Mp4 videos are not working on iPad

I have done the HTML5 tracker,,, I had no messages there,
everythgin is workgin fine one local computer and host server,
but the mp4 video are not play on the iPad
Please help

No errors at all,, it's running smoothly without showing the videos which is the main part of the course
Tried both Safari & Chrome,, same results
I am using Captivate 7 with IOS 7.0.4 on my iPad
The files are play well when I view them from my Dropbox,, but once I upload and try to view them stand alone or through Captivate course they are not

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.

Videos are not working in Firefox

Hey everyone,
This seems to be a common problem, but videos are not working on Firefox, and not just for YouTube. I have updated Adobe Shockwave and Flash, re-installed Firefox, deleted/created a Firefox profile, started up Firefox in Safe Mode, turned off HTML5, checked if any of my plug-ins are disabled, and none of those have helped.
When I get on YouTube and click a video, the video itself doesn't even load. On other sites, in the box where the video should be playing, it says "No video with supported format and MIME content can be found." This kind of confuses me because I have updated the Adobe Flash.
Thoughts? Anything would be appreciated at this point.

Try using psd. Some rerports indicate some confustion between the apps with TIFF. See:

IOS needs the video to be in html5 format, try to convert the video to html5 or download a sample html5 video from web and verify it.
SP 2010 is history SP 2013 is mystery :)

I am not able to watch online video through WIFI on my blackberry curve 8900 phone. Web pages and Images are working fine.

Actually I am trying to play videos from m.youtube.com .
1) Google blog says you need a mobile phone that plays streaming videos (RTSP/3GP with H263/AMR). As per blackberry curve 8900 docs these all formats are supported but still I cant play videos. Even I tried other sites , none of online videos are working.
Any idea what can be the issue ?
2) Do I need 3G phone that? AT&T customer supports says you need 3G phone .I am not able to get them as I am using WIFI for browsing.

embedded private vimeo video are working well in other browsers (IE & chrome). But, in firefox browser we are facing issues in loading. embedded video area shows black background instead of few components to enter password to view the video. Please help me in resolving asap.

The Youtube videos is loading slowly on my mac but it loads normally on other device. It always buzzing every single second.

One of the following steps should help.
1. Install Adobe Flash Player.
    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Quit Safari.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Enable Plug-ins
    Safari > Preferences > Security
    Web Content: > "Enable Plug-ins".
       or
    Internet Plug-ins > "Allow all other plug-ins
3. Check whether you are currently in YouTube HTML 5 trial.
     http://www.youtube.com/html5
    At the bottom left of the page uncheck the box for
   "You are currently in the HTML5 trial".
4. Reset Safari.
    Click Safari in the menu bar.
    From the drop down select "Reset Safari".
    Uncheck the boxes next to all items.
    Check the box next to "Remove all website data".
    Click "Reset".
5. Turn off Extensions if any.
    Safari > Preferences > Extensions

I recently updated my computer, and now get error messages when trying to watch videos on Amazon and Netflix. Why??

Netflix says 2 things.
One is that my browser isn't supported. (Chrome??)

My .mp4 videos are not opening.

First off, I have parallels. When I click on quicktime, parallels opens up. I don't want parallels to open up. I want quicktime to play my videos on my iMac side. I tried downloading a quicktime version but it automatically open up parallels when quicklime is installed and I click on it. What is happening.
