Moved to a new computer, need Adobe Creative Suite
I have just changed computer and i need Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web on this one, is there any way i can move the software over without having to buy a new copy? Maybe re-download it and activate it?

Help - need Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium Mac OS Installation Disk 2
Hey there,
Hoping someone can help me out on here. I recently moved and purchased a new computer and went to reinstall CS4 only to find that I am missing installation disk 2. As Adobe no longer supports the media for this, they reccomended that I contact someon ont he Adobe Forums who might be able to assist.
Just need the Application Disk 2 for the Mac OS of CS4.
Thanks!Contact Adobe Technical Support. Installation problems for current versions of the suites and applications are resolved without charge. Despite the fact that 16MB of video memory is beneath stated requirements, it is unlikely that this particular shortcoming is what is causing your problems.

Problems with new iMac and Adobe Creative Suite 2
Just wondering if anyone can help me out. I am a Graphic Design student and just bought Adobe Creative Suite2. I installed it on my new iMac, and it wouldn't open InDesign or Photoshop although I had no problems with Acrobat and Illustrator. A pop-up window stated that the program "unexpectedly quit". I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and was on hold with Adobe Tech Support for three hours until I finally gave up. If anyone knows what's going on I would appreciate it!
I dragged the installer from the install disk to my desktop and was more successful in installing problem CS2 apps. Make sure to update everything as well. Some times it takes a restart to get the finickiness out of PS.

You do not want to try to transfer anything. Install the software on the new machine the same way you did on the original. You can keep the original installation if you would like to have a backup available. If not, then you should deactivate the old installation by opening one of the applications and choose Help -> Deactivate.

How to deactivate a computer using adobe creative suite cs3
I am trying to deactivate an old computer using CS3. I get an error that states "deactivation uses https, which may not work behind some firewalls."
I am definitely connected to the internet and my search engine is Google Chrome.
Any help would be appreciated.Contact support by web chat or phone to reset activations.

I suffered a hardware failure on my Dell desktop PC, and have moved to iMac. I own Adobe creative Suite 4 Design Premium for Windows. Can I transfer the license to my new iMAC without the huge expense of buying a new license or purchasing a month to month option?

I installed a new SSD drive in my computer and now Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium says I don't have a license. I have license. It was very expensive. I am disabled now, and I need this software working. Adobe Acrobat has been a primary tool for accommodating memory problems after a brain injury. (A car ran me down while I was out getting exercise.) I installed the SSD because I needed my management of PDF files to run faster. I called tech support for help when the software first stopped working, but they needed me to give them a number from my original disks. Because of my disability, I've been having someone come in to clean, and the shelves where I kept my software packages were cleared. I've been hunting for them ever since, but I can't look for them myself for very long at a time. Today I finally found them, but now I can't seem to contact tech support. What happened? I don't want to delete my old files because I need the setup to remain unchanged, because I don't do well with changes. I think all I should need is to have someone located the license file on drive E: and move it to wherever it is needed on the SSD drive, but I don't know what to look for.
Tech support is not normally available on weekends. You should contact them as soon as the weekend passes and pick up where you left off with them.

I have a PC windows. I have Adobe Creative Suite 3. I am going to buy a new Mac computer and want to install my Adobe Creative Suite to this new computer. I realise that I need to upgrade to do this. Howmuch will it cost me. Also I want to know if I can jsut upgrade the photoshop/illustrator and premiere software as aI dopn't use the rest, would this be cehaper to do and possible to do? Please help.
YOu are long past any upgrade cycles and need to buy a new CS6 license at full price or sign up for Creative Cloud.

Moving Adobe Creative suite from old computer to new?
I have a 2004 IMAC and just bought a 2011 Refurbished IMAC. Can I just copy my Adobe Creative Suite applications from my old computer to the applications folder of my new one?
Two things you need to check:
Is your old Adobe software compatible with whatever OS version you are running now (what is your OS version: 10.6.x, 10.7x, or 10.8.x??)
And, actually even more importantly: check their license agreement/requirements - are you allowed to move it > would you need a new registration key , etc.
If the answer to both questions is affirmative, then simply install it from your original install disks. -
When I open Muse, I get a message that a new update is available. When I hit install it just closes and nothing happens. Then I got a message I needed Adobe Creative Cloud App to resolve the issue. I downloaded a copy of Creative Cloud desktop but it says that my Muse is up to date. It was last updated in May but you have a new update today and it will not update. I thought maybe I am not suppose to have the Creative Cloud update because all I have is the individual app Muse and the photography program. So I uninstalled the CC desktop. Then when I open Muse it says I need the CC desktop to help with the update. So I get stopped either way. Now I also had a Pre-Release Muse on my computer and I don't know if that complicated things. Please advise.
All future installs/updates of Muse (and most other Adobe apps) are through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Thus you do need to have it installed.

I've got a new late 2012 imac, but I realize yes it doesn't come with a compact disc drive. I have an Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 install disc with all the information included (serial). I copied the contents of the CD into a USB Flash drive, but I can't get it to install because it is looking for the content on the CD. Since I don't want to have to buy the external Superdrive!! How do I convince the computer into installing adobe via the files on the flash drive?

I have an old version Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. I uninstalled it from my old computer and was trying to install it on my new computer. It copied all the files but I cant open them and it doesn't ask me for my registration info, which I have. What shall I do to get Adobe up and running?
when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC -
