Movement type 313 and 315 with special stock K.

Hi,
I would like to post a movement type 313 and 315 with special stock k (consignment) but it is not possible. Also i have tried to create a new movement type (OMJJ) coping 313 and trying to set stock special k in somewhere but I couldn't.
it is possible a movement type 313 K or 315 K?

We have the business requirement to use the Mvt 313 and 315 with special stock Q (two step stock transport for storage Location to storage location transfer). But when we are trying to use the t-code MB1B with MVt 313 with Q its not available. We know its because of SAP standard.
Also we suggested to use the Mvt 411 Q but users wants the 313 /315 with Q from moving the project stock by storage location to storage location and received the update as below.
We have looked into the option of transferring the project stock to plant stock. Unfortunately, as well as being transaction-heavy and prone to manual errors, this has accounting implications. So, we need to be able to action the two-step transfer on project stock via the enhancement described in the SAP documentation.

The link is specific to PM config . Could any one can suggest me how to handle this one to do with 313 and 315 with special stock type Project (Q) to transfer the stock by two step transfer.

It seems you have to activate business function set LOG_EAM_ROTSUB (transaction SFW5). After that the customizing node will be available:
SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and Settings for Order Types > Goods Movements for Order > Movement Types for PM/CS Orders

313 and 315 Movment Type

Hi,
We are doing 313 Mvt type ( Transfer Sloc to Sloc -- two step Procedure ) using MB1B and we are doing GRN ( MIGO -- Place in storage -- 315 Mvt Type ) .
Scenario :
Now we are issuing the material ( 313 Mvt type ) -- 100 kgs and we are receing the goods through MIGO (315 Mvt type ) so while accepting the goods first i am doing a GRN of 90 Kgs , and the next time when i am trying to do GRN against the same doucment it accepts only the remaining 10 Kgs -- this is fine
Now i wanted to Know where the material doucments are getting stored . I have seen in MSEG there i can see the issue and receipt material doucment , but i am not getting the link , how the ssytem is checking the quanitites.
In which table it is getting stored ?

Hi!
Unfortunately, there is not any link between the material documents posted with the movement types 313 and 315.
The material document of the 313 posting only acts as an input help for the posting with movement type 315.
The system does not build any link between these two documents.
When you post with the movement type 313 you decrease the un-restricted use stock in the issuing storage location (MARD-LABST) and increase the stock in transfer in the receiving storage location (MARD-UMLME).
As long as you have stock in MARD-UMLME, you will be able to post the following movement type 315.
You can, therefore, for example, post a single 313 for 10 KG and then 10 individual 315 for 1 KG each. The system will not build any link between the documents, and it will allow you to post the 315 as long as you have stock in MARD-UMLME.

The Mvt 313 and 315 is relavent for Excise, In our setup.
where as the same funcation is their is their with mvt 313, but we have not made is relavent for Excise.

I am currently working on a requirement for Material Document Interface.
The Requirement is as below:
(1) The user creates/modifies a material document using MB01/MB03/MIGO for movement types 313 and 201 separately.
(2) The user maintains additional information by creating a NOTE using the option
SERVICES FOR OBJECT --> CREATE NOTE.
(3) To Print the materail document information.
The Approach is followed is:
1) I have to retrieve the Address for From and To Locations respectively along with document data and display it as Simple List output.
Approach:
I retrieved the data from MKPF and MSEG tables respectively.
Also retrieved the data for FROM and TO locations using table TWLAD and function module ADDR_GET.
(2) I also need to retreive additional information created by the user using the option SERVICES FOR OBJECT --> CREATE NOTE.
Approach:
Request your guidance and inputs to solve the point (2) mentioned above.
I have debugged the SAP Standard tcode MB01, MB03 ,MIGO which have the option SERVICES FOR OBJECT --> CREATE NOTE.
I have also used ST05 to trace the transaction to get a proper solution.
But, i was able to observe that only a table SOOD provides the initial required info only which points to a office document type.
Looking forward to your valuable inputs, so that i can retrieve the data entered using the option SERVICES FOR OBJECT --> CREATE NOTE.

In what circumstances we are use the movement types 413E and 412E with some practical examples
413E : Transfer posting Sales order to sales order
412E : Reversal of sales order to own

Hi,
413E can be used while posting the Quantities which are diverted from one Sales Order to another Sales order of same/different customer. Like from Customer A to Customer B.
412E can be used posting back the Quantities from sales order stock to unrestricted stock.

With reference to the above discussion and your explanation for user EXIT QAAAT0001, it was stated that:
If you only have two inspection types, you can mark one as preferred. Then with exit use logic that if MM = 311 use preferred inspection type, if 911 use, non-preferred inspection type.
May I ask what are you refer to for MM? It seems like movement type to me, however, I can't find movement type field in the structure within the component of EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002. Appreciate if you could shed some light on this.

Yes.. you are correct. But with the info that is provided by EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002, you should be able to identify the proper material document in table MSEG which will have the material movement.
You can use the values of plant, batch, material number, Purchase order number, Order number, item number, storage location as well as the current date since the exit would normally be executed on the same date the material movement was done. You'd also probably only execute the logic if QKZ is "X".

Destination plant, description, material are editable for movement type 313

Hello
We are using movement type 313 for the transfer posting between storage location. We use MIGO for the same.
Ideally for the movement type 313, the destination plant and material should not be visible. We enter the material, batch,plant and storage locaiton in "From" side and enter only the storage location in "To" side of the MIGO screen. But now suddently after the EHP4 upgrade, we could able to enter the plant and materil in the "To" side also.
I checked the Field selections in OMJJ for movement type 313 and found that plant and material fields are suppressed.
Do you have any clue on why suddenly i am facing this problem and what could be possible solution.

Problem in two Step Transfer Posting - Store to Store (Mov type 313 & 315)

If I have posted three material documents against movement type 313. Now against one material document (movement type 313), I can post three material documents of movement type 315.
In short, If I have Stock in Transfer (Store location), then I can post material document (movement type 315) with a material document (movement type 313) against I have already posted material document (movement type 315).

Sorry, your question is not totally clear.
You wrote that you executed three postings of MVT 313. The question is that through how many postings you can receive this stock?
In this case I think the answer is that it depends on the 'stock in transfer' stock you removed from your storage location by MVT 313.
I mean if you posted 10 pcs than you can receive this qty through 10 postings if you receive only 1 pc per posting (MVT 315).

Restrict MIGO_GI at movement with Special Stock

We need restriction in T-code: - MIGO_GI or MB1A.
In MIGO_GI there restrict GI for cost center with Special Stock
And MB1A there also show Special Stock.
Do you any possibility to restrict movement with Special Stock.

not exactly. no.
you can restrict the posting of special stock by granting/denying authorisations for movement types but no more. binding the movement type to an obligatory field 'cost center' is not a matter of authorisations, but of configuration - check transaction OMJN/OMJX et all on the how-to. that still would leave open that everybody can choose a random cost-center deliberately, so you have to use an additional enhancement/exit there ...

Link between 313 and 315 documents

I am using two step transfer for stor. loc to stor loc transfer by 313 (Transfer posting - Others) to move stock from Supplying stor loc to In transfer. And then, with respect to document no. of 313, place in storage by movement type 315.
But there is no link between document nos. of 313 and 315. So it's not possbile to get report of the same.
Kindly resolve this issue asap.

The Tcode MB1B is mainly used to enter the stock transfer which can take place between
One storage location to another storage location with in the same plant
One plant to another plant
One Company code to other Company code
The movement type 313 is mainly used when you are trying to do a two stage stock
The movement type 313 removes the stock from the first storage location and in conjunction with this movement type yuo use Movemnt type 315 which in turn places the material in the receiving storage location
When you use the movement type 313 the follwing changes occur
1) Issuing storage location(Originating) unrestricted stock level is reduced
2) Receiving storage location stock in transit level is increased
3) Plant unrestricted stock level is reduced
4) Plant unrestricted stock in transit stock level is increased

Hello Sudhakar,
Movements types U61 and U62 are SAP Standard. These are used when the Integration of MM with IS-U Device management specially During the device technical Installation using the movement type U61, then the from stock the device stack is reduced and the device status become INST.
Movement type U62 is same as device removal/Reverse/replacement the Device status is changes to ESTT.

Please go to transaction OLMB->Movement Types and check the IMG documentation from Copy, Change Movement types.
Then you'll see that:
291 Goods issue for any arbitrary account assignment
With this movement type, all account assignment fields are ready for input. You can assign the movement to any arbitrary account assignment object.
The goods can only be withdrawn from unrestricted-use stock.
Possible special stock indicators:
E, K, P, Q
Example:
If you create a reservation in MB21 trx:
with mov type '201': you will create a reservation against to cost center
with mov type '261': you will create a reservation against to order
with mov type '291': you couldl create a reservation against to cost center, order, wbs, sales order, network.
So by using '291' you can directly perform a goods issue to a specific account assignment.
