Movement type report

Hello,
I need to know the report / transaction which shown that 1) Material 2) movement occured (mvt type)in last month year etc.
3) ID who did movements.

Hello Himanshu,
If you want to get this for a particular material, you can get this in MMBE transcation itself.
Go to MMBE>>Enter material and plant>> Now go to Environment data >>Select material movement and see the movement happen for that particular material, with material document and date details.
By double clicking on material document number you can get the ID who has done this movement.
Also you can use transcation MB51

You can get
The report Cancelled material documents issues a list with the following data:
material documents with the associated reversal documents "or" reversal documents with the associated material documents
MB51 : Material Document List
This report provides you with a list of the material documents which were posted for one or more materials. You can display a material document from the output list.

Goto SPRO > MM > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Reporting > Define Field Selection for Material Document List > Here add field MSEG-UMWRK for program RM07DOCS and mark "Selection" and "output" both.
And check in MB51 Report, you will get Plant (WERK - Supplying Plant) and Receiving Plant (UMWRK) both fields available.

Goods Receipt Report With 101 movement type using bapi_goodsmvt_create

i am getting some problem, i got requirement like Goods Receipt Report with 101 movement type using
bapi_goodsmvt_create and data should upload through excel sheet.
still facing problems, i have searched sdn forum n sdn code also, but relevant answer i could not find.
What are all the inputs i need to take and please give some valuable inputs to me.

Single Report for production scrap and Movement type 551 scrap

Hi All,
Can we include the scrap information from production and scrap from movement type 551 into a single BW report?.......My assumption is we cannot include it into a single report coz production scrap will have a different material information and scrap from movement type 551 will have a different material information..please correct me ig i am wrong......

hello,
you can have a single report by two options
1. have a variable on movement type.If you choose 551..U will get materials of tht movt type.
also if the select teh movt type for prodcution, it wil display its materials.
or
2. U have to place movt type in the rows.Place movt type and then material in the rows.
Then u will get for each movt type..its corresponding materials.No variable selection needed here.

SAP report for movement type and material type

Hi!
I would like to use a standard SAP report to give me a list of all the movement types (much like MB51) but instead of material I would like to select on Material type e.g. ROH. The result should for example be a list of the movement types 501 on material type ROH.
It is urgent, if you could help me I would be very greatful!

I have managed to join the two tables and created a report that will work, except that the amounts in local currency that is given by movement type 201 is not negative (as in MB51). I need all movement types that generate a debit must be shown as a negative value. Wo when I summarize all the movement types I end up with the value of 101 minus 201.
Is that possible without ABAP programming?

Report MB5B for selected movement types

Dear All,
When I am executing report for selected movement types , system givivng me message below " Movment type is reset"
After continuing that Movement type field turns BLANK, and report is executed with considering all movement types.
If there is a way for executing MB5B report for selected movement types, please suggest.

1.The MB5B report will show the stock on posting date with all movements like Goods recipt from Purchase, production order, stock transport order, & goods issue due to consumption posting, stock transfers & transfer posting.
2. This is designed to see the Opening balane+Goods receipt - goods issue = closing balance.
3.You can't take report only for particulat movement type.
4.If u want to get the details as per the movement type, then use MB51 report.

MB5B report consider movement type 351 as a receipt.

Dear Kiran,
When we transfer the material using 351 movement type system creates the material document containing 2 lines
Line 1 for issuing plant with Negative quantity
Line 2 for receiving plant with positive quantity (this line auto created, you can find in MSEG table XAUTO field)
And posts the material into stock in transit in receiving plant
So when we post 351 accounting document is also generated (Cr. in issuing plant ,Dr. in receiving plant)
i.e stock account postings already completed after 351 (That is why no accounting doc generated after 101)
Now in MB5B Report there is a selection option Stock Type now when you select Valuated stock
It will show the quantity in receiving plant (As accounting doc generated, although 101 not yet done)
But if you select Storage Loc./Batch Stock you will find that 351 will not show
That is the logic of valuated stock

Try:
Delete adjacent duplicates from ITAB comparing FIELD1, FIELD2.
to do this the ITAB must be Sorted first.!

Movement Type -- GL Account Standard SAP report

Hello,
Please let me know what tcode to use to generate a standard report for listing all the movement types and the different GL accounts they hit. I only want these two values on the report, i.e. movement types and their GL accounts. Is there a tcode for this?
If not, would I have to create a custom query for it. If yes, what tables should I be using to generate a report to display all movement types and their different gl accounts.

Thank you. I know about these tables. Actually I thought I would create a query with Tables T156S-T156W-T030.
T156S would provide Movt Typ and Value String
T156W would provide Value String and T/E key
T030 would provide T/E, Val Class and GL account.
However, the issue I am facing is that when I create the query and try to add the table T030, it says that this table cannot be joined with in a query.
This is where everything breaks down. The report basically is to understand which movement triggers an action to hit which gl account. the user does not know that the movement type and gl account are not directly connected.
I need to get this report somehow. Any other ideas? Table T030 alone will not give me anything except val class and gl account. It will not have reference to which movement triggers which t/e key to this that particular gl account.
The simulation thing is good in this aspect, but the problem with that is it gives everything according to plant, which makes the report so big as to rendering it useles..

Movement Type 313 Transfer SLOC to SLOC Report

Hi,
Is there are report avaialble in SAP that shows Stock in Transfer. I have tried MB5T and a few others and they don't work. Basically I want to transfer stock from 1 SLOC to anothe SLOC in two steps rather than 1 step hence using 313.
When I transfer the stock in MMBE the material is in stock status Transfer (SLOC) which is fine. What i am looking for is a mass report that shows Stock in Transfer so it can be monitored.
Please note I am not using Stock Transport Orders just the movement types.

Movement type wise GL accounting entry report

Hi,
Is there any standard report available in SAP which shows movement type wise GL accounting enty report apart from MB51. Because in MB51 accounting document is avaibale one by one you click the accounting document button with corresponding material doc number. That accounting entry will show side by side as per movement type wise.

My MM consultant is trying to transfer with movment type 411 Q (MIGO,A8-Transfer posting) inventory with less cost.When we are transfering PRD gl will be placing but PRD gl has given default cc also OKB9.System is showing same error posting key field status to change as per gl.

Report based upon material type against movement type for a period ?

i need a inventory report which should be based upon materil type & movement type for a particular period.
For example- for last monthe how much Raw material has been issued againast production order. i would like report to allow me ROH and movement type 261/262 and period entry. MB5B does not satisfy my requirements, ist of all there si no material type/secondly it restricts itself if i use movement types

Hi,
You can create a small program to get report.
Input fields Date of posting BUDAT, Movement type BWART (Plant if required).
Check field BUDAT (Posting Date. Should check based on input date field.) In table MKPF.
If data falls in required date range. Pick MBLNR-MKPF (Mat doc number).
Go to table MSEG compare MBLNR-MKPF and MBLNR-MSEG if same pick field MATNR-MSEG (Mat number).
Go to MARA check MTART-MARA for picked MATNR-MARA (in previous step). Take the material type.
Add the below fields to out put
MATNR, MTART, BWART-MSEG (Movt type), ERFMG-MSEG (quantity posted), WERKS-MSEG (Plant received), LOGRT-MSEG (S. Loc received).
Please take advise from ABAPer regarding prog logic

Report RFDUZI00 claims about entry for movement type CREIR

Hello,
we have moved from R/3 4.6 to ECC 6.0. Now we have some errors coming up in FI module.
One is this:
Report RFDUZI00 (debitor interest calc. run) ends with a comment before posting:
"For movement type CREIR and interest attribute 01 the table of time dependent interest conditions is not maintained" (message translated from german).
We had to add this entry in transaction OB81 to get rid of this issue.
In 4.6 we didin´t need this entry to run the report successful.
We have checked and did not find any comments in release notes.
Question: Can anybody confirm to this new requirement of the system, which looks like RFDUZI00 or dependent include etc. was enhanced to check entries for creditors (for which reason?).
Possibly we found the answer in OSS 670117, which explains changes in RFDUZI00 relevant since R/3 4.7.
