Movies not found...

In iTunes 10, when I connect my iPhone4 and look under the "movies" tab, there are two movies that are no where to be found on my iPhone. When I look under the movies section on the drop down under my device these two movies are not on my device. How do I delete these two thumbnails?

Explain that you need another copy of the purchase sent back to you and let them know what the purchased items were.

Error " Untitled Preview.mov not found"

" I updated Garageband 2 to GarageBand 3 from the iLife CD. I get an error "Untitled Preview.mov not found" when I attempt to open the movie tab in the media browser. Does anyone have a suggestion to solve this?

Look in your Movies folder, it sound slike you might have a bad file, or perhaps an bad alias in there. A simpe thing to try would be to movie all files out of your Movies folder and see if the problem is solved or not.

"song" or "movie" not found... moved library to new volume..

I guess I know just enough to be dangerous... I was running out of space on my Macintosh HD volume, so bought a new drive for my MacPro - moved my iTunes folder over to the new volume, when into the iTunes prefs, advanced and changed the location of the file (and checked the "keep organized" box) -- that seemed to work. So I deleted the original iTunes folder on the first volume. (I do have a backup on Time Machine.)
But when I clicked on music files, video files, etc. I now get a "file not found, would you like to located it?" kind of box. I have done this for some of my movies... but I have tons of music -- am I going to have to do this for EVERY file to fix it? Or is there another way to do it?
On searching for support, I realized I'd ALMOST done it correctly - I should have not copied the file, just changed the location and hit "Consolidate" etc. But since I have already messed up a little - is there a way to fix my screw up without having to restore and start all over again?

How did you go about this move?
The correct way to do it is
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library as an entity from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.
If you still have the original library it might be worth trying again.

QT movie not found

Hello again,
Ive burnt my projector and all files to CD-ROM, when I try to
view a QT movie through my projector it says "please locate movie"
and wants me to point out the path to the QT movie. Ive included
the QT movies in a directory called "MOV". I thought my projector
would know where they were because it works fine on my PC with all
files in the same directory locations.
Ive checked the cast properties on my movies and cant seem to
find the place to specify the directory. The thing I dont
understand is that the movies are in the same named directorys,
nothing has changed apart from their on CD.
Any help appretiated,

Hi Ryan,
When you author your presentation, you should set up a
directory structure that
will stay the same as when you burn to CD. So, if you have
your MOV files in a
subfolder to the DIRs called 'MOVs', then you should have
that same subfolder on
the CD. The path relationship should not change from when you
import the video
files to when you output them to your delivery media.
I suggest you always have your video in a folder below the
DIRs. You can experience
more problems if they are at a higher level folder.
All the above being said, you can get everything to work with
one quick change.
Place all the MOVs in the same folder as the DIRs. This is
the first place your
DIRs will look before prompting the 'Where is' dialog box.
So, if that's not a
problem for you, put all the files in the same folder on the
CD and all should be
OK.
But as said before, the key is to keep the relative path
relationship in author
mode the same as delivery mode.

Methods not found in class ! HELP !

Dear java People,
I am trying to draw, move, and erase balls in a ArrayList. I get an error message that says:
"BallDemo.java": Error #: 300 : method draw() not found in class java.lang.Object at line 126,

The problem resolved itself when I resynced the iPod with my computer. I suspect the error displayed when I tried syncing with my laptop and canceled out of it.

I have a PC computer and an i-phone 4S. I set up an i-tunes acct online w/ icloud. After a recent update my PC started receiving an error message on start up. It says "AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found". It also says, " The procedure entry point smlTextreaderConstName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll". I click on OK and it moves on. It doesn't seem to affect my computer, but it's annoying. Any ideas on correcting this?

UPDATE - (Made a second post so it'd be clearer)
I uninstalled Office 2003, then iTunes, then all of the associated software (Mobile Device Support, Apple Update, Quicktime, EVERYTHING)
Reinstalled Office 2003, then Office 2003's Service Pack 3, then all Microsoft Updates for Office 2003. Then I configured a blank Outlook profile, no data other than the IMAP info for my .Mac/Me account. Then I downloaded (didn't used my existing copy) of iTunes 7.7 and reinstalled. Sync'd phone. Changed MobileMe settings. Told it to sync contacts and calendar with Outlook. It warned me because it was the first sync. Told it to take ALL of the MobileMe data and replace the data on the computer (which was blank.) NOTHING showed up in Outlook. When I tell it to sync Contacts with the Windows Address Book, it works fine.
In Conclusion, it still won't sync with Outlook, when it's set to Sync with Outlook I still get the annoying MAPI errors. So I switched to to Sync the Contacts with the Windows Address Book, and I'm backing up my WAB file now with my nightly backups.
I suppose we'll see if it gets fixed when I format/reinstall on Vista Ultimate in the next month or two. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open and willing to try them.
On a completely unproductive note: Despite my love for Exchange, I hate MAPI.

Because the location for each song in your library is on your hard drive. If the hard drive isn't there, how can iTunes play it?
You'll have to move/copy the music from your hard drive to your computer's hard drive.
Basically, EASIEST way to do all this, if you don't care about your play counts, etc...
-Delete EVERYTHING from iTunes, so that your library is now empty.
-Go to "Advanced" inside of the "Preferences" window, found in the "Edit" drop-down. You can also access Preferences by pressing Ctrl+, (Press Ctrl and the comma key)
-Change your iTunes Media Folder Location to something simple, but on your computer. I use C:/iTunes. Make sure "Keep iTunes Media Folder Organized" and "Copy files to...." are both checked. You can close Preferences now.
-Now, drag and drop your music from your hard drive into your iTunes library. iTunes will automatically add the music to your library, as you would expect, and also creates a copy of each file to place into that iTunes Media Folder you just created.
Shouldn't have any more problems...

After downloading two movies I got the error message saying the URL is not found on server

After downloading three movies (one of that I see before this thing happen) I got the error message saying the url is not found on this server and I could not reload the kmovies. I write to Apple support but they do not help me. There is someone that could help me?

Content Not Found- purchased ATV movie

Why would a movie purchased on ATV say "content not found" when it is in my menu.

Purchased movies are transferred back to itunes, where they are then streamed to the tv. It may be that itunes is unable to find the movie, do you have your library on an external drive.

My movies are giving a URL not found on server error message, last week they worked fine. After deleting one of them, I don't get any retries for a free download. How do I contact the seller to complain?

I'm just going to repeat the relevant sections from my previous post with the screenshots this time:
Below you'll see a snip of how my current folder structure appears. It's identical to yours, except there are no button files in the General Folder. Since you were kind enough to include a file name, I did a search on that specific one and it's nowhere to be found on my hard drive. Hmmm....
I've seen others remark on how... "challenging".... Adobe's instructions can be sometime. I'll admit to having the same feeling when I was trying to download and install all the content files and the 7-zip stuff. Is the answer somehow that I screwed up that? Note the 7-zip folder right above the Adobe folder. Here's a screen shot of that expanded folder contents:
Does that look like you think it should? Have I not installed or extracted something correctly?
Finally, the only other thing I can think of to give you as much info as you might need is to include a screenshot of where the "Functional Content" stuff got saved. Adobe's instructions about this (if I recall correctly) were that it did NOT have to be installed anywhere specific, but you then had to go into Encore (& Premiere) and through preferences point to this stuff, which I believe I did. But I don't see any button type files in these anyway.
Other thoughts or advice?
