Movies previously purchased and download start downloading againe

Everytime I open up iTunes, 7 movies begin to download. I downloaded them months ago and watched them yet they start downloading again every time. How can I delete them from iTunes memory so they stop donwloading???

Yes you will probably be charged twice.
iTunes Store does not offer automatic repeat download facility which is why it's important to sync your purchases back to iTunes in order to make a longterm backup of the file on DVD or external drive for instance.
If you log into your iTunes account and select the repeat purchase you should be able to 'report a problem' to iTunes store - indicate what happened and they may reimburse you but it's discretional - clearly you'd have no use for 2 copies of the same movie under the same account!

If you purchased a movie from the iTunes Store (not including rentals) and it is still available for purchase, you should be able to redownload it for no additional charge. You may find the following article useful:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync

After purchasing and downloaded GarageBand software, It won't work and start over and over to download the software

After purchasing and downloading GarageBand on App Store the software won't start and switch to download over and over the software. It's virtually impossible to reach someone from Apple for support grrrrrrr.... So can someone could kindly give me a clue or solution for this issue?

Have you restarted your computer after installing?
if that does not help, repair the permissions on your system drive using the "First Aid" panel in "Disk Utility" (launch from Application > Utilities)
And if this does not help, reinstall Garageband:
Quit the AppStore.
Move the GarageBand Application to the Trash, but do not empty the Trash.
Reopen the AppSTore and sign in again with the same account you used to buy GarageBand. Now you should be able to download GarageBand again and to reinstall it.

Today while driving home from vacation i purchased and downloaded the new Nichleback CD, when i got home, i plugged my phone into my computer to update everything and it pulled up a message saying something like "this computer has recognized an iPhone that is in memory update, you will need to restore the phone" or something similar to that, it had a picture of the power cord plugging into iTunes on the screen and i couldn't get rid of it, so i had to plug it in and restore everything, when it was done i noticed that not only did i loose the new CD that i had just purchased today but i lost all of the music that i've purchased since the last update. Media should be included with the backup of the computer that all users should be creating on a regular basis as part of basic computer/data maintenance.
In the event that you do not have a backup (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files)
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this.

Yes, as long as the machine meets the system requirements for the software you can install and activate it. Your license allows you to have the software installed and activated on two machines.

Delete the problem song(s) from library including file(s). Then go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Select Music tab to re-download again for free.

Are the items still available in the store, and if so have you hidden them (hiding and unhiding) ? Not all content types are available for re-downloading in all countries, and if the content provider has removed an item from the store then it also won't appear for re-downloading.

How are you trying to access them ? If they are fully downloaded then you should be able to watch them via the Videos app, you shouldn't need to be online.
