Recenly bought r9 290 card not detecting in Device manger - First of all here are my specifications :
Motherboard :MSI Z68AGD80 (b3)
Processor : I5 2500k
8GB Ram Gskill
5tb HDD +1 SSD 256 GB
PSU : corsair TX 750
I even flashed the motherboard bios with latest Bios provided by my MSI but no luck
I dont understand why the card is not detecting .. I tried to flash the card with vbios which is supplied by sapphire on their Wesbite By it is always showing adapater notfound there by I concluded the card was not detecting ..
Before this I replaced 3 cards since I thought cards are the issues .. first I replaced asus then other 2 cards are sapphire ..
But on otherside My old 6850 HD card is working fine ..
When I place the card in slot and boot from motherboard dvi I am unable to detect the card in Device manager

People tend to volunteer their time to answer questions on here when they get a chance i.e. when they have a bit of spare time from the work they are paid to do. JS CS5.5-Moving Selected Objects-Please Help!!

I have a scritpt that will apply a certain object style to the selected items in the document. I am trying to add a "move" to this scirpt. I would like every item selected in the document to move down .125 inches. I know this is much simpler than I think it is, I've always had trouble with bounds in scripts. If anyone could please help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I suppose if I was going to be picky, I should have provided my code initially, rather than waiting for csm_phil and then posting something else. Anyhow, I think it is better to use:

This changes the scriptPreferences, not the viewPreferences, which means that even if you screw up and don't set it back, it does not affect the user. It also means it is one variable to change and not two. We take care to save the units and set them back, so other scripts and users are not affected. We even use a try/finally block so that if an error condition is thrown by the move, we reset the measurement unit afterwards anyhow.
Lastly, unlike csm_phil, I don't cancel the selection at the end. I didn't see Danny asking for that and I don't think it's what you would want.

How do I organise iTunes purchases/content after moving abroad? Please help...

Please can someone advise in simple terms, I am so confused!
I have recently moved with my young family from the UK to the USA. We are hoping this will be a permanent move, but this is yet to be confirmed. We will be visiting the uk hopefully every year and no doubt take the phones and iPads with us. Between us we have:
Ipad 2
Ipad minis x 2
Apple TV
iPhone 4s
iPhone 5c
All my iTunes content is stored on my hp laptop, including many CDs and DVDs that I converted to an apple format. Purchases in the uk include 10 albums, 10 movies, 1 tv show, 27 books, a gazillion apps (most of those free, apart from I know I purchased minecraft and the kids have spent hours creating worlds on there!). Most of all this is for the children. I don't tend to store any content on the devices themselves unless we are planning a long trip. We tend to rely on wifi and home sharing to access all content from my laptop.
I've just started to look at changing the iTunes Store location/credit card from the UK to the USA. I went to an apple shop to help me do this to make sure I was going about it the right way, I even purchased frozen movie from iTunes Store whilst I was in the apple store, to check it worked. It did, but on the device I updated - ipad 2 - I can no longer see the movies or music that were there before. I've refrained from changing any other devices as yet. The apps all seem to be there however. (I understand that some of these apps may not get updates if I don't change to the USA iTunes Store, since they were obtained in the uk).
I basically need to understand what options I have in terms of easily being able to access all content (whether converted or downloaded content) ideally via homesharing, as the kids are used to that.
1) in settings do I keep the uk iTunes Store and uk credit card linked to it, and continue to make purchases from there (is this even possible?) Would purchasing a uk VPN help with this?
2) in settings do I convert to the USA iTunes Store and USA credit card - on all devices - and if so, how can we access all our content? If this is an option I would greatly appreciate instructions on what to do.
I think one option would be to just change the country/credit card details in settings each time we wish to access something from the 'other' store - but this isn't really practical with all our devices and 2 young kids who just wouldn't understand why they can't see all their movies in the cloud! I don't have time to permanently be switching details on their devices all day!

You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
That is sometimes refured of redownloading from iCloud.
If the media is not current available from iTunes/APp store yo can't rdownload it. In the USA, ringtones and audio books are not redownloadable.

After much mulling I have installed Oracle 12c (64b) on my Windows 7 64b SP.
Apparently everything is working fine, I can access both from the web (EM Express) an SQL Plus as SYS for example.
he probelma is:
I downloaded and unzipped winx64_12c_examples and have installed correctly.
I have verified that you have added the files in the respective folders.
For example, in C: \ Oracle12c \ product \ 12.1.0 \ dbhome_1 \ demo \ schema \ human_resources I have the 10 files.

Duplicate Members - Please help!

Can anyone please give me a good explanation of how to add duplicate members in an ASO cube via Essbase Studio? Firstly, I have created an inner join between parent and child members of one of my minischema tables. Next, I go to the model properties and check the "duplicate member support" option. I then go to the member that I want to allow duplicates for and in the "outline build" tab I check off *"Ignore duplicate members, do not move"* I'm assuming this means that when a duplicate member is encountered it should be allowed to stay in the cube... Anyways, when I try to deploy the cube this way, the duplicates don't come thru. Am I following the correct process for adding duplicate members?
I've also read that my member name needs to be fully qualified. How do I do this in Essbase Studio?

Can you try closing the outline without saving and manually adding in some to see exactly where the error is? It sounds like there is a duplicate member not marked as Share. Are you using a load rule to build the outline? I agree with the last post about checking the dimension build settings.

Moving folders. Please help me with my script!

Pretty much I'm making a script that facilitates moving files into other files that are in other files and so on. First of all, I ask how many folders are within that folder. Example: Folder 1:Folder 2: Folder 3: Final Destination of Folder that wants to be moved. Then depending on the amount of folders that are within eachother, I will ask them the name of each folder so I know the file path to the destination of the folder that wants to be moved. I will then move the chosen folder to its destination. This is my script so far:

Without seeing your original source setup, it's hard to know quite how to set this up, but...
Why are you asking the user these questions at all? Let me explain...
Given a designated folder:
set theFolder to (choose folder)
You can find out yourself how many folders there are within it:
tell application "Finder"
          set theAmount to count folders of folder theFolder
end tell
So, for one, you don't need to ask the user how many folders there are - you already know (although you can still ask if you want).
More importantly, though, you don't have to rely on the user knowing the folder names (and typing them correctly). Give the user the ability to choose from a list:
tell application "Finder"
          set folder_list to name of folders of folder theFolder
          set theAmount to count folder_list
          set theName to choose from list folder_list with prompt "Which folder do you want to move?"
          set theDestination to choose from list folder_list with prompt "Where do you want to move it?"
end tell
Finally your move statement isn't going to work.
move folder theName1 to folder theDestination1
In your original code, the user is likely (I assume) to enter the folder names (e.g. "Foo" and "Bar") which will translate into:
move folder "Foo" to folder "Bar"
The Finder is going to choke on this - it can't find folder "Foo" (or "Bar") since there isn't enough data there - these strings are not paths, they're just names of folders - and if you're expecting the user to type full paths each time... well, good luck
The Finder is going to want proper paths to the folders in order to make the moves. You can do this by appending the folder names to the original folder object, e.g.:
move (folder theName of theFolder) to (folder theDestination of theFolder)
Although now you're moving a folder out of the source directory, and there's nothing to stop the user from re-selecting the same folder name next time around. You can get around that with a loop but, again, not knowing your ultimate goal here, it's not easy to be precise.

Swf useless when moved to server - Please help

I publish test.swf and test.html to mydoc folder on my local computer. Mydoc folder also contains the test.flv that was imported to the flash to create the swf and html. Open any of them in the mydoc folder and they work fine, move the swf or html files to another folder and they work. Move the flv file,even keeping it with the other files, and they don't work. The main problem is that the swf will not work after uploading all to the same folder on the web server. Any help will be greatly apprecitated.

I don't know. If I email the two files, swf and the flv, to my wife's laptop, they won't work. I emailed her two other files, another swf created by someone else and the accompanying flv, and that swf opens and plays the flv if you double click it. I guess my question straight out is, do I need to make the swf portable during/before publishing? The swf seems to only look for the source flv in the folder/directory that I first publish it to, instead of the relative/same folder, and I don't think that I can publish it straight to my server which I think would work. I have to publish it to a predetemined folder on my desktop, then ftp the files to the server directory which then leaves it inop. Any ideas?

Matching Itunes to a moved library. Please help.

I recently moved my library onto an external drive. I can still see all the track lists but none will play without manually locating them. I only get the exclamation mark saying the song can't be located and have to go off and find it on the ext. drive.
I followed the instructions for moving the library word for word (i think), but is there anything I can do to match the library to the songs in their new location 'en masse'?
I appreciate any pointers you may have on this, as I've searched the support and discussion boards for quite a while and I"m none the wiser.

Please be gentle with me, I'm absolutely new to all this. We don't have a proper DBA and I've been tasked with the role. There is no-one else in the company with oracle experience and we don't have any support. Until now I've just used enterprise manager to manage the database, but now I have a problem..
We are using Windows Server 2003 and Oracle 10g. I (stupidly) installed some network monitoring software on our server (PRTG network monitor). I almost immediately uninstalled it and all components/registry settings, but it seems to have thrown something out regards the OEM web interface.
We used to access the OEM GUI through http://<hostname>:5500/em, but after installing/uninstalling the network monitor software the OEM webpage would only stay up for a few minutes, before saying 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'. Restarting the DBconsole in services fixed the problem, but again, only for a few minutes.
Spent all day yesterday looking at logfiles (they didn't make much sense to me), but seemed to be saying access was denied to the server ('actively denied it'). Lots of googling led me to believe I needed to reconfigure OEM by dropping and recreating it using:
emctl stop dbconsole
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db
emca -repos recreate
during this process I was asked for various passwords and a port number? I didn't even know what to use as the port number but guessed it was 5500 ?!? (probably wrong). As it didn't work I used the default port number that I found somewhere on the web.
However now I am even deeper in the **** as this didn't work either, (some error about listnener?) and I have now lost the DBConsole in windows services. Obviously the OEM web console doesn't work at all now
I would be eternally grateful for some patient, beginners help here..I can post whatever log files are necessary - I just need to know what I'm supposed to be doing and where to start..
We used to log on to the OEM as 'SYSTEM', but nowhere in the process does it seem to ask me for the password for that (its asked me for SYS and SYSMAN)
It could be that I'm going about this completely wrong, but with only a days experience in all this its pretty hard to know what I'm doing really!
As you can tell I'm in way over my head..I just need OEM web interface to work!

ok, thanks to helpful comments from other people in my initial thread (posted in general database forum), after rebuilding the console/repository I now have EM up and running. But there are more problems..
Firstly I have an error at the very top of the screen:
java.lang.Exception: Number of responses does not match queries
Also, the 'Host CPU' and 'Active Sessions' are blank and say 'No Data Is Currently Available' beneath them
my emagent.trc file contains this error, repeating with different thread IDs every 30 seconds...
(error = 10061)
