Mozilla Firefox showing undefined parameter on paypal cart:

Some parameters on the Paypal cart are showing undefined for Firefox browser. I tested with other browsers and the all parameters show correctly. Does anyone knows how to fix this? thanks

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
You may be using a theme or extension that prevents the "[[Site Identity Button|Site Identity Button]]" (globe/padlock) on the location bar from working properly.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

After downloading Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta to my desktop I restarted the computer, but I do not receive any prompts to create an account with a Secret Password. How do I set up the account if the prompt never show up?

Several months ago I installed the Firefox Home app on my iPhone to sync the bookmarks that I had on my Windows XP home computer. It has worked just fine until a few days ago. Just recently I was notified that the app would no longer work because of changes that have been made. I have tried to follow the instructions that were emailed to me regarding how to setup the new Firefox Sync add-on, but I am having a problem. After downloading Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta to my desktop and restarting my computer, I do not receive any prompts to create an account with a password and a secret phrase, as the instructions specify. How do I set up the account if the prompt never shows up?

Click on the Firefox button then select Options to open the Options dialog. Now go to the Sync panel for the option to setup a new account.

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

When I click on the Moilla button on my desktop, the firefox start page that shows up has no Mozilla button to access print, history. options etc., it just says mozilla firefox start page at the top. rt page tc.

When I click on the Mozilla icon on my desktop, a mozilla firefox startpage come up that has NO mozilla button to click and access print, history, options etc. Also the whole page automatically shifts down slightly to show only google question box and no address bar. Also, there used to be a place where I could click on most accessed pages, but that disappeared a couple of weeks ago. I have an HP computer and never know what the start page will look like.

Did you recently upgrade Firefox? I would be willing to be that everything is still there, it's just hidden. Take a look [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/common-questions-after-upgrading-firefox-36 this article]. It will give you some tips on how to bring back any of the options you might not see.

I've downloaded Firefox 4.0 six times but when I choose About Mozilla Firefox fromt he Help Menu it still shows version 3.6.16 - why isn't 4.0 downloading?

I've keep downloading Firefox 4.0 but I don't think it is working because when I choose ABOUT MOZILLA FIREFOX from the HELP menu, it still show version 3.6.16. I haven't notice any increase of speed either. For quite a while also whenever I click the icon in the lower task bar to start up Firefox, the round cursor icon jumps around rather than rotating smoothly. I've tried many times to contact Firefox but only this morning did I finally find a way to email you. What is the problem that it isn't running smoothly? I double click the icon and it takes forever for Firefox homepage to come on the screen. I usually get impatient while waiting so I click the icon again. So when it does finally show the Firefox Home Page, I usually get 3 or 4 copies of it on top of each other. Why is it moving so slow. I was glad to see the 4.0 version but I can't seem to get it properly installed. What should I do?

Firefox 4 beta versions install in a separate program folder (e.g. C:\Program files\Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 10) and doesn't replace the current Firefox 3.6.x release. 
So both versions are installed and you need to make sure that you click the desktop shortcut with to launch the Firefox version that you want. 
If you do not have a shortcut to launch the Firefox 4 version then you need to create one.

Got an alert from Mozilla FireFox saying I have virus on CPU, however, Avira software showes nothing. What to do?

While browsing a Mozilla Firefox alert popped up, stating that I had some activity going on. It said push the start tab to run a test, I did this. The results were that I had a virus (Trojan horse and Malware) on my computer. To fix, it said to download something from Creative Technologies...I did not download - not knowing what it was. My Avira anits-virus software shows nothing. Who is right/trust, and what should I do if I encounter it again???

If you suspect malware issue, Do a malware check with some malware scan programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

Why don't restored tabs show titles in Firefox 4? They just say "mozilla firefox."

In Firefox 3.6 when I restored tabs, all of the headings of the tabs immediately loaded. Now in Firefox 4 the tabs are restored but at least have of the headings don't load. They just say "Mozilla Firefox." I then have to go to the sites to get the heading names to appear. I'm wondering what is going on and if this can be fixed.

App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data in the file sessionstore.js in the Firefox profile folder.

Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

yes linestring themes will have the same restriction as polygon themes: you can add multiple of them, but you may experience strange behaviors when you attempt to turn one of them on or off. So the best practice is to ensure there is only one linestring/polygon type theme-based FOI added to the MVMapView object at any time.
This restriction is there mainly because of IE6's inability to support PNGs with alpha transparency natively.
And yes you may notice some difference in performance between IE and FF, mainly because for IE we have to apply additional processing so that it can handle PNGs with alpha transparency which introduces a lot of overhead.

I was just wondering if you would know why there are so many Comodo Firewall Pro firewall (319) outbound connections showing in my Comodo Firewall Pro firewall when I open my Mozilla Firefox web browser?
Is this a concern or is this normal traffic?

Note that it is not a good idea to disable the blocklist as mentioned in article as then Plugins and extensions blocklisted (due to security or malicious concerns) will then be able to run and install in Firefox.
Should not be 319 connections though

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.

My anti spyware programme scans frequently show many adware threats which refer to mozilla firefox as being responsible for this. I frequently quarantine and remove approximately 60 adware threats per day. Is there any way I can prevent this ??

I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (desktop) and windows 7 ultimate 32 bit (laptop).
I have just finished a scan with Super Anti Spyware on my desktop and 36 adware threats were revealed. When I looked at the address of each one, mozilla firefox was included as part of the address. Is this genuine, or could it be part of an elaborate scam?

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

I suddenly started getting redirected when I click on my Firefox icon. Page says "Paypal and Firefox Simple promotion!" Paypal says it isn't theirs. I can't seem to get past this. I am afraid this a Trojan redirect or keystroke copier.
