Mozilla 5.0 have problems with AVG Free version antivirus?

hello,
after I upgraded to 5.0 Mozillacame a warning saying that the antivirus AVG Free Edition, which has my laptop, was not compatible and that it was disabled. is this true? I had the antivirus review the laptop, got a problem and when I want to delete it crashed. I had to wait for it to discharge the battery, start Windows in safe mode and restore the system. Should I install another antivirus? Regards.

I have microsoft Vista, was very happy with the 4.0 version, downloaded the 5.0 and was so miserable I uninstalled Firefox. I lost the menu bar therefore could not exit. Followed directions to restore menu bar using ALT, that failed. I was left with a full screen with no way to exit other than rebooting. Then I tried reinstalling Firefox 5, same frustrating problem. I clicked the icon but its selection provided nothing to resolve my problem. So until they get their act together, it's deleted and I'm gone.

After I tried to get some free applications from itunes store (with my PC) and entered my new ID ,I couldnt get anything-just this message: this apple ID has not yet been used with the itunes store (please review your account information).
I entered every information acept my bank account (I only want free applications from itunes store so I chosed "other" between visa, american and mastercard). How could I resolve this problem with itunes store ID?

If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

Is anyone else having problems with the free version if soctics?

I basically installed an update for it but since the app just opens then immediately closes? And there doesn't seem to be any more updates to fix this, is anyone else having this problem? If so how do I fix it?

Try force quitting the app. Double tap the home button. You'll see hte app icons and previews lining up on the screen. You may need to scroll sideways to get the app in question on the screen. Flick the preview window up and off the screen to force close the app. Single tap the home button to exit the mode

You can also try to reset your device. Hold down on the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. WHen you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and try again.
If the app is still messing up, go and look on the app's page in iTunes. If others are having crashing issues, it'll usually be reflected in the reviews for the app. If the app is broken, then it's up to the developer to fix it.

Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

i cant login anywhere as all my passwords are saved in firefox, i cant even access teh firefox preference to get my password, it's so sad

You likley have a corrupted Firefox preference or other support file in your User/Library folder.
Programs load these files from the user account to adjust to user specifications, instead of having multiple copies of the same program on the machine.
So when you reinstalled Firefox, it reinstalled the progrma only and the user support files remained from before.
To prove this point, use System Preferences to create another Admin account and log into it, Firefox should run like a charm.
To remove the Firefox support files from the problem user account your going to need to locate these files and delete them one at a time and try FF again and again.
The first one you shoull try is your FF .plist file located in your User/Library folder.
Clicm on the Finder and use the Go > Go to Folder and paste this
~/Library/Preferences
and press Go.
Now scroll down until you see the Firefox or Mozilla .plist file and Trash it, quit and restart Firefox, it will recreate the preference file with default settings you will have to reset it.
Next run through the list of fixes #1-13 here before proceeding.

If you need help deleting other FF files, download the free Easy Find from MacUpdate.com and search for anything "Mozilla" or "Firefox" in your User account only and take your chances you hopefully won't delete your password file in the process.
You should have site passwords written down someplace and locked up tightin case you need them, a computer isn't totally safe and reliable.

Purchasing more Storage on iCloud will not increase the Storage Capacity of your iDevice.
You need to Delete Content from your iDevice...
Goto... Settings > General > Usage > Storage = Then Delete Content...

Problem with installing free App (Everything is fine, bur we had a small problem getting your license)

We have free App for SharePoint Online. Some our customers have problems with the installation. After install they see an issue with obtaining a license which should be free.

First, please check the suggestion above is helpful. I also suggest you removing all version of Office and re-install Office 2013.
We can try to run the application as an administrator and check if it works.
1. Right click the shortcut of the application or the main application.
2. Select properties.
3. Select compatibility tab and select "Run this program as an administrator."
