Its Top Navigation bar and the class name is "menu-item-text" .In the same top navigation bar I have subsite also when I mouse hover on that than am getting background image on mouse hover.

My mouse cursor will not change to a paint brush cursor. I have tried the preferences/cursor selection but it still does nothing, I have also tried resetting the brush tool and still nothing.

I alledgedly set up the style for the links to change background color on the top menu. For some reason which I have not been able to plumb, that ain't happenin' Can someone who knows more that I tell me where I went astray?

Hover style not applying on text

Hello,
I have created a manual menu (not the one that muse creates automatically) and tried to apply hyperlink styles to it.
Not working at all. I have done this before without issues. Would appreciate any help.
On the other hand I just wanted to ask if it is normal from adobe support chat to ask about sharing my screen.
I was chatting yesterday and was asked to do so, which I didn't. Was asking the same question, but chat suddenly was canceled
and didn't have any answer.

To confirm you with the screen sharing option, our technical team members may seek for your permission to take control of the screen ( via adobe connect session) so that they my look into the issue you facing with the Adobe Muse application. In this case, we always recommend the customers to remain in front of the screen while the technical team member is working/investigating the issue.
Please note that due to security reasons none of the technical team member is authorized to take control of the screen without customer's permission or work in customer's absence.
Coming to the issue you have reported, Could you please elaborate the query in detail? Also please share the screenshot of the settings you have made for the menu along with the site URL , so that I may look into the issue.

Mouse point will not change to a hand to select - can goto task mgr to free & then get one click & then it freezes again??

It is still happening even in these dialogue boxes. I can get one maybe two clicks of the mouse (pointer changes from arrow to hand) and then it will freeze again and I have to goto another program make a selection there or perform a mouse click and then go back to firefox. then it happens all over again.
Running Windows XP SP3

Also i have reinstalled the reader9 two times and tried with reader8 also but in both the cases same problem.
it would be gr8 help if someone can help.

JSplitPane divider does not change cursor in JDialog

I am working with a JSplitPane added to a JDialog and when
I try to move the divider the mouse cursor does not change
to the resize cursor. If I add the JSplitPane to a JFrame it works
ok. Is this a bug???

Making tooltip appear on other events (not just mouse hover)

Is there a way to make tooltip text appear besides merely the mouse hover event? For example, could you set it to appear with Click, Enter, Exit and/or Change?
And if you can, will those pesky Javascript warnings popup too?

I have three iPhone users here at work who are experiencing similar symptoms, also all starting yesterday afternoon (February 4, 2014). All events still appear in the calendars on their iPhones, but very few events appear in their calendars on iCloud.com website.
For days that show some items, viewing that day in "Day mode" on iCloud.com then causes the missing events to appear for that day. But some days show no events at all on iCloud.com, and viewing those days in "Day mode" does nothing.
All three users tend to have lots of "all-day" events on their calendars.
It is as though the iCloud.com website's calendar is not properly refreshing or displaying the events which are clearly still saved in their iCloud accounts.
(As a side, all three users can still see all events in Outlook on their PCs, which is set to sync with the iCloud accounts).
Anyone else seeing this or have any suggestions?

Why the mouse pointer in Logic Pro does not change shape during work in OSX 10.9.1?

I've a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch Late 2013 and I'm using two external displays. One connected to to the HDMI port (display 1) the other to thunderbolt (display 2). The MacBook display is closed. I’m working with Logic Pro 9.1.8 (32bit) with OSX 10.9.1
Why the mouse pointer in Logic Pro does not change shape during work???
It was already difficult with OSX 10.9 but now after upgrading to 10.9.1 it's game over!
At least before I could select which display use Logic Pro to have all the shape functions of the pointer. Not in both displays, so to be forced to edit in ONLY ONE of the two displays using this workaround: (right click on Logic icon in Dock: Option --> Desktop on Display 1). Now or I select “Option --> All Desktops” or does not work. However, by selecting all displays you say goodbye to Mission Control. This can’t be a solution!!!
The amazing thing is that Nuendo has no problem while Logic Pro, Apple's native software, it can't!
With Nuendo it’s indifferent in which display you are working, the shape of the mouse pointer changes shape depending on the requirement in both displays.
This thing drives me crazy!

But this aren't really solutions but workarounds. Use Logic in all desktops makes Mission Control useless!!

I installed all over again by formatting as suggested by the genes of pro application support. Each plug-in, each virtual instrument, a job that lasted 3 days. And as suggested for each new plug-in I proceeded to check the proper functioning of Logic Pro and did each time a back up with Time Machine.
The Result:
Logic works as it should ONLY on the primary monitor and ONLY on the first desktop.
BUT
Reason and Nuendo dont' have this issue !!
I believe that Apple developers are thinking only to mobile phones and things like messages or face time.
And that's not all!
After a few weeks, perhaps by installing a version of Adobe Acrobat, I say maybe because I'm not sure, logic has stopped working properly. Again problems with the mouse pointer.
Luckily I had a back up! But now I'm terrified to install new programs. Thanks Apple!

Style sheet changes not appearing in RH10

Searching for an answer before I posted, I saw this question from a member named Pam about RH11 posted almost a year ago, but I don't see an answer. I'm hoping there is an answer!
After many years of working in RoboHelp and carrying on with inline styles, I'm now looking into changing over to style sheets. I've been tinkering with them in some test projects, and I'm having the same problem that Pam did. The process of creating and applying a style sheet is simple, as far as I can tell, yet I can't get the style sheet formatting to appear. It's in the HTML--I see the .css specified, and there are only heading tags and so on present instead of inline stuff--yet the fonts I've selected appear neither in the Styles and Formatting pod nor in the Design view of the topic. I searched Adobe for help and found this: ROBOHELP 10: Creating CSS for a Topic | Tech Comm Suite Highlights | Adobe TV. I did exactly the same steps, but my fonts and spacing do not change as they do in the video. They don't appear different, that is. When I go into the style sheet, my selections are in there; they're just not displayed on the screen. I compiled a chm file to see if by chance the changes might appear there, but no.
I tried this both with existing and new topics in a test copy of an existing project and with a brand new project created in RoboHelp that had none of my usual baggage. Any ideas?

When I opened your CSS it was written as below.

That was because, as Amebr had picked up, you must have had Desktop setting in the media dropdown when you applied the style. The result is that if you are viewing in any less than 1024px, Arial will not be applied and you will get the browser default on the user's machine.
With media set to None, I defined h1 and p again using Rh's CSS editor and the following was appended.

Go back to your real project and define your styles with media set to None. Take a copy of the exising CSS first for safety. Delete any styles with media rules applied.
Create the styles by right clicking and using CSS Editor. Clean up by right clicking and using HTML Editor (the css will open in Rh and you can work on it as if in a text editor.

Some ‘dumb’ questions just so we don’t assume what you have done:
Batteries installed with both + poles pointing to the top as you hold the mouse?
Mouse switch has been returned to the ‘on’ position - do you see a green light? First it will be solid green and then flashing green as the mouse tries to pair with the computer.
Try clicking the mouse a few times as it’s trying to pair.
If you don’t see a green light, try wiping off all battery contacts and reinserting the batteries. If still no green light and the mouse switch is ‘on’, are these old rechargeable batteries that been recharged many times or are they fresh normal batteries (not rechargeable batteries)?

Stroke styles are disabled in HTML5 Canvas document type as the target platform doesn't support those. Please check your document tab if it reads '<yourfilename> (Canvas)' then you have created a HTML5 Canvas document.
If you have created HTML5 document by mistake, then you can copy paste your layers into AS3 document then you can change the stroke style to your desired option.

Mouse Hover Color in Horizontal Dropdown Navigation

Hi,
Mouse Hover color in the Horizontal Dropdown Navigation scheme is not changed even if you apply a different stylesheet. It remains the default blue. Is there a setting some where or it needs to be modified in the navigation scheme.

Are you talking about the mouse hover color for the dropdown menu entries? That stylesheet class is defined in a different stylesheet. Look in
<imageserver dir>\imageserver\plumtree\common\private\js\jsportalmenus\122846\styles\css\PTPMMenu.css.
The number might be different on your system. If you view the HTML source on a portalpage and search for PTPMMenu.css you will see the number your portal is using. The styleclasses you want to change in PTPMMenu.css are .PTPMMenuBody .hoverand .PTPMMenuBody .hover td. You might also need to change other classes with the highlight color depending on the type of entries you have in your menus.

Mouse hover doesn't produce preview in an application

I use a Bible program called Logos 5. For months I have had an issue where my mouse hover over a reference doesn't produce a preview, but only in one area of the program - my personal notes.
Recevied an email from the comany that said,
That specific tool tip is one that we are relying on Apple to make a call back to us for it to appear. What this means is at some point you, or a piece of software you’ve installed, or changed settings from, has modified the Apple tool-tip settings which is, in this case, disabling that tool-tip. The fact that it does appear when you hold down a modifying key also points to the fact that this is a system setting that has been modified.
Any clue what program or setting could have interfered? I do not have this problem on an older iMac with the same program & files loaded.

I don't have any problem with this function and the discovering of BT
target. I made the test of the PC of my collaegue and It works fine too.
Two tests done : One with a own Vi and an own application on my PC ==> everything OK
                            One with the Vi and application of Aquila1981 from the folder "rest.zip" (see first thread)==> everything OK

Mouse Hover in some browsers displayed...

I noticed something funny while testing my website in browser labs. I have some css rules to change some background colors for mouse hover. In the browsers I tested, Firefox 4.0 for Windows seems to show these rules for approximately the center of the page (e.g. it acts as if there is a mouse hovering there).
Since this is not consistent between browsers, it would be preferable if the mouse didn't hover over pages at all (unless you can let us set where and do this for all browsers).
edit: actually this stopped and then reappeared, so it seems to be inconsistent even within the same browser. It's hard to tell if I messed up a css rule when the displayed page might be different in browserlab between refreshes (but without a change in my code).
