P67A-GD65 (B3) latest BIOS update won't change CPU multiplier

Hello everyone, Before I explain my problem these are the components I'm using.
Motherboard:P67A-GD65 (B3)
CPU:Intel 2600k
So just recently I flashed my BIOS to the most recent version which is 4.3. and before this I was running my multiplier at 4.5 with no issues. But now when I change my multiplier programs like CPU-ID and CoreTemp aren't reflecting the changes being made in my BIOS they just show the stock speed the CPU runs at which is 3.4GHz. But then windows shows that the changes have been made so I don't know what to believe. Also in the BIOS screenshot you can see at the top it says my CPU is running at 3.8 GHz You can check out the screen shots to see what I mean. Anyways my question is, Is my CPU really overclocked right now or is Windows lying to me and if it is, how can I fix this?

Unfortunately the re-flash of the BIOS to official 4.3 didn't make any difference to the problem.
CPU is still throttling down from 4.5GHz to 3.9GHz as soon as load is applied.
Can you confirm what settings I should have for -

Overspeed Protection
Intel C-State
Any other ideas?
I do a lot of video encloding work and this throttling is increasing encode times significantly, i.e. from 4-hours to 7-hours.

Can't change the multiplier.

I recently bought an MSI K7N2-DELTA ILSR motherboard, an Athlon XP 2600+ 333fsb and a 512MB DDR-400.
The correct multiplier for this CPU is 12.5, but even if I select this multiplier from the bios it is not saved, it always changes back to 11,5 after reboot . So my system is running at 166*11.5 = 1909 instead of 2075mhz.
The only thing I can do to increase the speed to 2075 is to change FBS to 181 but this way the memory speed drops to 362.
I’ve updated and tried to clear the bios but nothing changed.
What can I do? Thanks in advance for your advise.

The latest Bartons from AMD are locked, and the wire trick does not unlock them. The only way is changing the L6 bridge so the CPU thinks it is a Moble CPU and then it unlocks the multiplier.

Well here's a new one, but I might be speaking too soon. I certainly hope not!
The AirPort checked out just fine at the Apple Store, and sure enough within an hour back home my connection/browsers crashed. I shut down the computer and unplugged the gateway. It ran smooth for three whole hours before crashing this time (the longest time on record).
There's been one more thing in the back of my mind, and before calling the DSL company to return the gateway I figured I'd give it a try.
I unplugged the KENSINGTON wireless optical desktop for Mac, keyboard and mouse with the RF receiver, and guess what?
I haven't crashed in " 10 entire hours"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG RECORD!
Who would know? Not I.
I emailed Kensington Support and asked whether the RF reciever might interfer with a wireless connection via airport, but I don't expect a reply. Niether a reply from the Yahoo!SBC/DSL support, because nothing, i.e. no video works with Mac OSX on their homepage. Bummer! But that's another problem I CAN ignor.
Has anyone here ever heard that a wireless keyboard and mouse can mess around your airport connection?

Yeah iťs working now. As I said, I wanted flash older Bios 2.4, so for sure I click on restore defualts in bios (for sure before flashing) in that 2.64 Bios version...
PC restarts and my graphic card started working =)...
So now I am running on that the latest Bios as you refered mi (2.64 beta).
I am running some test of stability on @ 4 GHz with 1.070 V (IBT,Prime,memmaxx,linx,cinebench,occt,super pi, 3d mark) temps are 62 C max...
So I guess it's ok now =)
At the end I have one question :
My Cpu is now running on 40 x ratio all the time, there is no some underoverlocking ratio (16x etc.) when it's in idle. I was thinking the Ivy Bridge overclocking is overclocking of turbo only...
I know It's detail, because I have good temps even in idle with 40x ration (33-39 C) but i want to be assured if it is ok.

And btw I didnť have 2.4 bios flash on, I wanted put them on... But before flashing my 2.64 beta started working right with HD 7850 as is wrote upper.
I had Bios 2.5 before 2.64

I'm getting somewhere now... the strange thing is I can no longer simply set neither the multiplier I want, nor memory timings after clearing the CMOS?? I have to keep the multiplier @ 10, the RAM @ 2T and raise the FSB 10MHz at a time (200-210-230-240) in order for the machine to keep posting? I can then change the multiplier to 11, reboot & change the memory to 1T.
My point is I can't clear the CMOS and make all the changes without the machine failing to even post afterwards! If I do as above the machine continues to post and I end up with exactly the same result. KT4V-L...Can't change multiplier

What's up guys, had the board for about a month now, couple of quick questions. I am running and XP 2400+, I can move the FSB and have the system running stable at about 145 FSB. I am also running pc 2700 DDR Ram. For whatever reason, the multiplier seems to not change from 15. Whenever I change it, I have to reset the cmos because the system won't boot. Any ideas?

The MSI KT4V can only unlock multipliers from 6 to 12.5 anything higher than that, you cannot change from the BIOS. The Athlon XP 2400+ CPU itself is locked. You will have to physically modify it in order to change the multiplier higher than 12.5

In Cell Menu you will find something like CPU VID / Over VID. The first will be set to Startup (=you CPU default volts) and the 2nd will be disabled but you can set them manually to CPU VID = 1.4 and OverVID to 3.3% / 5% etc to let the CPU use higher volts when Oc'd. Good luck !

You change the country in the account configuration in the iTunes app. It is easy to do on iTunes on a computer.
To update apps you will have to work through each app as updates come. Others report that at first the MAS wants to charge them for the update, but as the go through the motions the MAS then confirms that they have previously purchased the app and updates for free. To test this, start with updating a free app or an inexpensive app.

I want to correct my iCloud ID as the email address I used to set it up will no longer exist when I move.
If I delete the account it says will delete all my contact, calendar, etc. data from my device and I could not deal with that.
How can I change it and save my data on my devices?

I have already changed my Apple ID, but now I need to change my ICLOUD ID.
I can delete the iCloud ID, but then it tells me that it will delete all the data from my device - calendars, contacts etc. which would be totally unacceptable. One of the other threads says you can select save my data, but unless that option is buried it does not appear on the deletion screen.
So the question remains - how do I change my iCloud ID to a valid email address. The one I used to set it up will go away in a week when I move and cancel my present Internet service. Comcast doesn't provide service where we're moving so the email address will go away.
