Yes. In your Taskflow Stage, go to the Processing tab. Change Application to "Hub" and Action to "Email". You can put in multiple To email addresses delimited by a comma. You can even include variables in your email indicating whether each step was success/failure.
Two things irritate me to no end with the Email action:
1) The From email address is hard-coded in HFM and cannot be changed from [email protected]
2) Your message is a single string of text. The editor does not recognize hard returns/line feeds/whatever you want to call them. Basically, you can't have a blank line or an <enter>.

Just be aware that when multiple devices share the same iCloud account, any data they sync with the account will be merged and the merged data will appear on all of the devices. I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

What happened is the update forced your phone into recovery mode. There's been a lot of issues with this, but the only thing you can do is plug the phone into iTunes and do a restore on it. Hopefully you have a backup so you can restore your information.

I agree, though yes, the question is not clear.
In the event you're asking if the songs have to be "local" meaning on an internal hard drive, the answer is a qualified "no."
You can have an itunes library on an external drive, but the drive has to be active when Match is running and it will also have to stay on in order for Match to work properly after that. You can get around this by creating a separate empty library once you have moved everything to the cloud, and populating that library with the songs in the cloud.

Your network preferences file may be damaged, that would explain why you can configure the computer and get online but then when the computer wakes from sleep and needs to restore the setting it cannot.
Open the Library folder of your computer (not the Library in your user directory) and then find the Preferences folder. Now the problem for me is that I've not used Leopard forever so I'm not sure exactly where the file you want is or what it is called. In Mountain Lion it is called:
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
and it is inside a folder called SystemConfiguration. But I can't remember if this has changed along the way or not. The easy thing to do is to go back to the Network Preferences pane again and make the change I directed above. Then you can look in the Preferences folder and sort by date modified to find the network preferences file that was just now modified. Move it to the desktop, restart your computer, reconfigure the WiFi again and see what happens.
