Moved songs now it won't sync, not found

Ello all,
Ok, my Nano, for some weird reason, put some albums into the compilations folder, they aren't compolations. I went into the Itunes folder and moved them into the relevant artist folders. When I click on them to play it said that they couldn't be found and gave me the option to locate. I did this and then it would play them but when I try to sync with my Nano it comes up with a message saying that tracks could not be found.
How can I fix this?? It bugs me wiht my Nano. I have one artist, Joe Satriani and all of his albums appear in cover flow in the "S" area, except for one, which appears near the "Z" area, the album in question is in the compilations folder, I thought that if I manually moved it, maybe it would fix the bugging little glitch.
Any ideas?

all you have to do is re-add them to the iTunes library, thru the file option in the corner. then re-sync the iPod.

I have transferred mymusic to my new mac air from an acer laptop via an external hard drive and it's all there on the mac but now itunes won't sync with my ipod touch or my iphone 4s.

With the iphone it says there isn't enough space to sync even though I have experimented and unticked various things including photos which takes up a lot of space. It seems like it wants to sync with the empty space on the iphone (very small!) and not with the whole thing. I have tried various things suggested on this forum but have had no luck.

For the enugh space, you are trying to sync too much media to the iPhone

Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created.

It sycned a portion of a file onto the ipad which is useless to me so I want to delete it all & start fresh.

1, you can't at the moment, though with iOS 5 in the Autumn, from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios5/features.html#photos :

2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad

I know you have said you have tried everything but have you tried out some of the troubleshooting in the article below? For instance, have you checked the Apple Mobile Device support is installed properly and if the Apple Mobile Device is installed? Take a look at the article below to double check some of the things you have done to see if you can get your iPhone to show back up.

i just updated my IPhone 4S to 7.0.3 and now it won't sync to my iMac. The error message says the IPhone can not be used because it requires ITunes version 11.1 or later. Download the latest version of itunes.

My itouch is a 1st generation and today i decided to upgrade it. However it took like 10 tries.. and 7 hrs.
I got the apps on my itouch done and ready, however now it won't sync my pictures or my music. It states that it can't sync because "There is no picture folder".. and i'm not sure how that has to do with the music....

I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Just updated iPhone 5 to iOS 7.1.2 (from some version of iOS 6), now it won't sync with iPhoto 9.4.3 on my MacBook pro (running OS 10.8.5). I plug it in and iPhoto recognizes the iPhone but only displays a 'Loading..." message next to the 'New Photos' page.
Tried it also on my older Mac Pro running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and iPhoto 9.2.3 and same problem.
Any ideas? Already tried rebooting both devices.
