Most stable patch level ?

What is the difference b/n the version  SAP 2005 B SP:00  and SAP 2005B SP:01 ?
What is the latest patch level available?
What is the bug free and most stable patch level?

Hi,
there are no stable patch level and bug free.
if it is available, Customer won't pay the maintenance fee per year and SAP R&D team will be fired:)
The patch level is a part of SAP B1 enhancement.

  • PI 7.1 upgrade - PI_BASIS patch level in ECC

    Hello
We are looking at upgrading our XI 7.0 SP12 to PI 7.1. Our backend ECC system is at PI_BASIS SP11. Most of our interfaces with the backend are through ABAP proxies.
Will an upgrade to PI 7.1 demand an upgrade to PI_BASIS in the backend ECC system as well?
If not, what is the minimum SP level the PI_BASIS component in the backend ECC system should be at?
I don't find this information in upgrade guide; where will this information be normally available?
    Thanks
    KK

You can use PI 7.1 with any SAP system.
However, if you want to use Abap proxies based on message interfaces of type "stateless" with WS-RM protocol, the ECC requires SP 14.
The Abap proxies based on XI 3.0 protocol do not require any special patch level.

  • WHAT IS MOST STABLE VERSION OF SNOW LEOPARD

I've just completed a clean install of OS X 10.6.3.  My usual methods are to use Software Update to get the latest version of Snow Leopard and I had been using 10.6.7.  However lately I have had to do the clean install partly because somewhere along the line I downloaded a Java Update that the permissions would never clear up in Disk Utility.  This, I believe, along with a botched setup of Parallels v4.0, my business iMac machine was becoming quite unstable and slow.  Note: some of my favored applications are pre 2005 versions running under Rosetta.

However lately I have had to do the clean install partly because somewhere along the line I downloaded a Java Update that the permissions would never clear up in Disk Utility.
We all get those. They are not errors, consequently they will never be "repaired." It just means Apple hasn't updated the Permissions database.
The question should not be which version is the most stable, rather, which version is compatible with third party apps you must have and don't want to lose. As OS updates progress, PPC apps, especially, running under Rosetta, may lose some of their functionality. Updating is important in order to get the latest security patches. So, it's a possible tradeoff.
Here are my Java Permissions that won't be repaired. I think I made this screenshot for 10.6.4 or 5 and many more have been added since.

  • What is most stable combination of OS 10.4 and FCP 6

I'm having dropped frame issues that I wasn't having before. I have changed no settings but did do a 'studio upgrade' using Software Update. Now I'm having the dropped frames.
Does anyone know what the most stable combination of versions of OS 10.4 and FCP 6 is?
    my system: 17inch Macbook pro
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
    Final Cut Studio 2
    final cut 6.0.1

Unless you know of a specific issue, I'd suggest going to 10.4.10. It will have the latest patches, bug fixes, security updates, etc...
Problems that occur after updates tend to be problems that were already there.

  • Most stable version of OS 10.4.X - which X?

    Hi,
just finally upgraded our G4 to Tiger last night. Right now its at 10.4.
What's the most stable .X version to go to? I see mention of lots of other problems. Is 10.4.7 fairly stable, or is 10.4.9?
    thank you,

  • Playing overlaid sounds on set and patch levels

Can I setup MS so that the sound I use at set level can also be overlaid (played together with) the sound at patch level?
So far I've only succeeded to play the sounds with a split, and overlaying has only been possible within the same patch.
Example: set sound: piano. Patch 1: solo synth (split), Patch 2: strings (overlaid)

    Rasmus Faber wrote:
I wanna be able to use a heavy synth like Ivory (not one you want many instances of) on concert level, and then use a synth solo patch on top on one patch, then overlaying the whole ivory sound with a string patch (for example) on the next sound to be played together with Ivory (not on different keyboards) for the next patch.
That is the problem. As I mentioned earlier, you can't split a keyboard between concert & patch levels. You will have to use two keyboards.
It might be possible to set up a sound at concert level that will do most of what you want using a single keyboard.
Try setting up two keyboards in the layout.
At concert level, split your single keyboard between the two in your layout. Set up one with your heavy patch and set the other up with the other sound.
If you want to add sounds at patch level, you could try adding another keyboard or two in the Layout screen & assign a keyboard split to those. Make sure that the patch splits do not overlap either of the concert splits.
NB I am not a keyboard player, I use guitar synths which work in a slightly different way in MainStage.

    Hello Bhaskar,
    is the transport already approved?
If not approve it and try it again. (also it is a local one)
If not check the objects and unlock them manually the following way:
SE03 => Unlock Objects (Expert Tool)
But if you approve your transport... the objects should be unlocked.

  • I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2008) and am currently running Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I would like to know which is the most stable upgrade for my model. I have read some reviews of Maverick and Yosemite making the older macs slower. Is this true?

I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2008), Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53 GHz, 4GB Memory. and am currently running Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
I would like to know which is the most stable upgrade for my model? Mountain Lion, Mavericks or Yosemite?
When I had gone to the apple care centre in India a few months ago to upgrade my OSX to Mountain Lion, I was told that considering my macbook pro's specs, upgrading it would just make it less efficient, and that I should stick to Snow Leopard unless I consider buying a newer mac that would benefit from it. Is this true? I find it a bit hard to believe. Which update is most recommended?
I also notice that my mac has gotten considerably slower. While using chrome, it buffers and struggles with even just 5 tabs open. Could this have something to do with my current ios? As a precaution, I have always been making sure I have enough free space on disk i.e around 70 - 100 free out of 250GB.
    Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

Mavericks is no longer available from the App Store, so your choice is Yosemite. One option is to create a new partition (~30- 50 GB), install the new OS, and ‘test drive’ it. If you like/don’t like it it, you can then remove the partition. Do a backup before you do anything. By doing this, if you don’t like it you won't have to go though the revert process.
Check to make sure your applications are compatible.

SSRS 2008 R2 is extremely slow.  The query runs in less than a second in the dataset designer but if you try to view the report it takes over 10 minutes.  I have read this is a bug in SSRS 2008 R2.  We installed the most recent patches and
service packs.  Nothing we've done so far has fixed it and I see that I'm not the only person with this problem.  However I don't see any answers either.

    Hi Kim Sharp,
According to your description that when you view the report it is extremely slow in SSRS 2008 R2 but it is very fast when execute the query in dataset designer, right?
I have tested on my local environment and can‘t reproduce the issue. Obviously, it is the performance issue, rendering performance can be affected by a combination of factors that include hardware, number of concurrent users accessing reports, the amount
of data in a report, design of the report, and output format. If you have parameters in your report which contains many values in the list, the bad performance as you mentioned is an known issue on 2008 R2 and already have the hotfix:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2276203
Any issue after applying the update, I recommend you that submit a feedback at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/
If you don’t have, you can do some action to improve the performance when designing the report. Because how you create and update reports affects how fast the report renders.
Actually, the Report Server ExecutionLog2  view contains reports performance data. You could make use of below query to see where the report processing time is being spent:
After you determine whether the delay time is in data retrieval, report processing, or report rendering:
    use ReportServer
    SELECT TOP 10 ReportPath,parameters,
TimeDataRetrieval + TimeProcessing + TimeRendering as [total time],
    TimeDataRetrieval, TimeProcessing, TimeRendering,
    ByteCount, [RowCount],Source, AdditionalInfo
    FROM ExecutionLog2
    ORDER BY Timestart DESC
Use below methods to help troubleshoot issues according to the above query result :
