Moving music from I-pod to a new computer.
My old computer crashed with my all my music. My question is this: I now have a new computer and have I-tunes on it but I am trying to get all my old music off my I-pod to my new computer. Is this possible & if so how would I go about doing it. Right now it keeps saying it wants to sync and erase old songs as they are linked to a different computer. Thanks for any help possible.

Thoroughly angry and frustrated. I've run out of room and need to make more to add more songs. Once and for all, how do I, if I even CAN, delete music from my iPod Nano WITHOUT losing them from iTunes?
You should take the time to familiarize yourself with the documentation that is available. You can "uncheck" a song in iTunes, and then do a manual update.

How do i get music from my ipod nano onto my iphone 3g
How do i get music from my ipod nano onto my iphone 3g????
You don't.
You sync music from itunes on your computer to iphone.
Everything that is on your Nano should be in itunes on your computer, as that is where it came from in the first place.
Just sync whatever you like to your iphone. -
Question about moving music from an iPod to your computer.
In my household, we have iTunes on three different computers. My mother downloaded music on my brother's computer, and it's on his library. We want to burn a cd with the purchased album, but his computer does not have a cd burner, but the other two do. Is there a way to move music from one computer to another, or possibly moving music from an iPod to a computer's library?
Music is synced to iphone from itunes.
Plug in iphone and select whatever you like to sync from itunes to iphone.

CAN I TRANSFER MY MUSIC FROM MY IPOD NANO TO MY MACBOOK PRO
can i transfer my music from my ipod nano to my macbook pro.
Yes, you can. If your music collection was purchased from iTunes, you are in a good shape since that music is forever yours under your iTunes account. Therefore, after installing iTunes on your new computer, sign into your account and see all your music under "Purchsed". Then simply download it to be phisically present onto your macbook pro (for free since you've already paid for it).
On the other hand if you happens to not be a sucker to waist money on iTunes and your collection was ripped from the internet (via torrents and such), you can follow this guide to transfer ipod music to mac. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help. -

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions.
There is no built-in way of transfering music from the +iPod nano+. Can't you transfer the music/playlists to the +iPod touch+ from the original iTunes library content?

HT1382 how can I sync music from a iPOD Nano Generation 4 to an iPhone 5?
I have just bought my first iPhone. I went with the iPhone 5. I also have an older iPod Nano that I have had for several years. Almost all of my music is located on the iPod and only the songs I have purchased through iTunes Store are showing up on my iTunes account. How can I get the music files to sync from the iPod Nano to the iPhone 5? I have already set up iCloud on my iPhone 5 but I don't think that will help me with getting the music from the iPod Nano to the iPhone 5. Thank you
There is no supported way to transfer library content synced to an iDevice to another iDevice. You also cannot sync library content from an iDevice to a different iTunes library. Content transfer is from the itunes library on the computer to the iDevice.
The one exception is purchased content (from the iTunes store), which can be transferred to the computer by selecting the "Transfer Purchases" menu option with hte device connected to the computer.
The only resolution I could offer, is that you "Could" (assuming you still have the original computer with the content) transfer the music via homesharing or another method listed in the following KB article:
