Movies not working

downloaded 2 movies. they appeared to fully download. full blue status bar but they said processing for over 5 hours once they filled the status bar. I restat my ipad and now they say tap to download. but my ipad is full because they hace already downloaded. but it wont let me watch them. they show up in movies bu when i click them it says not enough space to download???????????? and on top of that i cant figure out how to remove teh movies so i can try to redownload them.

In Safari I get this error message: Safari can't open "aam://SAP...[link of the download]" because OS X doesn't recognize internet address starting with "aam:". I thought it was a browser issue (I can't click the download button in Chrome) so downloaded FireFox but it also gives me an error message saying: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address because one of the following protocols (aam) isn't connected to any program or allowed in this context.
I don't have Creative Cloud Membership, I received a CD with Photoshop Lightroom 5 with my new camera from Samsung. Because my MacBook Air doesn't have a DVD drive I figured I should download it. Couldn't find Lightroom 5 in the Appstore so I figured I should download a trial version and simply add the key from the DVD. Unfortunately I can't even download the trial version due to these error messages.

Hi Dhiraj,
When you click on the Log off button, do you see any yellow triangle icon (Something like warning) coming at the bottom left of the browser?
If so then you are experiencing a Javascript error with your browser. If you click on that icon a pop up should come up with the exact error.
If you get the error I mentioned I would recommend you to change the security settings of the browser to meduim or low.
Also if you go to internet properties->Security->Trusted Sites->Sites button,
You can try adding the URL of the Portal that you are using like :http://mysapportal

Itunes movie not working

i purchased the "hancock" movie recently, it does not work in my iphone and so with my pc laptop, it stops all the time. also, do we have a video to use at the old iphone? i feel like i need to know more about this. manual doesn't explain that much information.

I have solved the issue!
There are a bunch of problems with the home.js. I will let whoever is responsible for this to fix the rest. It is pretty sad that this was released like this. It looks to be a copy and past from other extras, and then they tried to add a pretty background video, and failed horribly.
Look for the following in the home.js file
homeController.viewWillAppear = function() {
          if (!IS_APPLE_TV && videoLoaded == false) {
                    var new_elem = document.createElement("video");
Change it to:
homeController.viewWillAppear = function() {
          if (!IS_APPLE_TV && videoLoaded == false) {

Essentially the problem is iTunes does not support, or can't handle the following:
document.getElementById("loopVideo").play();
Which would never allow the conditional to work for bringing up the menu. If I had more time to fix the nice display issue I would, but there are people who get paid to do this, and I paid for this movie.

Movies has been an unreliable, inconsistent and disappointing channel of Sherlock. I find the AppleCare channel useful.
Elvis has left the building...use moviefone instead.
After reading your comments, I just noticed Pictures was grayed out and deleted it from the toolbar.

Flash Player movie not working.

I tried to add flash player movie in website(www.consumer-court.in) but that movie is not working it is due to browser problem or need to install flash player in my system and my browser name and version is FireFox 3.6.

Old movies not working

When I go back to watch movies that I have made in the past, many of the clips don't show on the video. I have watched these movies over and over again and now all of a sudden certain clips are not working. Also, in the "events" area many of my clips are just showing up grey. Why is this??

Rented movies not working

I just recently rented a movie on iTunes but when I tried to play it, it wouldn't work. I thought maybe it was a problem with iTunes, so I tried playing it in Quicktime but it still didn't work.
Then I noticed the rented movie wasn't showing up on my 'Purchased Items' list and that the cost of the movie hadn't been deducted from account. It is still listed under my 'Rented Movies' category, though. Is there something I can do to fix it...?

I have 4-5 mbps for Downloads. It works fine when opening websites and downloading large files from the Internet. I have set-up my IP to "automatically" as you suggested, even though I believe this was the default setting.
I changed the resolution in Settings > Itunes Store > Video Resolution from 1080p to 720p. Then I rented again "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen", (but now using HD 720p) and I get exactly the same error.
Then I changed it to Standard Definition and now is working. Basically what I have found out is that if I rent movies in HD 1080p or HD 720p it will simply not work.
I believe 4-5 mbps is very fast internet connection, so the errors above should not be appearing.
Feedback for Apple TV developers is to show estimated time for full downloads when using 1080p or 720p so the user can understand what is going on. Very frustrating as I just bought the Apple TV for watching HD movies. I have a 55" HD Sony Bravia tv ready to be used... !!!

HT1657 Rented movie not working my ipad is saying "could not lode video"

So I have a iPad mini and I rented a film and it wouldn't download it was saying download error and not working, so I went on to the videos app and tried to stream the film that worked for about 5 minuets after that a message just pops up saying "could not lode video" and I only have about five hours left to watch it.
Pleases can some one help.

Was it more specific as to why it could not be watched?

IDvd - Onestep dvd from movie, not working?

I am trying to make a onestep dvd from movie - from an avi file... but every time I make one (I followed all the directions perfectly). It looks like it is burning and takes about 4 hrs. but nothing happens. it just says I have inserted a blank dvd. Why does this keep happening?

.avi is not the food for iDVD - it usually can not handle it at all.
.avi - is no codec but a container - so one must use another program to figure out what codec that's in there.
Then convert it to sometrhing iDVD can use.

Yep. They want DV-AVI as the format. Same thing but in an AVI container.
Export from iMovie to AVI (Expert Settings) and click the "Options" button to set DV as the codec.

Poster movie not working

Hi all,
I want to use a jpg button "stream.jpg" instead of a poster movie. Clicking on it should open the referenced movie in QT player.

I just have to open the "stream.jpg" button in QT Pro and save as a self-contained movie.
The "stream.mov" however, does not show on the web page.

The javascript AC_QuickTime.js is in the same directory as the html file and the stream.mov button itself.
I am referencing the javascript in the header of the html file: "<script src="AC_QuickTime.js" type="text/javascript" ></script>
I don't understand, why it won't even show the button on the web page, when I preview the html in a browser.
Found your "64" page, copied the code and put the file on my server. Your's works like a charm. So it's nothing on the server.
As soon as I replace your button and movie with mine, the button does not show up on the web page. Something must be wrong with my button.

DVD movie not working.

It makes noises like it's trying to read it, and then it spits it out. This is the first movie DVD that I've put in it that it's done this with. So far every other movie DVD has worked just fine.
Any tips for getting this DVD to work?

Step 1: Insert DVD.
Step 2: Insert DVD again when it get's spit out.
Step 3-1337: Rince and repeat until it goes through, on step 4...or step 1337, if you can last that long before giving up.
Step 1,338: Copy the

folders to your computer so you never have to worry about the computer not being able to read the DVD again.
Step 1,339 - optional: Use Handbrake to convert it to a movie file.
Step 1,340 - optional: Burn the folders to another DVD if you only wanna watch it through a DVD or don't have the space to keep the folders. Then test the new DVD before erasing the folders.
Step 1,341: Sit back, relax, and enjoy the DVD.

Rental movie not working

When you start to watch the rental, you need to be in a good internet (WiFi or cellular) coverage area so the time you start watching can be sent to Apple's servers.

Space bar temporary move not working

I am running the latest PhotoshopCC 14.1.2 on my macbook pro. Recently the feature where the pressing and holding the space bar does not change my current tool ( clone or paint brush ) into the hand tool temporarily so I can move about my document. I have tried relaunching Photoshop, relaunching and trashing the settings file and completely shutting down my mac and restarting.Do have any idea if I have done something to cause this behavior and what I can do to remedy it?

I just checked out the Space Bar = Hand Tool and it works with any tool selected. But it won't move the the image unless the image is zoomed into a magnification that is larger than the screen's viewing area. Normal for that feature. I have never seen that the Hand Move Tool never comes up in any situation on PC or Mac and any OS version when pressing the Space Bar.
I am on a MAC Mini with Mavericks 10.9.4 and btw: Photoshop CC (2014.2.1)
Connect a USB external keyboard to the USB port and see if the Space Bar brings up a Hand and works correctly.
If it does, your MacBook Keyboard Space Bar is suspect or your System Preferences has a problem with Keyboard or Trackpad or both.

Avi movie not working

This doesn't concern iMovie directly, as it is more of a general video problem.
I have a really strange (at least to me) situation.   I direct a band and a friend of mine made a video of a recent performance and gave me a disc of it.
Now, the first thing that I noticed is that the disc was not a DVD but a CD-R! I didn't think you could put movies on CD-Rs.   But then I put it in my DVD player, and it did play the video. Only thing was, there was no sound. Video was fine.
I tried it in my computer, and after QT opened up automatically, I received a message saying that the files could not be opened.    I noticed that when the movie thumbnails came up, they had a .avi tag.
I tried running them through MPEG Streamclip, but got a blank screen. I've used this application with great success to clean up rotten files but it didn't work this time. Perhaps I need to adjust its settings?
Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to make these durn clips work. Thanks for the help!

avi is just a media-container, or 'wrapper' ... like a box of chocolates ,...
install the free MediaHUD, launch it, drag in finder one of those avis onto it and post what it tells ...
I'm assuming, some sort of mpeg1 ... from the morgues of internet video formats, there were stuff like VCD etc... I'm an old man, I can remember! <Mom, were are my pills? No, the pink ones??!>

Flash CC keyboard shortcuts for test/debug movie not working

My keyboard shortcuts all work exept for the various test / debug options, like debug on device,test on desktop. None of these options work.
I tried different keys combinations, so it's not the problem.
I'm tired of going trough the menu + submenu each time because I frequently switch (desktop is faster for quick testing).
I mean, I do this a hundred times a day. Please check this! thanks.

Flash CC, Win7 64bit, I use sublime text, nothing else is running...
Absolutly nothing is happening if I try.
Correction: ctrl+enter has been successfully assigned (I see the text in the menu) and is recongnize for "test movie ...air debug desktop"
Others don't appear in the sub-sub-menu for testing or debugging over usb.
I've assigned them to ctrl+alt+enter/return and ctrl-shift-enter/return. (I've tried other keys as well...)
So it appear the problem is with test/debug USB...
EDIT: Just to be clear, I try to set custom shortcuts, to avoid the default behaviour (one shortcut to launch the last choice). this weird behaviour is probably the cause of the problem in the first place.
