Moved from 30D to 7D but still magenta problem in RAW conversion / decoding

Hi,
I had a lot of problems with the RAW conversion in A3 with my 30D: high iso shots made red became magenta. Now I own a 7D but the problem remains. I can not believe this ! A good performing RAW decoding is essential for a 'almost' pro application like A3, isn't it?

I've noticed on this forum and another forum some other people also suffer this problem. There might be a temporary 'solution': putting vignetting on and then set both sliders to zero ...and the red becomes red in preview (instead of magenta)... very strange ... but I really don't like it this way

Thanks for this mha007 - I can now open FF with a new profile. Can I copy my settings from the old profile or will this bring over the same problem, maybe a corrupt file. If it would bring the same problem, is there any way I can check which file is corrupt, apart from taking them over one by one?

And that's exactly the problem, because everyone should have their own account for iCloud. You can share an Apple ID for iTunes & App Store purchases, but you shouldn't do that for iCloud (Mail, Calendar, Contacts etc. ... ...and Photos). The problem of using the same account together could mean that only your dad's photos were stored.

Who exactly are you addressing this post to? And what exactly are you posting? We are just users like you, and have no idea what you are referring to. If there is something you would like to ask - user to user - please do so. Otherwise, you are wasting your time complaining about Apple, since we are not Apple.

There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?
If you restored as New and still the problem persiist, then it time to take a trip to the Apple store.

This is a known issue with Apple. I can't sent iMessages either...It' doesn't matter how many times I power down my phone, delete messages or disconnect from wifi...Very frustrating.

Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

Ipad suddenly runs only in a low resolution. Did an itunes restore, but still same problem.

After all you've tried, Dah*veed is probably right about needing warranty assistance.
But first check to be sure Settings-Airplane Mode is set to OFF, and Settings-WiFi-WiFi is set to ON.
Try unplugging your WiFi router for a few seconds. Then reset the iPad's network. Go to Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings. You will need to reconnect to your WiFi.
