Movies downloaded are stoping occasionally and seem to be loading, how do I fix this?
Each time I play a movie which is downloaded the movie stops several times and seems to be reloading or streaming and takes sometimes many more minutes to watch, any ideas how to fix this? The wifi is no problem.
That would indicate either a local network or more likely an Internet connectivity issue.
What is the download speed of the Internnet connection supposed to be? What are you actually getting? Test it from a site like speedtest.net.

I had a situation when I was rendering a project, Adobe encountered a problem, and it had to shut down. Upon reopening the project, I received a "media offline" notification for all of the video files that were edited prior to the shutdown.

ThanksHello, I have also same problem, Just when I was editing my HD project, light went off. there after when I reopened my project many of the clipping were offline. I tried to re-link them, but video on time line went off only audio was there and in Project window I can see only audio file symbol. It was a very urgent work. As such I converted all the offline clips with video convertor to mp4 format and re-link them, I got audio as well as Video files but when I exported media for H.264 Bluray - it took six times more time to export. Anyhow., I got Blu-Ray., but it was not playing, I got message that format is not supported... Now anybody from forum can please HELP

We just downloaded a movie from Itunes but the picture is completely scrambled. Audio is fine but all you can see are funny color pixels on the screen..how do we fix this?
The movie is from iTunes. You would think that a download from iTunes to a MacBook could be watched on an HDTV using Apple TV without any headaches bit this does not appear to be the case.

When I tried downloading the new 4.2.8 software on my iphone, it froze the phone and itunes on my computer, how do I fix this???? I have tried resetting the phone and exiting itunes, and now my phone screen keeps telling me to connect to itunes( which it already is) and itunes says "waiting for iphone"!

I am new to iMovies. When I make a video using the mic and camera in my Macbook Pro, the audio and video are not in synch. Very annoying. How can I fix this?
DVD drives read the bottom of the disk, not the top. Smooth out the paper & try again.

I've got a similar problem. iTunes v10.2 worked fine, but when I tried to update it to 10.5 I got a 'Bonjour' error. I eventually solved that but I still couldn't upgrade to 10.5, so I deleted every single Apple, Quicktime, iTunes, etc file on my PC using Revo Unistaller (because the normal Windows Add/Delete programs wouldn't work) but now, when I install the latest iTunes version from scratch (on XP SP3), it says: "the installer encountered errors before it could be configured.... your system has not been modified"
Any ideas?

hi, when i am sync my books from my mac to ipad even after 24 hours sync, itunes show "wait for items to copy" and the books in ipad are still not fully loaded.
how do i fix this, i have a large collection of books around 12000 booksNobody knows? Not even administrators?

Hi , my sister got really mad and she banged her iPod touch 5th generation on a table and she banged it so hard that the screen didn't crack but inside the the iPod is damage as in like colors are popping out and the screen doesn't work, can i fixed this?
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Hope my iPod stays healthy, if it doesnt its a warrenty job me thinks any way thanks again -

had similar issues with my macbook(2010 running lion) and after a few restarts it would not restart anymore and is at the service center since saturday. i would suggest you do not use iTunes until this issue is addressed. seems to be macbooks that are having freeze up issues.

The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list. The App Store which is required to download 10.7 or 10.8 is part of the 10.6.6 update.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

I Bought a new macbook air and it won't charge my phone. This is the second laptop ive gone through as i got a replacement one only two days ago for the same problem. I need to be able to connect my iPhone so I can download songs etc from iTunes onto my phone. How do I fix this?
Since this is the second computer you've had this problem with, I recommend you look for answers on the iPhone forum. My thinking is it is an iPhone issue rather than a computer issue (unless it is some software incompatibility).

My iPhone 4 keeps having the "Restore Needed" message pop up on my phone. I have restored my phone several times this week, and it still keeps happening. The "Restore Needed" message pops up, so I immediately do a hard shut-down. Once the phone restarts, the phone then says "Activation Required". I keep shutting down and restarting the phone, and sometimes it snaps out of it, seemingly on its own. Sometimes I have to go home and restore and activate my phone. How do I fix this? I'm 2.5 hours away from the closest Apple store and 1 hour away from the closest AT&T store.

YOU ARE IN RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
