I redeemed digital copies of the Lord of the Rings Extended movies. My Computer crashed and I was unable to save them. How do I get them back?

When in iTunes, go to the drop down menu Store > Check for Available Downloads. If it says that there is not, then navigate to your purchases within the iTunes Store to get access to those purchases to download again.

I am trying to download FREE a Digital Copy, with a redemption code. It is a 2 part download and only 1 part downloaded fully & completely. The second download stopped and will not resume. It keeps giving me this: stopped (err = -50). What do I have to do to get the 2nd part downloaded to my computer after I have recieved this error message? AppleCare+ is an extended form of the AppleCare warranty extension, not available in all countries, not sure about UK. Best solution is to take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs check it out and advise you. We are all fellow users on here and cannot speak for Apple or what they will do.

Unfortunately, I am still unable to open my core productivity apps, namely Skype and Evernote. Twitter, as well, could not start. But interesting quick fix though, I never knew you could do that.

You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

Find redemption code used for movie

I used a redemption code to redeem a movie on itunes. I didn't realize till after I threw out the code that I could also redeem it for ultraviolet as well. Is there a way to find the code I used to redeem the movie via my itunes account?

The tcode VA05 is customizable and you can add also your own fields if these doesn't exist. Firtst see what program is under the tcode (you should expect the SAPMV75A).
After you have take this information go to the customizing via the path:
SPRO -> F5 -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Lists -> Define Selection Criteria.
If you add your field in this catalog, then this field should be a selection criteria in your list.
Now just to populate the list with data, you should implement a user exit:
SPRO -> F5 -> Sales and Distribution -> System modifications -> User exits in Sales -> User exits for Lists .
There you should find documentation for the right user exit and which communication structures you should enhance. ie the structure VBMTV has an include, theVBMTVZ.
and an code-example:

Movie rental redemption code not valid?

I have a free movie redemption credit which showsa as unused in my itunes account, but when I attempt to redeem I get the message that the code has already been used. Anyone else had this issue?

The following article should help you with this:
iTunes Store: Invalid, inactive, or illegible codes
If you're still unable to redeem your code after verifying the characters in the code, you'll need to contact iTunes Store Support for help. You'll need to provide a digital image of the front and back of the gift card as well as the sales receipt for the purchase of the gift card.
Contacting iTunes Store Support
Go to the iTunes support page and select your iTunes country.
From the iTunes support page, choose Contact Support on the lower-left side of the page.
Follow the instructions to get iTunes Store support assistance.

I imagine that would be frustrating, to not be a able to redeem an iTunes Digital Copy with the Digital Copy code and disc. Did the movie come with more than one disc or has the code been used already? I am experiencing the same thing. I have many books that I used to read on my iPad.
Now on iBooks in Mavericks all my books downloaded correctly apart from two which I really want to work (The Lean Startup and Communicating The User Experience).
When I download both using the cloud icon just when it reaches 100% I get this message:
[Insert Book Name] failed to download
To try again, select Check for Available Downloads from the Store menu.
When I check for available downloads it says I have already downloaded all my books.
Anyone know how to fix this.
I do realise that this is only v1 of iBooks so I hope Apple sorts it out soon.
