Mouse Not Working Please Help

Question

All of a sudden when I use my mouse the open windows rotate on its own. It is the equivalent to what happens when i simultaneously click the buttons on the left & right side of the mouse. I use this feature often but now it changes windows on its own. I'm not even touching the buttons, i'm just moving the mouse around. Anyone know how to fix this??? Thanks in advance
