Move pics from inbox to photo album

How do I move pictures emailed to me from my inbox on phone and save in my photo album on phone?

email attachments can only be viewed, you cannot move, cut, copy, paste...
you will need to download the picture emailed to you on your iphone to your computer and if you want, upload to your photo album on your iphone.
hope this helps.

If you press and hold the photo in the email then after a second or two you should get a popup with a list of options, one being to save it to the camera roll.

Can I use iMovie to save the video from my Videos Album to my Camera Roll?  That seems like it would be the easiest way, but I don't want to spend the $5 for an app that won't do what I want it to do.

Also, iTunes on MacBook says phone is locked. It is not.

Not really....I just took pics on my ipone yesterday amd they are stored in camera roll...not photostream.  All my software is up to date.  Unless I am not seeing something here...this is an annoying bug.

What is your MacOS X version and iPhoto Version?
If your Mac OS X and IOS ob your iPhone supports Photo Stream, add the the photos to the Photo Stream and import them to your camera roll.
Or send an email to yourself, then you can open the photos on your iPhone,
Or create an album in your iPhoto Library and add the photos that you want to upload and use iTunes to sync the album to your iPhone.

  • Can't move mail from Inbox to Folders nested within the Inbox after SP2 RU7 update

I'm running Exchange 2010 SP2 RU7 (Recently upgraded from SP2 RU3) after this upgrade it appears that I have users who can no longer move mail from their inbox into folders that are nested in their inbox. (not .pst folders) these folders reside on the server
with the mailbox. When the users try to move a mail they receive and error message that says "Cannot move the items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied." This behavior is always from a 2007 Outlook
    Client (always)
From OWA when we try to perform the same action the error that comes up is "Some items could not be moved. This may be because the folder has reached it's size limit."
From 2010 Outlook client (NO PROBLEMS) can move mail without issue.
I've ensured the users mailbox is well within it's size limit. This is mailbox that has a 25G limit because of it's use. It currently using 4 gigs of space out of the 25g.
EVEN STRANGER....it's not all emails that are having the issue moving. It appears to be any / all emails that are generated. There's no one domain (at last count there were 29 different unique domains these emails are coming from). What I mean by generated
emails are emails coming out of ERP systems or CRM systems. Such as invoicing or process ordering. I don't know if that's just coincidence or not, but we've consistantly had no issues moving mail out of the inbox into folders as long as it was sent by a live
    user mailbox.
    Thanks for any feedback

    Hi,
Based on my research, it’s a known issue that some users cannot delete some messages after installing Exchange 2010 SP2 RU6 or SP3:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822208
And I recommend you try Martina’s suggestion.
Moreover, I also recommend you try to use MFCMapi to move emails from inbox to subfolder.
    1) Download MFCMapi (found at: http://mfcmapi.codeplex.com/).
    2) Run the tool on your client machine and click "Session" -> "Logon".
    3) Select the Outlook profile in which you have been trying to move the data.
    4) Double-click the container that shows the users' email address.
    5) Expand "Root - Mailbox" and "IPM_SUBTREE".
    6) Right-click on "Inbox" and select "Open contents table"
    7) From here you will want to locate one of the encrypted messages and right-click on it and copy it to the sub-folder that has been your target when using Outlook.
If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.
    Thanks,
    Angela Shi

  • Move email from Inbox to Local Folder using Message Filter moves header only, not contents.

I created a Message Filter to move email from Inbox to a Local Folder based on Date. The email headers were moved, but not the contents. Since I'm using IMAP, all the emails were deleted from the server.
I searched for similar problems and I followed one suggestion to "repair" one of the target Local Folders, but that made things worse. Now the header information (Subject, From, Date (now set to the date the transfer was done, not the email received date) is all blank.
The Local Folder properties indicate the email is contained in
    mailbox:///C:/Users/Ted/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/c65xcqqf.default/Mail/Local Folders/Archives.sbd/2010
I can see the messages from other Local Folders here, but the ones "moved" are empty.
    Should this location be changed?
Is there some way to recover the email contents?

how do i move files from videos to photos si i can send them via whatsapp etc

What is it then? How and what exactly do i use it for? My i pad says there is not enough storage available so i have purchased more in i cloud. I now want to save some TV programmes and films to i cloud to free up some space but don't know how to... When you are told there is not enough space to download you are prompted to go to settings and to purchase more storage - so it is not unreasonable to assume that this will solve the problem - or am I missing something here? Or is this just a way for apple to get money out of me?
If this is not what it is meant for then what is it meant for? Is it just space to back up files to? If so then surely what i need is stored there - so i can delete the TV programmes from my i pad and grab them from i cloud later?
    Am rather perplexed...

Have an 'other' email set up on iPhone 4s; cannot delete or move messages from inbox. Help?

    Try resetting the iPhone,
Reset your iPhone by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPhone will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data or settings.
If the does not work then delete that email account and set it up again,
Settings > Mail > select the account > delete account.
Take a note of the account settings before doing this to help you set it up again.
