Movies Showing up on iPhone 5S but Not in iTunes on MacBook

Hi:
I purchased a movie bundle (Madagascar 1,2,3) for my daughter and all the movies show up on my iPhone 5S but only Madagascar 1 shows up in my iTunes on my MacBook.
Also, Toy Story 3 and The Penguins of Madagascar show up in both places.
I have checked my iTunes Settings and nothing is "hidden".
Any ideas on how I can get Madagascar 2-3 to show up in iTunes on my MacBook?

If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go

The purchase history on your iTunes account will only show purchases from the iTunes stores (iTunes, app store, ibookstore, Mac app store), not from Apple online or bricks-and-mortar stores.
Does anything show on your credit card ? If the email is genuine then it's possible that your and their email addresses are similar and that they gave the wrong id (or the store typed it incorrectly), it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody has access to your account.

My ipod shows up on my desktop, but not in itunes 7.

Let me start out by saying I've never had any itunes + ipod probems before. Everything has run smoothly up until now.
Last week I upgraded my OS to 10.4.7 because I had been running on 10.2.8 since 2001 and itunes wouldn't let me download albums containing music videos. So I decided it was time for the upgrade. I also upgraded to itunes 7 and had been previously using itunes 6. This is when the problems started. Now whenever I plug my ipod into my computer with my firewire cord, my ipod shows up on my desktop, but not in itunes and I am completely clueless on what to do. No error messages pop up or anything. My ipod charges and that's about it. I tried doing the 5 R's, but none of that helps. I have a feeling it's itunes's problem and not my ipod's. I was thinking that maybe if I uninstall itunes 7 and re-install 6, everyting would work again; but I don't know how to uninstall itunes and I don't want to risk losing my library. I'd just like for itunes 7 to recognise my ipod and update it. Can anyone help me?

I've always used my firewire cable to update my iPod. I've tried using USB in the past but for some reason it always says that my iPod has low battery and won't let me update it, so I just use firewire. Can I not use firewire with itunes 7?

Yes, content purchased on your phone (or any device for that matter) will be added to iTunes Match and be made available on all other devices.

My iPod Classic shows up in My Computer, but not in iTunes. I've gone through the troubleshooting guide, reset it 3 times and put it in disk mode, reinstalled and updated iTunes and still nothing.

TS4062 I just received a new replacement Ipod touch 5th gen and restored it from cloud. It is showing up in my computer but not in itunes.

I restored a new ipod touch 5th gen from my cloud and cannot get it to connect to itunes on my computer. I restarted my computer and ipod. I reinstalled Itunes and It still won't show up in itunes. My computer recoginizes it but not itunes.

my ipod has been working fine since i got it a few weeks ago. only recently has it been acting up. I connect it to my computer via USB cable and itunes doesnt automatically show up anymore. Can I ask if you've downloaded any updates at all as since I've updated mine I've been left with no tracks on my iPod -I've tried every possible thing I know-I'm left with a uselss empty iPod! I've only had it a couple of days so I can see it going back! Wouldn't care but it was working smashing before this too-**** annoying.
I've also had software probs with the Sony one I had to after updating stuff.

Text tone still on iPhone 5s but not in itunes?

I tried to back up my iPhone 5s to iTunes so I could update to iOS 8. I chose for it to transfer purchases and when it finished backing up, my text tone was in the 'on this iPhone' part, but when I went to update it, it then said there were purchases that weren't transferred, so I did it manually. When it transferred the purchases, the text tone disappeared from iTunes but other things, like books were still there. It's still on my phone, and after restarting it, it now works when people text me. I looked on the iTunes store on my phone and it gives me the option to buy it?
So I'm very confused. iTunes just decided that I didn't have it anymore, my phone still has it and uses it, but the iTunes store tells me to buy it?
Anyone know how I can back it up on iTunes again so I can just get on with the update?

OKAY so i cannot connect any devise to itunes my iphone 5 and ipod are not being shown on itunes yet appear on my computer, i have uninstalled and re insalled itunes and gone through the proxy steps and all the steps on itunes help BUT IT WONT CONNECT also the itunes store will not connect to the internet it appears with ERROR- 3212, and its really frustrating!! NEED help!!

If you are using a pc in contrast to using an apple product computer - please uninstall all anti-spyware programs. (Norton, Mcaffee, AVG, avira, kaspersky ect ect.)
Once you've uninstalled anti-spyware and all windows firewall give it another go.

Album Art - Shows up on iPhone 4 but not Mac

I study language vocabulary using a large collection of m4a files. Each file contains the audio of a word in one langugae with corresponding album art and its meaning in another language with corresponding album art. Thus, there are two images associated with/embeded in each m4a.
On my Mac, I can see the album art work if I click "Get Info" and then look under the "Summary" tab. However, when the I play each file, I can see only the default music note image. But, on my iPhone 4, all images display correctly.
These files used to work correctly. What happened?

TS4062 windows xp platform. since updating to itunes 10.7.0.21 I have been unable to sync my iphone 3g via the usb cable. it shows up in my computer, but not in itunes

I have run itunes diagnostics and when it gets to connectivity test - ports, it says no iphone found. I followed the troubleshooting steps there, but have been unable to resolve this problem. I have also tried:
1. Stopping and restarting the apple mobile device program.
2. Deleting temporary files.
3. Checking the registery files.
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled itunes 2 times.
5. Used msconfig to disable start up items that could be interfering.
I'm tired of waiting for itunes 11, hoping that it might resolve my problem.
Is there a place where i can download the previous version of itunes 10.6 to see if this may help?

11. Return the iPod Touch to factory settings and reinstall from backup
12. Return the iPod Touch to factory settings and install as new device
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED !!! I still cannot backup because iTunes cannot start a session.
My devices are completely vulnerable to loss.
I have spent hours searching the Internet trying to find a solution.
I have concluded that the iTunes software or its driver are at fault.
