Mp3 upload on internet

I know this might not be the correct spot to ask this wuestion, but I tried on some other site and got nothing.
Anyway, I cant seem to get a good quality sound when uploading my song on teh internet on websites such as pure volume or myspace.
I tried a whole bunch of file types but got nothing realy better (just some played slower because the were 44.1s)
I have a purevolume page if anyone wants to hear and try to see what I'm doing wrong. It sounds like its at an extreemly low bitrate.

it turned into an MP3
GB3's exports do not turn into Mp3s, they are AIFFs. to convert the AIFF to an mp3:

Amazon MP3 Uploader will not install - Does anyone know how to fix this?

I wanted to play around with the new Amazon Cloud. I want to try and upload many of my itunes songs to teh cloud and test it out.
When I download the Amazon MP3 Uploader it downlaods just fine. When I click it to install, it does nothing.
I deleted this download and re-downloaded it multiple times. It does the same thing.
Has anyone been able to install this on their MAC? I have a Mac Book Pro with Lion.

MP3 upload fails from Firefox from Mac on podcast weblog; Safari, IE OK

We're running a podcast weblog on Tiger (10.4.7) server. It's been running well for a year, but recently (after running software update) MP3 uploads from Firefox 1.5 or 2.0.0.1 or other Mozilla browsers on Mac OS X will not attach. The text of the post is loaded, but the attachment does not go through. MP3s are fine when attached from Safari, or from IE or Firefox on Win.
I've verified that Blojsom's Plugin-admin-upload.properties allows audio/x-mpeg,audio/mpeg3,audio/x-mpeg3,audio/x-mpeg-url,audio/mpeg-url,audio/mp 3, audio/mpeg, audio/x-m4a, audio/m4b, application/pdf
Oddly, I can upload a pdf fine as a "podcast" attachment from Firefox on Mac, so it's not a general problem with attachments.
I've also confirmed that mpeg defined as a mime type in /Library/Tomcat/Blojsom_root/webapps/root/WEB-INF/web.xml, which makes sense since MP3s can be added from Safari, etc.
Is there something different about the way the Mac version of Firefox sends MIME info to the server? Does anyone have suggestions for what might be going on and how to fix it?

OK, finally worked this out. I saw in the blojsom logs that the mime type mpg was failing to be recognized. I added audio/mpg to the plugin-admin-upload.properties file and now Firefox is working again from the Mac.

Cannot upload to internet site if mastered on Waveburner!

I record for uploading only. I do not cut any Cd's. I find that if I master on Waveburner, I cannot upload to the website CD Baby. I can upload if I do it from the Logic bounce however. The problem lies in the limitations of what can be done in Logic as opposed to Waveburner as far as mastering goes. Am I doing something wrong (I've tried just about everything) or is anyone out there having the same problem? Thanks-Gergdog

I was trying to download Mp3 from the internet today and I just could not. when I am using PC I just click the right button and save the link or file.

I had been downloading from that site for many times but from PC. When I use the left button on mouse it will take me to the internet player on my PC but if I use the right button I have to choose 'save file as' and then I save it.
But on MACbook when I use two fingers on my trackpad there is only few options like and one of them is 'save link as' but not 'save file as'

You have to make sure they are fully compatible with iPad

.mp3 files and Internet Explorer

hey, i uploaded an mp3 music on my website and i changed the html code to hide the controller and play the music automatically. on pc's, the file plays like its supposed to with firefox but not with Internet Explorer. I know it might be because the plug-in for quicktime is not enabled, so is there some way i could change the html to make the default plug-in of any browser (which might not be quicktime) to detect and play music automatically?

Iphoto photos not uploading to internet with prompt box

I downloaded 'Lightroom' to my macbook pro, and now when I go to upload photos to the internet the prompt box wont come up so I can choose which photos. Any ideas!?

Can't open iWeb files to upload to internet

I created my website using iWeb, and use iWeb SEO Tool (3rd party software) to upload onto the internet so that my website can be found on the net.
But since upgrading to Lion OSX I can't open my iWeb file in iWeb SEO - my Library file has been moved and my iWeb file has disappeared!! I have since found the iWeb file through Finder (by using Go to ~/Library/) but still cannot find it using iWeb SEO so can't upload changes to my website.
Can someone help please? It is very frustrating!

Have you checked to see if iWeb SEO is compatable with Lion or if there is an update for it? Apple have dropped iWeb from their iLife suite in Lion. It will continue to work, but uploading to MobileMe will cease very shortly.

My sprymenu previews well on the browser, opera, chrome, IE but sqaushes when uploaded to internet

Help as this is driving me cracy.
the website works ok and the sprymenu previews very well using opera, google chrome and IE but when uploaded to the internet is squashes by the left hand side.

Hello Tim,
Please try File>Export as Html and Export your website files in a local folder.
Check if the local copy works fine or not.
If it works fine, then please try publishing the website to Business Catalyst again and make sure you select the option "All Files" from the upload dropdown in the Publish pop-up.

Photos won't upload to internet anymore

I've never had any trouble with iPhoto uploading my pictures to websites up until now. For whatever reason, whenever I go to upload my pictures, the Select button won't let me click on it. It doesn't matter which camera I use or which website I try - nothing. Is there any way I can fix this?

Iphoto Not Updated When Uploading to Internet

When I go to upload a photo online that's in my iPhoto library - half my photos are missing....or the ones I deleted are showing......What's going on???
Say when I go to change my Facebook profile picture to a new photo I put in Iphoto. I click "upload" and then choose the Iphoto --- but it's only showing half of my events and/or photos that have been sent to the trash.
And it's doing this on multiple applications - facebook, forums, photo bucket, etc.

The wife went to upload photos to snapfish, gets the finder window, clicks on media in the lower left, the iphoto events show up, but they stop at about a month and a half ago. the images are fine in iphoto. but given that iphoto tries to protect us from ourselves, there's no good way around this other than going into iphoto and exporting the photos to somewhere else on the computer then uploading from there. that's really stupid and an extra step that should not be required. we need a refresh command (the equivalent of the F5 in the PC world).

Website not displaying correctly when uploaded to internet

Hi there,
I've created shadows on one of my websites using gradients and aligning them with boxes to create the background to parts of the website. It displays fine in Muse, but when I upload it, it's not aligned. Here is the website: http://www.hutchambulance.ca/index.html
You can see on the Home page, that the orange column is not aligned properly and the shadow has a bit of a gap at the top on the right-hand side on the white part. I've tried aligning them in Muse by making sure they are the exact same width/height in pixels and selecting both items and using the align function.
If anyone can help me figure out what I am doing wrong, that would be great.

Images on website's are blurry,as are pictures that i upload to internet

image's on website's are distorted,also picture's that i upload to facebook are distorted,but are crystal clear before i upload them.just image's are distorted on web page's not header's. i am wandering if i have a virus or is there some adjustment that i can make to fix the problem?

I have the same issue . I do not have a solution but advise to prevent and avoid this issue. I notice when I do not do any editing on my iPhone 4s then I can edit using Window Live Photo. The same is true in if I use the editing with my iPhone then I will not be able to edit with Window Live Photo. My suggestion until there is a fix is to either edit using the iPhone or Window Photo Gallery. Keep in mind if you even rotate the image using your iPhone then this willnot be able to use the editing on the Window.

Playing .mp3 directly from internet (http) possibl...

I created a correct M3U playlist, containing some MP3 files which are stored remotely (on a server). I put in URLs like:
http://www.test.com/123.mp3
http://www.test.com/456.mp3
Opening the playlist in Winamp works like a charm, all the files will play. However, opening the playlist on my N78 will result in a "Error, File damaged" message.
Is it possible at all to have the phone play MP3 stored remotely (using http, via the music player or RealPlayer, etc.?)

I don't know how this would work exactly in Firefox as I don't use it but in Safari you can right click on the MP3 link in the webpage and choose "Download Linked File" Or "Download Linked File As". In Camino you right click and choose " Download Link Target". As Camino and Firefox are related this second option may be the one you would see. You can download the file and use the normal Add to Library process to put the file into iTunes.
