Mozilla loaded a GB version and my bank is denying me on-line access and I cannot clear this from my computer.
My version of mozilla appears to be coming from great britain. I tried to remove and reload but the computer still thinks that it has the GB version, unfortunately so does my on-line baking site and they will not allow me access.
help?

A while ago I posted question in iBooksStore > Discussions, but did not get any answers so far. so I am hoping you could help...
Here is my info:
iOS on all devices 7.0.4
iBooks version - 3.2
On my Iphone 5 - when I go to the iBooks store and touch "purchased" tab on the bottom - nothing happens and page stays blank. When I go the iBooks library and check Purchased collection - all my books are there.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iBooks a few times. It did not fix the problem.
On my Ipad 2 which is under the same apple ID - everything works fine. My husband's iPad mini which is under the same apple ID has no problem either. Any ideas?
BTW - I did report this to apple feedback/bug report.

No, I get the "Trust this computer" message on my phone, but when I click yes, it doesn't allow me to access it on the computer...It just rejects it and shows me the same message again...

After the update, all my previous texts are gone and my icon shows I have new texts. How do I clear my icon so it shows no new texts?
Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Firefox worked before though at times encountered a problem and had to close. Now I've loaded the newest version and it won't even fully load without having to close. I plugged in the crash item id that HELP forum instructed, and the report said it could not proceed. SO I'm not experienced in any of this and don't know how to make it work. I have to use Explorer until it is fixed. Help please.

I have a windows computer running xp. I can not load the latest version of I tunes. I receive an error message that the 'msi" file can not be found. I can not delete I tunes for the same reason.

I am using I Photo 4.0.3. When I start it, loading pictures never ends and I cannot use I Photo; What can I do?
When did this begin? Did you run any updaters just before this began and, if so, what were they?
That's a very old iPhoto version so give this a try:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down.
2 - select Options #3 and #4.
4 - Rebuild the library.
If that fails to help continue with this:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button,
navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I would suggest you to uninstall Adobe Reader using the cleaner tool and then re-install the latest version.

You get that problem if you select the Firefox program to handle a file if you get an "open with" dialog.

Same here but not sure if it is for the same reason. I have trouble downloading the file and hence, it is not on my computer but in "the cloud" and it seems like that is the reason that it cannot transfer the file.

Thanks!!you can try resetting the network settings in settings or you can try doing a reset - hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release. Then wait for the phone to boot back up. You won't lose any data.

I am trying to clear files from my computer. I have a bunch of .m4v protected files that will not delete. They are lectures from college that I do not need anymore and would like to delete them to make room on my computer. I have looked at the help sites and they seem to give directions to change files that people are saving in the future and not regarding past files. I am unable to change anything about the file including the name, so I can not change these past files from .m4v to something else which is deletable such as .mp4 etc. Any help would be much appreciated!!!!
Well, most of what we can tell you is already stated in the message you are getting. A phone can only sync with one library at a time. You have apparently synced your phone with a different iTunes library in the past, or changes have been made to this library so the phone no longer recognizes it as the library with which it was synced. To know which you will have to provide the information.
If you bought them using the AppleID you use with this phone it may simply be easier to re-download them directly to the phone rather than sync them, though you will want to resolve that issue at some point.

My iphone 4 is not working and I cant reset it from the computer either because it wont connect to it I need help!!!
1. I tried connecting it to itunes for a system reset and it didnt work.
2. The phone wont even turn on!!!If the phone wont turn on it sounds like it needs to be charged. Plug it into a charger and wait about 15 minutes and try turning it on while still charging. Have you tried holding in your home button with the on/off button held in? Hold them both together until the apple logo comes up and then release them. The screen will blink off an on while it is resetting. I still think this is a battery issue. Good luck~
