if i delete a movie file from the camera roll what happens with a project in imovie using those clips

Hi every one,
dose any one know whow to manage photo in camera album or i think apple team keep this pending. ( no cut & past ) in photos.
i want to move my personal pic or any pic to another album or new album but i found original pic remain in camera roll and shortcut will created in album, in this case if i delete photo in camera roll its going to delete from album too, dose any one know how to move photo from camera roll to new album and ( not shortcut )
i know we doint like when any one tuch our phone but some time we give it to our friend or some person to have a look for some reason or to show some photos and they start moving next and next, if all photos will be filterd as per album it give some relex.

Thanks for prompt reply, I understand as im also IT ENG. and having good knowladge of SMART PHONE AND IT STUFF. maybe less than you but the point is if we need computer or laptop todo this small things than what is the use of smart phone like iPhone 5s with A7 processor if we can not make it cut past from camera roll to user created album.
not argument but want to know what is the logic behind this things.
also i know on you tube so many video on jailbrak ( i really not in favor on this and dont want ) but if found some people working on really nice idea and simple app.. if you have time just check for bioprotect its cool app.
i hope apple team soon launch something like this.

Photostream only adds photos taken after photostream activation, it doesn't do video at all.
To transfer photos from your camera roll taken before activation to your Mac, connect the device by USB and import your photos and videos through iPhoto.

Not really....I just took pics on my ipone yesterday amd they are stored in camera roll...not photostream. All my software is up to date. Unless I am not seeing something here...this is an annoying bug.

Photos taken on your device (which are saved to the camera roll) after enabling photo stream are automatically added (when connected to wifi, the camera app is closed, and you have at least 20% battery power remaining). If you want to add earlier photos you'll have to either email them one by one to yourself, then open the email and save them back to your camera roll (which will now upload to photo stream because it is considered a new photo), or you can send them all at once using an app like PhotoSync. With this app you can transfer them wirelessly to your computer, then delete them from your camera roll on your phone, the send them back to the camera roll from your computer (which will again cause them to be seen as new photos). (iTunes will not transfer photos to your camera roll so you can't just import them and sync them back.)

When do photos upload to My Photo Stream?
When you turn on My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will automatically push to your photo stream.
iOS devices: New photos that you take automatically upload to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and connect to Wi-Fi. My Photo Stream doesn't push photos over cellular connections.
Macs: Any new photos you import to iPhoto or Aperture automatically upload when you connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Or you can change your iPhoto or Aperture preferences so that only photos you manually add to My Photo Stream upload.
PC with iCloud Control Panel 2.1 or later: Open a Windows Explorer window and, under Favorites, select iCloud Photos if you're using iCloud Control Panel 3.0 or later (or Photo Stream if you're using 2.1 to 2.1.3). I would like to know how to move photos from camera roll to other albums. I don't want to leave all my photos in camera roll. I wan't to do this using a PC.

I recently bought a new iPad and have questions about photos. I would like to move photos out of camera roll into other albums. I don't just want to copy them into other folders. I will be using a PC not a Mac.
I can view the photos in camera roll on my PC but can only back them up or delete them. I cannot see the other folders.

In terms of windows explorer/camera wizard you won't see synced folders/albums that are on the iPad. You can only add photos to albums/folders that you synced from your computer by adding the photos to the folders on your computer and then re-syncing - on the iPad you can only add/copy photos to albums that you've created directly on the iPad.
So you will need to copy the photos to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. Then organise them on your computer into folders and then re-sync them.

How do I save a .mov file to camera roll with IOS6

I uploaded the new IOS6 op system and now I cannot save a .mov file to my camera roll. The option is not there as it was in IOS5.

Import it to iTunes by drag to the open iTunes Music window.
Mark it there by clickin once.
Go to the menu and search for "new version for…" .
Wait, if ready, right-click the new file once and you can see it in the finder to work with it.
But do not change location.
Only work with a duplicate by holding down option key when dragging to an other place.
If you want to delete it from its original location, do it within iTunes.

Two questions:
Question 1: I have shot a 28mins long video using camera on my iPad but don'know how to move it to albums or "videos".

I created an Imovie on Ipad. Before exporting the Imovie, I deleted the video clips from camera roll. Error message "this proj. contains clips which have been deleted from your photo library." Help! Can I recover the "preview" file of my video in Imovie?

Title says it all. How do I copy images from my iPhone "Camera Roll" to my "Picture Library"?

The idea is photos in the Camera Roll should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera. Do you leave photos captured by any other digital camera on the camera - the photos captured by the camera are not imported by your computer?
Although photos in the Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup, it isn't a good idea to depend on that alone for these photos. If you restore your iPhone with iTunes if wanted or needed and there is a problem with your iPhone's backup in regards to this data and these photos were not imported by your computer as with any other digital camera, guess what?

I try to backup photos from camera roll to my computer. iTunes don't have an option to let you access the camera roll, and I also followed suggestion from others by using the scanner and camera wizard, but it can't find the phone. Is there any other ways to backup those photos? iOS version is 4.2

Do you have some other photo management software on the computer? If you do, import photos with it like you would for any other camera.
You can also drag and drop the photos using Windows Explorer.
