Mozilla won't restart... it says something's open. not the case.

I can't open my Navigation toolbar so i tried to reset it and the 3 times i tried, it says... oops that's embarrassing.. it open again... but the sites i use (and NEED) won't open now.. they want me to refresh... but since i don't have my Navigation toolbar.... i can't!
HELP!!!

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

You can use one of these to set which toolbars to show.
*View > Toolbars (press F10 to show the Menu bar)
*Firefox menu button > Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars
*Right-click empty toolbar area
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
