Try clicking "sync music" in iTunes to "off"
then sync >>> all your music should disappear from the touch.
Then click "sync music" to "on" and re-sync.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

hi help needed. i needed to shrik my songs, i was told to create AAC versions which i did do about 20 and it saved me quite a bit of space so now i would like to do all of my music that way. only 1 big problem i have 17453 songs please please tell me i dont have to do them all seperately, and there has to be a way that either deletes the old version automatically as then i will have double that amount and would take weeks to delete all the copies. please any advice would help.

Isn't it handy that I just wrote a script called ConvertFormat that would seem to answer your need. You do need to be sure the target format you are going to switch to is good enough for your aural pleasure because once you have sacrificed some quallity to shrink the files you can't get it back. The script preserves ratings, play counts, playlist membership etc. (excluding smart playlists dependant on format/bitrate).
I'd also strongly recommend you backup your media first. If you are only doing this to make room on your local drive rather than say squeeze more onto your devices then I'd seriously consider investing in more storage as making this move now will likely only stave off the inevitable.
The script replaces each selected file with a new copy in your chosen import format/bitrate. The originals are sent to the recycle bin to give you one last chance to reverse an error. If you want to convert your whole library you will probably have to do it in stages so you can clear out the trash. I'd also make a smart playlist that identifies "large" files, i.e. those in the format/bitrate you want to convert from so that you can't accidentally downsample the same file more than once.

Open Contacts and create a Group with the recipients by drag and drop i each into the group...and of course give the group a name to use as the addressee.

What do you with songs that dont have Album Artwork? Cover flow.

I have a live concert recording from my favorite band from 2 years ago. obviously since its a live recording, there is no album artwork for it but i use cover flow, which i love.
if i dont have album artwork for even this live recording then it defeats the purpose of having cover flow. so what do i do?

Find a suitable image and add that as an illustration in the absence of an actual album cover. Just add add the image manually to the tracks you want: Adding Album Cover Art or Images in iTunes

this happened to me as well, I bought my touch a few days ago from New York and after a few uses the album art was mismatching.
The first thing I did was select all my music, and selected compilations to no for everything, this irons out most of it.
Secondly, I made the artwork for the offending tracks bigger (at least 500x500) and this cleaned up the problem almost completely.
There were two tracks left which were mismatching but I just deleted them because I don't really listen to them!

Thank you very much for your reply gdgmacguy :) I did all you suggested apart from restore as new device . Didn't know I could do that . After restore I did restore from back up only, as I didn't want to end up without contacts details on my phone. If I restore as new device how do I get my all contacts? Still will have to use back up? Sorry if it sounds like I don't know what i am doing, i just have no one to ask who would know. Thank you

Downloaded free albums and they dont have the Titles in the Album listing

I just downloaded Lollapallouza and Austin City Limits, they are full of various artists and all the album titles are off of the Original Albums not the 2 I just mentioned (I have 26,000 songs on this Ipod and I would like to put them in the right playlists). Does anyone have a list that the can Copy n Paste into this message or an e-mail? ITunes India helpline was of little to no help. Its funny that I dont have this problem with Amazon downloads, they actually list the Albums that they advertise. I have tried to go back and look at the albums but they dont allow you to look at the album twice.

Sidenote: Try right clicking on the songs invidually and clicking on "Get Artwork". This is very time consuming though depending on how many songs you have so I hope this info helps. Again I am not spamming here but TuneUp is an awesome program crestshield. it really organized my music library amazingly + as far as artwork it will find any cover out there and you usually have several choices on what art you want to use with TuneUp
