Movie Rentals Unreliable - Help Non-Existant
I want to know if my experience is shared by others...
I rented two movies while traveling two weeks ago. Regrettably, I was unable to watch either on my iPad 2 before thesoftwareupdate, which deleted them both. On returning to the store, there was no place to find them to download again. Trying to get at least one of them, I had to go through the rental process afgain, and after paying a second time, the download simply errors out in the first view seconds.
iTunes support seems to be a black hole. No help, no response, not even an acknowledgment of my queries. ( I've waited over 48 hours).
If this what it's normally like with Apple?
I have never had an issue wth itunes support. The rare times that I have had to report an issue, I got a response same day.

I recently upgraded my camera from Nikon D700 to D800. For two weeks tethering to LR 5.3 worked impeccably. The day before a major shoot I upgraded to newly released 5.4 which promised tether support for my backup camera, Nikon D 610, although 5.4 still does not seem to recognise the 610!
For the first two days of this commercial shoot tethering to D800 also worked perfectly, then started to get intermittent, and Macbook gave message that USB drawing too much power and device needed to be removed (I've external drive and camera in the two USB sockets.) Then after that it only worked sporadically for a few frames. It sees contents of camera disk, but tether is sometimes there, then vanishes.
The remaining three days of my shoot were a major headache, with me spending every evening working through LR Troubleshooting page - tried the entire page. Introduced a powered USB 3 hub, different USB cables, different Macbook…everything!
Tethering works with Mac's Image Capture, and like a dream with a trial version of Capture One.
Apple Genius Bar and they checked it out – it did the same for them, and all they could conclude was that the issue is down to LR. They connected the camera to Aperture on their own Macbook and it tethered flawlessly. I’ve had to instal this to do my tethered capture whilst this issue persists. Anyone else had this issue and how did they overcome it?Ugh. Apparently "messing with it" is still the answer. I decided to try the LinkSys router I was using before I bought the Time Capsule, and my iPhone connected with no problem.
I went through the steps again, and after rebooting my Time Capsule this time, I can connect again. The troubling thing it that this started with a power-off of my iPhone. No changes or installations, just a reset. Am I going to have to reboot my Time Capsule (which has no power switch, just a cord I have to unplug) every time I reboot my iPhone?

Can't sync Movie Rental to Iphone already exists on another device?
I have rented two movies and have not touched them. I tried moving one over today to syn with my iphone so we could watch and I received the followin "Rentals in your itunes library could not be transferred to the iphone "_____'s phone" because it has already been trasnferred to another computer or device" I have not connected to any other computer or device so I am a little confused any suggestions would be helpful.

Help, on movie rental I am getting continual message "we could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-42110). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later." This message pops up every time I have completed the dowlaod and it appaers as a finished downloan in the movie rental folder. I have deleted it multiple times and re-downloaded the same movie but always the same result.... Help

How do I reset a movie rental, I started before I was ready to watch? Also the other movie froze in the middle of when we were watching and never finished. Both movie rentals in my account need reset. Please help!

Old Apps are not tied to the old Apple ID, honestly!
Rudegar is so right, all you do is go the SETTINGS/iTunes & App Store, then select `Apple ID` `Sign Out` then you get the chance to enter your new ID, and it worked a treat!
Good luck with anyone else with this problem, as I spent so long on this, really stupid!

You may want to attempt to utilize some form of download management as the main issue seems to be the stability of your connection.
There is not currently a method to resume downloads within the Creative Cloud Desktop application. There is download management included though it may not be enough to compensate for the current Internet connection. when trying to download yosemite it sais that i do not have enough memory. when i look at my memory use it shows that 111.00gb of space is used by movies but when i go th the movie folder it is empty. how can i remove the non existant movies.
Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion/Mavericks' Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.
You will need a minimum of 10-12 GBs of free space to install Yosemite, however, that is a bare minimum and should be at least twice that amount. -

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks,Add "Targets" attribute to the connection pool. You may
get an idea how it looks like by searching config.xml
for "targets". If target servers are not set, the pool won't be
deployed and can not be used to a create datasource.
