Movie won't download, but it still took the money from my account?
So I downloaded "UP" recently for my son to be able to watch on my itouch. However when I went ahead and bought it, itunes removed the money from my account, but the movie never loaded. My daughter has had Itunes for a while and told me to check under available downloads, but it was not there. I waited for two days and it was still not there, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I'm not sure what I should do or who to contact, because it's ridiculous itunes drafted my account but I never received my movie.Any help is much appreciated!

Something like this happened to me, where something went wrong on Apple's end and a movie I rented wouldn't play. I contacted Apple over the phone and they gave me back my money and fixed the problem for future use.

From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
And check your Applications folder for the app.

I bought Take on iTunes, and it took the money off my account, but didn't give me the movie.
I bought the movie Taken, and it took the money off my account, but I never recieved the movie. I googled possible reasons and sulutions, and the only thing I could find is that I have to go to the receipt email, and notify apple or whatever. But when I checked my email for it, I didn't even have that. So I have no idea what to do.

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -
I can no longer use Pandora because I get a message saying download adobe flash 10.1 or later. I think I have a later version, 11.?, which I have downloaded. but I still get the message and can't play Pandora.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here;
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Click Go
Then right or control click the Flash Player.plugin then click Get Info
The version number is noted there.
Assuming you are using Safari ...
Check Safari > Preferences > Security
Make sure: Enable plug-ins is enabled.
Sometimes uninstalling the currently installed Flash plugin then reinstaliing new can help > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video / audio from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.

My daughter lost her ITunes gift card but we still have the receipt. How can we activate the gift card?

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They usually will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt, so you should contact the person who gave her the card and ask if they can send you a copy of the receipt. Many resellers provide a gift receipt for just this sort of purpose.

I have a £15 on my iTunes account, from a gift voucher. I have made purchases, but my account remains at £15, and the money instead has been deducted from bank account. Why is not taking the money from valide gift voucher.
First, I presume you're buying for yourself, not gifts for others, correct? Gifts cannot be purchased using a credit balance. If you are buying for yourself, another user in the forums posted this as the reply from the iTunes Store when this issue was brought up. Perhaps it will help you. Regards.
I'm sorry you weren't able to make a purchase using your store credit. To purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time.
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at: http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.
6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner. When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. ITunes wouldn't accept my solo card, then took out money from my account.
I recently switched from a switch card to a solo card for my purchases on the store, and whenever I entered my details it said that they were wrong and kept asking me for details which weren’t required for my solo card, e.g. Issue number. Well I tried re-entering the details about 8 times; it kept saying that my details were wrong and that it was rejecting them. Well I later looked at my online bank account and 8 lots of £1.58 had been transferred, and it doesn’t say anything about who it was sent too, I would think it was iTunes taking away my money as £1.58 is the equivalent to two songs, which is very suspicious, but the strange thing is that the songs I wanted to buy came to a different amount to the money that was taken out. My details still won’t enter correctly and I don’t want to risk entering them any more as I don’t want to lose anymore money, im 16yrs old. I earlier bought an iPod shuffle from the online store and the money that was withdrawn for that didn’t have any description either.
Any explaination as to why my money was taken??!!IS ANYONE GOING TO REPLY!!!!!!!!!
