Moving Clientside Intraportlet Communication into Pageflows

At the moment I am facing the challenge of transforming client side
JavaScript code (SAP, from an external (browser) portlet), which is used
for intraportlet communication in the portal; to be somehow picked up
and posted back to the server in order to go through page flows.
Do you have any experiences with this problem?

i maintain the package subdl in AUR. Well, at least i did before it got moved to community. Despite the fact, that subdl is a really great programm (really, have a look at it if you don't like horribly dubbed movies but are too lazy to search for the right subtitle), i was kind of surprised of that as it got only 1 vote so far and is now marked orphaned in community. I don't really understand that, but i'm ok with it as long as people can use it (have i told you that i really like that program? If you've ever watched a german dubbed version of any non-german movie, you know the pain. But being no native english speaker, english subtitles come really handy to support my temporary lack of not understanding the spoken word of, for example, Bodie Broadus or Jeliza-Rose in the original movies. So subdl helps me saving my time and improves my english. Wow! )
Anyway, could it be possible to be noted about that move as the old maintainer? Would be kind of, ehm, kind.

@louipc: It's nice to be mentioned as a contributor, but to be honest, i don't really care. What i really want is the program to be available for you, my fellow arch linux users. My only problem is that i didn't get any note and that that would be really kind for all the people who contributed community worthy packages to AUR. You know, a few words like "hey, great package, i adopted it and moved it to community. thanks for maintaining it to this point" would be really cool and motivating. That's all.

Spiffed up the wireframe skins a bit to make them look better.
QA: Yes, please add tests that include the wireframe theme. This theme only applies to Gumbo components.

Thank you very,very much for helping me out, i didnt even think about the fact that Elements plug ins may not even work with Photoshop jCS5 so thanks for setting me straight on that. I really want those plug ins but ever since i installed CS5 i cant get my Photoshop Elements 8 program open, it opens and a split second later it shuts down and have no idea why. I was using Elememts that day that i installed CS5 so i know it worked prior to the install of cs5. I am using windows 7 64bit. I put a phone call into Adobe who said they would call me back in 8 min and that was at least 2 hrs ago. I am not to computer literate so i dont dare start messing with files until i get instructions from someone who does know what there doing.
Also, in response to the question about how i got the Topaz plug ins into Elements, well, i installed like normal and then had to copy the file into the Elements folder, it worked perfectly, that was Topaz instructed people to do if they didnt show up when you ran the auto installer. I will get ahold of topaz and see if there is anything I can do about "exchanging' my elements serial number for a CS serial number, its worth a try anyway becasue i just bought them and I love what they do.

Moving saved .eml files into Outlook

I have thousands of saved .eml files, to move into Outlook 2010. However - when I drag and drop them into the folders on Outlook 2010 - every file has the "date received" as today's date ( in past scenarios where I've done this - it automatically shows the
original email date).
i.e. - every file moved today - shows October 9th, 2011 as the date received - even though the email may have been from August 2009 for example.
Any thoughts on how to move the eml files into Outlook 2010 - with the original receive dates being displayed.

( Essentially - eml files from Windows Mail - need to be converted to .pst in Outlook - then imported into Outlook)

Outlook doesn't use EML files. From Windows Mail, use File, Export. Choose Exchange Server (it exports to Outlook). You
will need to be using 32 bit Outlook to do this.

HTTPS communications into XI

We currently have a SRM --> XI --> HTTPS scenario
which sends purchase orders to outside vendors. We
now have a need to configure a HTTPS --> XI --> R/3
scenario which will consist of vendors sending XML
invoices via HTTPS to XI which in turn will map them
to IDOCs and send them to R/3.
We would like to create a URL on a web server at our location that our vendors could send their invoices to via HTTPS. What do I need to configure in XI to pull from this URL? There is no entry in the Sender HTTP adapter to specific a URL.

Hi,
You need to have Http client, which sends/push the data into XI pipeline directly.
In this thread Client html code is given. So save it as an htm page and view it. So you can see what all the necessary parameters reuired..

One more thing, if you are using SAP BASIS 7.0 (PI 7.0)then you need to have Sender Communication channel for Http also. But it has very minimal information.

Re. Moving invisible dot file into limbo

I decided to move out a .vbt5 file from the root folder to the Desktop. (The .vbt5 was a remnant of a Virus Barrier installation -- how it got there is another story, since I never installed anything Intego. Must have been migrated from an inherited Leopard G5. Nothing else Intego is showing anywhere. Just that.)
(I know I could have just moved the .vbt5 to the Trash using the Finder, which is what I eventually did, in fact. But I wanted to preserve it somewhere.)
Here's what happened:
First made all files visible from Terminal. Then
sudo cp -p /.vbt5 ~/Desktop (My intent here was to put a copy on the Desktop, then trash the origiinal at root.)
Result: didn't see a copy on the Desktop. Original is still in the root folder. Remember, all hidden files/folders are visible.
Next
sudo mv /.vbt5 ~/Desktop
Still nada and EasyFind set to show all invisible doesn't see it anywhere, not even in the root folder, so that part worked. It appears to have disappeared into thin air, but it went somewhere.
So, next decide to move it back to the root folder from wherever, even though it never showed up on the Desktop and EF doesn't see it anywhere.
sudo mv ~/Desktop/.vbt5 /
Guess what. With this last command, it shows up back in the root folder. Question: where was it before I moved it back. Why, with hidden files/folders showing, didn't it show up on the Desktop when I moved it there? It was nowhere to be seen, but it obediently went back to the root folder when I moved it back there.
Obviously, something I'm not understanding about the behavior of hidden dot files.

OK, I think I may have this figured out. For security, I'm running standard. So in order to sudo I have to su to my admin user. If I ls -a from my admin, it shows up. If I ls -a from my standard user, it doesn't show. Finder isn't seeing it because it's only seeing my standard user. That was the giveaway. I'm guessing it's getting moved to my admin user Desktop. Don't at the moment feel like logging in over there to confirm this, but I'm pretty certain this is what's happening.
One of a number of small PITA of running standard and having to su to do certain things.

Moving alphabet month folders into new year folders, error cause not known

I have my folders listed aphabetically eg JAN 14 in my catalog and am now trying to add new year folders and drag the relevent folders into the year folder, I keep getting an unknown error has occurred and the folder cannot be moved . This is on my laptop using an external hd but my catalog is on the 'c' drive. I have already completed this on my main desktop machine whith an external hd, any help would be appreciated.

I'll clarify my statement above regarding my iMovie Events folders: I tried to open them with iMovie, won't do it. I've not used iMovie much at all to be honest. I can't think of where these files called "iMovie events came from to be honest. Maybe somewhere in the distant past I tried to use iMovie to organize video content, but I can't recall one way or the other.
I reconnize the video content, mind you, but how it got labeled "iMovie" I'm not sure. That is everything I recognize from when I was using FCE. Never been a big fan of iMovie: slow, clunky, limited. Good for when I first started.
Here's my delimma: can't open it in iMovie or FCPX. I can import it in either, but as described above, it started make either duplications (in iMovie) or quadruple in FCPX. Not sure why the import feature is causing such an effect on the video.
I am puzzled as to why it would be labeled iMovie events and not open in iMovie.
Now to set out really learning media management in FCP X
Any other advice or ideas on how to import a single file as a single file (not duplicates/quads) or to get iMovie to recognize and open the files within iMovie so I CAN share it over to FCP X?

Hello All............I have a SQL Cluster based on Physical Hardware that has Three-3 instances as well. I have setup a Hyper-V Failover Cluster (2012 R2) and have built Virtual/Guest SQL Cluster (2012 R2) upon it. Now, I intend to move
the instances/databases from Physical SQL Cluster to Virtual SQL Cluster.
1. Is this supported? If so, I would appreciate any guidance on it?
2. Is P2V of SQL Cluster supported in Hyper-V Failover Cluster based on Windows Server 2012 R2?

Mac Mail keeps moving deleted emails back into inbox

How to stop Mail from moving deleted messages back to inbox?

I've had the same problem for several months. I can't archive emails to the archive folder. They keep moving back into the inbox. I have to keep moving them several times before they stay put.

Accidently Moved all my events into one event

My Mac was running slow so accidently dropped all my events into one.
I then closed and reopened Iphoto hoping the changes wouldnt take effect.
Urgently need to undo the action. The UNDO button is greyed out.
I clicked on Autosplit events, but how can i get my last copy of the library back and reload? Where is it saved?

No, it doesn't. You must be proactive in setting up a backup strategy like using Time Machine with an external HD. If you haven't setup a backup plan then you have no backup of the library to fall back on.
So you're only course of action is to split (auto or manually) the one large event into events based on your criteria, i.e. by date, by photo opportunity, etc. It could take a while. One way to do it by date, i.e. by month is to use the Search function at the bottom of the window and do a search by each month of the year, When you get the results for the first month, select them all and use the Events ➙ Create Event menu option. This way you can create an event for each month of each year.

Moving photos in pictures into iphoto

I scanned some old undigital photos into my Mac. They appear in Pictures. I want them in iphoto so I can make them into a slide show. Does anyone know how to do that? Or if it is possible?
