Move to back function

I can't get "move to back" slider to move so I can send an object to back in pages. Anyone else have this?

there has to be at least two "objects" on the page, not text and one object. I get it everytime if there is more than one object, but it is not available if only 1.

How can I disable the mouse button 4 and 5 "forward" and "back" functions through firefox?

I've seen this problem come up on forums before but was unable to find a good solution.
When using Ventrilo, I have my speak button bound to the mouse button 4 of my logitech mouse. This button is conveniently placed for gaming because it makes use of my otherwise unused right thumb, and I have been using it for years and probably couldn't adjust if i tried to change it.
Firefox uses mouse button 4 for the "back" function, meaning that if i'm on ventrilo while browsing the web with firefox, i have to remember to move the cursor to the menu bar at the bottom of my screen or go back a page. it's infuriating if i forgot, especially if i'm playing some sort of browser game at the time, as i basically have to restart whatever i'm doing.
The only solutions i've found for this involve binding mouse button 4 to some other (rarely used) key, which is an annoying solution at best, or changing some vital computer files, which I dont have the expertise to do myself and dont trust anyone else to do for me. It's an absolutely unacceptable solution anyway: why should i have to change my computer's files to disable a function which should be editable through firefox?
does anyone know how this can be fixed? or know how we can get mozilla to put this feature into some future patch, as other people have been asking them to do for YEARS?

This can be a highly frustrating problem. I just spent 45 minutes working on an email. Nearing the end I go to grab my mouse after typing and accidentally hit mouse 4 and lose everything. This isn't the first time I have lost work or an email. I would say the ONLY reason why there currently lacks a strong feedback against this is because the majority of people do not have mouse 4+5 buttons on their mice. Please add the option to just disable this "feature". It's just far to easy to accidentally hit these buttons accidentally and potentially lose a lot. I don't know anyone who actually uses these buttons anyways.

I use my ipod for audible books downloads. In the past I have been able to move books back and forth from library to ipod according to what I was listening to. I can no longer retreive books in the library. Any suggestions?

I use my 6th generation Ipod strictly for Audible downloads. In the past, I have been able to move titles back and forth from the Ipod and my Itunes library, to control the amount books on the ipod. Recently, an exclamation mark has appeared next to the titles as I try to transfer to the ipod, and the book does not transfer. Any suggestions on how to regain access to my purchased library?

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.

Inadvertently moved my masters-how can I move them back?

I'm hoping someone here can help me. I'm very new to Aperture, and somehow managed to move my masters for a bunch of my files out of the Aperture library. At least, I'm assuming that's what happened and caused the little red slash in the bottom right of the image previews. How can I move them back? I can locate the folder that I assume was created from the move. I'd be really grateful for any assistance.

These were referenced or managed images? The only way to move them out of the library, and have Aperture not track the move, is to open the library package by right clicking and choosing "show package contents." This isn't easy to do accidentally.
If they weren't managed, they wouldn't have been in the library. In this case, if you moved them around in the finder, then Aperture can loose track and you'll get the missing image icon. If that's the case, you'll need to right click on the image in Aperture and choose "Manage Referenced Files..". From there you can reconnect to your images. Once they are reconnected, and if you want them contained in your Aperture library as managed images, you can choose to "Consolidate Master..." from the "File" menu. This will move them into the Aperture library.

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

Can you move files back and forth between an iPad and a PC using iTunes?

If I read this article correctly, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4094 I should be able to connect my iPad to my PC, fire up iTunes and then on the Apps tab in iTunes I should be able to click on an app, Pages for example and then just drag files onto the Pages Documents column from a Windows Explorer window.
This is great. I was hoping to use DropBox but it is such a hassle I don't know why people are so thrilled with DropBox on iPad. If I can just move files back and forth using iTunes that should be fairly easy. I wish there was a way to just upload my files to iCloud from my PC but the iCloud control panel app for Windows only seems to connect Outlook, Photostream and Bookmarks. I want to be able to just carry my iPad and not have to deal with a computer.

I made a noob mistake and created at topic for something there was already a topic for. However I wanted to clarify what I am trying to do. I realize that my ipod is mapped to a drive with windows, however the ipod changes the names and seemingly randomly places the songs within its directory structure. Unfortunately you do not have direct access to iOS backs in iCloud.
I am not sure what you mean by:
It's locked with an enterprise (third party code)
Do you mean it is a corporate device and managed by Mobile Device Management software?
If so the IT department can reset the passcode.
Other than that, there is no third party iOS app that can lock the device at that level unless it is jailbroken and then no one here can help you.

I use daqmx api which named DAQmxRegisterEveryNSamplesEvent to register my call back function,When I invoke the function DAQmxErrChk (DAQmxStopTask(taskHandleAnalog)) to stop my Task.then i call the procedure AD_OPEN  again,it raise an error ,tell me that i need to unregister the event,the data has transfer into the buffer.how can i unregister the event,please look at the following code.

This may be a bit late, so hopefully you found this on your own. But in order to unregister the event pass a null value for the callback function parameter in the DAQmxRegisterEveryNSamplesEvent function (Nothing in VB).
