Moving within the EU - do Apps still work?

Question

Hi all,
does anybody know if an App bought, e.g., with a German CC in Germany on the German Mac App Store will work also when my Apple ID will be associated with another non-German CC if I move elsewhere in the EU?
I mean, if I buy the boxed version of an App I can run it wherever I want, at least in the EU (free movement of people and goods).
Since the iTunes store UK, e.g., as a territoriality clause (for some unknown, and likely illegal reason, you cannot buy from another EU country content on the UK iTunes Store - same for Germany; why then can I buy a CD on Amazon.uk and have it shipped to Germany?), and the new iTunes Terms & Conditions, also for the German iTunes Store, specify for the Mac Apps that an Apple ID account with a valid German CC must be used, what happens then if I change country (I move) and I change the CC associated to the Apple ID? will the Apps still work?

Because you, as the purchaser, are responsible for making sure you are doing it legally.
