Move to new install only the email and password ?

I had thunderbird installed on the old machine and i have a full backup from drive c: , but now on the new machine i want to transfer only the email and password. how to do that?

I started by writing that I didn't know what you meant by "i want to transfer only the email and password", but that got lost when I went off to another page to look up the profiles article.
People use the word "email" very loosely and it could mean any or all of email address, email account, email server, email message, or email client.
So, in this statement: "i decided to move email and pass", I take it "email" means your account settings?
If you don't need that 15 GB of data why not just delete it from inside Thunderbird? Might be much easier than trying to dissect your profile. ;-)
I'd copy the profile, then delete the Mail and ImapMail folders from the copy, and try with that. I'd hope and expect it to recreate the missing folders. Note that your profile will be hidden by default so you'll need to enable viewing of hidden files and folders.
It's not a big profile that slows Thunderbird so much as having a few very large folders. Splitting a large folder into a few smaller folders can help enormously, and that's the main point and advantage of the Archive folders; old data is moved from current folders into additional folders, spreading the load.

If you remeber the password to that Apple ID then follow these steps
1 - Make sure you have an email address that is NOT an Apple ID
2 - Go to AppleID.Apple.com
3 - Where it reads Manage Apple ID - Sign in
Once you are signed in want to make sure the email address you are wanting to use is NOT set up as a "Recovery/Rescue" email for this account.
[To check this - Main page where you see Primary ID - below do you see the email address you want to use listed towards the bottom? Yes - Delete / No - Good ./. If made any adjustments "Save" Next on the left select "Password & Security" - Answer your security questions you set up "if you have any" then scroll towards the bottom and check to see if you see the email address you want to use. Yes - Delete / No - Good] <-> Also you can change your password on this page as well. Any adjustments made "Save"
Once this is done go back to the main page where you should read "Primary ID" and change the email address that is showing to the new email address youo want. "Save" Done

If you can access the device: Tap Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings.
If you can't do that then you need to Restore it as New:
Locked Out, Forgot Lock or Restrictions Passcode, or Need to Restore Your Device: Several Alternative Solutions

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

You can't im afraid. I wanted to do the same and got the following from Apple:
I am sorry, you cannot update your email address to MobileMe address as each Apple ID is unique.
Ross, I would like to let you know that, you cannot change your Apple ID if it was at any time a .Mac or MobileMe email address, even if your subscription has ended or been canceled.
The email address that ends in .me is already an Apple ID as well, as when you set up a MobileMe email its automatically set up as an Apple ID. So you cannot use this email address on another account. It is permanently associated with your MobileMe Apple ID.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

New install all Bookmarks, History and passwords have vanished

OK not happy....
1. Firstly I never gave firefox permission to install the new 29.01 firefox, I just booted up my macbook pro and bingo firefox was installed!!!
2. now I no longer have any passwords, bookmarks or any History, If I knew firefox was going to just install it self i would of back up all bookmarks and passwords.
So now I no longer have anything i have looked around this forum all all it explains is how to recover them from a saved file ( which i have done before ).
So now I might as well go and find another browser as there is nothing i can do... and i dont need a browser in my life that just dumps everything!!!

If you need to change the iCloud ID on your phone, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.

i have selected the cube and then in grouping i have selected data flow afterwards only.
And i have selected the queries only. but the cube is selected again. Should i uncheck the cube and install only the queries and transport it?

If the required cube is already avaialble and continue with the existing design, you can uncheck the cube and install only queries. Check all the prerequisites before installing queries like used infoobjects, other targets if any.

I just received final cut studio today. If I install only the application it will required 4 GB according to the box it came in.
Since I dont have enough HD space, may I install only the application and be able to edit videos?

Someone else will know the maximum HD you can get.. I think 250 Gigs.. but could be wrong.
In any event, you will need much more space on your drive if you are concerned about 4 GB on your 120 GB drive. For one thing you need to maintain a pad of 15 to 20 percent empty space on your system drive at all times.
You can install various elements of the suite while not installing all of the tutorials and help files. But you will need DVD Studio Pro if you intend to burn DVD's.
You will also need to purchase a separate firewire drive for your media. It's hard on the internal drive to run the program and seek the video/audio at the same time.
