MP3 Player 16GB - menu but

Hi ?I received my Creative (6GB MP3 Player)?this morning that I ordered from Amazon. I love it, however the menu/back button is proving hard to use. I have to press it quite hard (harder than all the other buttons & after it clicks) for it to work. I'm OK with this if it's supposed to be like it, then at least I will know it's not going to break completely, but i've got a suspicion that it's not supposed to be as hard to press as it is. I'm just wondering if anyone knows or has one of these to let me know if it's supposed to be like this so I can send it back ASAP because I have a ski trip next week and a long coach journey!?Thanks!

Gareth?I had a similar problem. All the buttons would make a nice soft click when pressed but the back button would make a heavier clicking sound and required a little more pressure, not much more though. I replaced my first player and at first all the buttons seemed fine but now the back button is doing the same as the first player. Don't know if this is normal or a potential problem. You cannot. It would have to have a wi-fi radio installed into the device and the software to run it.

The songs from the Sony MP3 player need to be imported into your iTunes library first before they can be synced or added to your iPod Classic.
Regarding the songs that didn't import into iTunes, what format are they in and what seems to be different from them compared with the tracks that did import?

Bought song on i-Tunes but I can not play it on mp3 player

Hi,
I bought a song (0.99 Euro) and I can play it on my computer (Windows XP Home) using Real Player. Right-clicking within the iTunes store and selecting Get-info does not tell me anything about the File Format.
I downloaded it to my MP3 player and I can not select it in the menu of my Sweex mp3 player.
Right-clicking on the file and selecting Properties (using the Windows Explorer) tells me that the file format is indeed MP4 so I am guessing this will not work, right?
The song I downloaded is:
Name: Provenzano Dj Megamix
Time: 8:41
Artist: Crazy Frog
Album: Crazy Hits - Crazy Christmas Edition
Genre: Dance
I have the song on CD but my son would like to play it on his MP3 player which is why I downloaded it.
Is there anything I can do?

You will need to consult the documentation for the Sansa to learn how to get the tracks off of the player onto your computer. Once they're on the computer, either drag the tracks into the iTunes window or use the Add to Library command under the File menu.

Your issue is with your MP3 player. Go to their support page.
Itunes syncs with Apple devices. It has little or nothing to do with other players.
Does your MP3 player support the file type of the song that your downloaded?

Frightened about X-fi 16Gb mp3 player softw

Hi! I have just bougth a X-fi 65Gb mp3 player and I didn?t know anything about its software untill yesterday that I read about it in this forum... Is it really that bad?As far as I understood reading your messages, the software is very similar to the i-pod one, isn't it'sI don't know if you were talking about an old software, please tell me how it is. I haven't given the present to my boyfriend(the mp3 player) and if it is that bad probably I won't...Can anybody tell me if it is good or not?

Unfortunately for Creative, Centrale in its current form is pretty bad. The most recent download update is only slightly better than the copy that came with my X-Fi. On my XP Pro media computer, it still locks up way too much, particularly if I'm not careful on where I click on the left side of the program window. And no, it's still nothing like iTunes, although from what I hear lately with its own latest version 8 it's is no great program either. It's really a shame about Centrale, because the general design and how you're supposed to use if (if it worked right) isn't all that bad. The problems with program stability and the freezing however make it a HORRIBLE user experience, which unfortunately really drags down the X-Fi, IMHO.
The X-Fi isn't perfect and has its own issues, but most of those are easy to overlook because for the most part the X-Fi is a sweetheart to use (as long as you put blinders on when it comes to random play). But whenever I'm docked to the computer, Centrale really makes it hellish to want to keep using my X-Fi.

Flash MP3 Player shows update in other browser but NOT Safari

I am working with a Dreamweaver Document with Flash component inserted into the layout. One of the Flash Components is a MP3 player. The player is configured using javascript and refers to a file named "config.html"
This file contains the actual mp3 information (name, title, location on server,etc).
When this info is updated, the new songs "been here.mp3, etc." appear to be updated in other browsers but NOT Safari. Safari continues to read the original "config.html" instead of reading the new update version of "config.html.
How can this happen, is there a phantom version of the original "config.html" that I do not see? How can I get it to load the new songs instead of the old ones? Is the problem within my Prefences?

Are you attempting to copy a lot of .mp3 files into the Root Folder?
There is a limit's to the number of files in one folder the MuVo can 'see'.
Just create a few new folders by Album, Artist, Genre or whatever you like and copy the appropriate songs to each folder.

And update alone is not recommended or enough, which - sorry for short answers - is why PC users uninstall and do all the rest, EVEN if they are just updating or testing new drivers.
Ideal is to uninstall the device for vendor A before switching and installing device vendor B, with uninstall and delete old drivers in Safe Mode. Less trouble, games etc run better, and your fps etc will reflect such.
Using 3DMark06 and Vantage are two good tests to insure all is working.

Brought a Brand new ZEN Vision M MP3 player but it wont cha

Mods please reply urgently I have brought a brand new mp3 player it wont charge using the dc charger supplied, it wont charge using the usb ports I cant get the computer to recongnise the player if i umplug the dc adaptor - the only symbol visable in the corner of the screen is a the mains power symbol - I have tried leabing it on to charge but if doesnot thing - I have looked on the creative support pages and on this forum and everyone suggests downloading the new firmware - But it has been suggested that if i do this i will void my warrenty - could you please confirm whether this is the case and if so what would you suggest i do to solve the problem Please reply asap Thanks Marmite

for new zen vision, u need to charge for at least 5hrs, without enough charge, the PC cannot recognise it. let it charge longer using your DC charger
