Moving from XP to windows 8. I moved the profile but it did not seem to work.

I moved the profile i had on XP to Win 8 and it found the acount but the old maul and address's did not show up.

Windows 7 ships with Windows Contacts built in. Information about Windows Contacts in Windows 7:
The iPhone supports syncing contacts with Windows Contacts.
If you do not have sync contacts selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences, contacts on your iPhone are not touched when syncing with iTunes.

In terms of searching i have searched for photos on my finder. However, none of the photos that appear are from my iPhoto Library.

Search for any file with "ThumbJPGSegment" in the name. The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases.
The ipod is not a backup device.
You need to copy everything back using your backup copy.

A simple Paste does not work for you?
It should place the clipboard content as a new Layer which you can then move around.
If there is any chance that the elements need to be scaled, rotated etc. I would prefer to place them as Smart Objects (File > Place …) and do the masking that is specific to the images themselves in those.

Even if he did hear the sound, there is no guarantee that the other end will receive it. There have been times in the past when my wife has sent me text messages that I never received. Heck, before we were married, I sent her a letter via US Snail that she never received. There is no guarantee of delivery for text messages or email, although email does tend to be more consistent that text messages (and cheaper too).

Moved IPhoto library, but Data did not transfer

So I recently moved my I Photo Library to my external. I do not have time machine so I did this manually (if you can call it Manual). 1st off, my data (photos) didn't transfer with it, and when I moved the library back to my computer it was detached from the data. How do I reconnect the two, and THEN properly move it back to my external.

Time Machine has nothing and could not possibly be involved with moving your iPhoto library to an external drive
The correct way to move the iPhoto library to an external drive is to simply drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity to the external drive and then depress the option key and launch iPhoto and use the select library option to point to it - fully test it in the new location and then delete the old library on the internal drive (testing one more time prior to emptying the trash)
iPhoto is a database program and if you corrupt its database you will need to load your current backup or start over and reimport the photos - to start over be sure that the option to create events from items imported from the finder is unchecked and open the originals folder in the unusable library and drag each folder of photos in it onto the iPhoto icon in the dock (or the iPhoto window) - this will recreate your events with the original photos

I bought two american idol performances today, when they finished downloading, they didn't show up in my library. I checked for available downloads and it said that everything has been downloaded. Of course i was billed for these items in my purchase history but i do not have them. What should i do? Does anyone have any solutions.

If you purchased it on your computer's iTunes then have did you select it to sync to your iPad (via the iPad's Books tab on your computer's iTunes) ?. On your iPad you can also turn Settings > Store > Books 'on' so that iBooks purchases made on your computer or other iOS device are automatically downloaded to it. Adobe has changed my password but still when I try to download the update it goes to the old "hint." for the password I don't rememember. Got the email from Adobe REader that my password has been changed but it doessn't seem to work.

Adobe Reader's installer does not require a password to function.
An installed version of Adobe Reader does not require a password.
Sometimes, some computer Operating Systems are configured such that to install an application or to install an update to an application an "admin" has to sign in.
That, of course, involves a password.
But that has nothing to do with Adobe Reader download, installer or Reader use.
It is completely a thing of the OS configuration.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

If you did not enable backup encryption and it is now asking for a password, the backup is corrupt.
There is no way to remove the "password".
Restore the device as new and sync back your content. Everything should already be in iTunes.
