MQC Once Bandwidth Hits 90%

We currently have bandwdith congestion on many of our WAN links.
Once a link utilization reaches 90%, I want to start dropping traffic.
How can I create an MQC to drop any host traffic that is using more that 10% once the curcuit hits the 90% ceiling? I want to have one simple MQC template to apply to different interface speeds (ie T1, T3, etc.). Thanks in advance.

Big Capitals are termed Drop Caps, tyically one character.
Change either that 2 in the Paragraph Panel, or choose a different Paragraph Style

I have never rented a movie in iTunes and tried to move it to my iPad, but according to the instructions on this website, you click on - Sync.

Since I upgraded to IOS8, iphone has changed the way it calls via car bluetooth. Before (IOS8) once I hit 'call' it was transfer to car speakers and i would hear dial tone until answer. Now, call will only transfer to speakers once call is answered

This is very incovenient as I never know if my call is going through, and sometimes when call isn't answered immediately I have to look at my phone to cancel the call. Is there a new setting I am missing?

Sometimes you turn off your Bluetooth and then back on and it doesn't reconnect with your phone unless you go into the menu. Either way doesn't help much if someone calls you while you're driving and you realize your iPhone is stuck on headphone input.

One of the computers that had our Itunes account on it crashed. We want to be able to add the account to our new computers and future computers but it shows that we have used 4 of 5 computers. Once we hit 5 are we out of luck or do they revolve?

This is not how it works.
You can only have a maximum of 5 computers Authorised at any one time.
If you no longer have, or access to, the computer(s) you want to deauthorise,
Log in to iTunes, go to "view your account info" on the itunes store, deauthorise all five,
(Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months)
Then re-authorize your current Computer(s) one at a time.

When I customize my toolbars, the spaces don't stay--the toolbars just expand once I hit 'Done'.

My Firefox skin's focus is in the middle, so I'm trying to move everything to the sides and bottom so I can see it. In order to do this, I have to add spaces. But as soon as I hit 'Done', the Search bar expands, as does the address bar (which isn't quite as concerning as it doesn't cover the skin.)
Is there a limit to how many spaces you can use?
I suppose this could be solved by going back to the original tab location, but I kind of like the tabs on top, so I'd rather not if I don't have to.

You can't use flexible space on a toolbar that has other flexible items like the location bar or search bar. On such toolbars only normal space will work.
It is possible to set a maximum width for the location bar and the search bar.

Return to position in movie once user hits 'stop' button

Hi. How can I make it so when the user hits the stop button on their DVD player, and then wants to return to the film in the same spot? (Like if you were to push pause, and then play again...)
I thought this was an automated thing, but my client is requesting that if she presses 'stop' and goes to the menu and then goes to 'play' again, that it will continue to play at the most recent position of the track.
Can anyone help?

Hi - welcome to the discussions.
If a viewer presses the 'menu' button whilst watching the track, they go to the menu. If they then press the menu button again, they will return to the track at the point they left it. This is all normal and standard behaviour.
Using the stop button first shouldn't affect this, as long as you press it once, but are you seeing something different? Can you describe what is happening?

ITunes automatically importing songs once they hit my computer

Wonder if you can help. iTunes is automatically importing any music file that hits my computer into iTunes when i dont want it to.
I try to keep my iTunes collection "clean" with just the things i really want to keep but i have lots of other music files around my computer (demo files i am listening to, mp3's sent by friends). I store them in my Sony/Users/Music directory. my iTunes media folder is set below that at Sony/Users/Music/Itunes/iIunes Music so it should be quite simple to keep them separate.
however, since i downloaded the latest version of iTunes last year, now for some reason it seems to look into the higher level "Music" directory (that includes all my other music files) and anytime anything appears in that directory, it automatically imports it and moves it into the iTunes permanent collection, which is making it a mightmare to try to keep my various files organised.
Has anyone else had this problem and/or can suggest remedies?

Because itunes doesn't do that (watch folders), hasn't done it since it was first released, and that's been one of the most asked-for feature over the years.

Home sharing wont show up once i hit done

my girlfriend is trying to use home sharing to listen to some of my music. we both turned it on and are connected to the samem network but when we connect and hit done, home sharing on the sidebar goes away and we can't find it or get it back on the side bar. please help!!

IPhone 5 battery life dramatically has changed. I can hardly go through the day without it dying. Once I hit 20% it's down hill from there. It will jump down to 9% in a few seconds and refuse to come back on. Any fixes?

I bought my iPhone 5 the day the stores in my area received them in. I was incredibly impressed with the battery life for an iPhone. The battery life was awesome up until the last few weeks. Now I can hardly make it through the day on a charge. When I get around 20% power left its only a matter of a few seconds before the batter jumps down to below 10% without me doing anything. Immediately after that it shuts off and refuses to come back on when only 30 seconds ago it said I had 20% battery power.... I'm not a terribly heavy user on my phone. I just check the social media sites a few times a day and send a few text messages and that's all. I've shut off location services, Bluetooth, automatic updating of email, closing apps and all that stuff. I'm almost always connected to wifi when I do anything with the Internet on my phone.

Try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons until the white Apple logo appears.

My Mac Pro shuts down prematurely. Seems the battery drains almost instantaneously, once it hits about 50% or less.

I can only work, while on battery for approximately 15 minutes even when starting out fully charged. Although, a full charge now only reached 95% - 97%. Can't recall if it ever reached 100. Looks like the battery has about 240 cycles on it. I thought at first it was over heating, but now not so sure. Heat may be normal levels. Does this mean it is time for a new battery?

Why are my sent texts and imessages disappearing from my feed once i hit the send button?

This happens when I send the text or iMessage!

Sometimes this issue is caused by a misconfiguration or incompatibility of the Exchange server, or perhaps by a bug in Mail. If so, you won't be able to resolve it yourself. The fact that your iOS devices may be working well with the same account isn't relevant, because iOS uses a completely different protocol (ActiveSync) to communicate with Exchange servers. By default, OS X Mail uses the EWS protocol.
Each of the following steps has been reported to help with Exchange issues, at least temporarily, in some cases:
1. Back up all data. Open the Internet Accounts pane in System Preferences and check to make sure you don't have duplicate Exchange accounts. If you do, delete all but one of the duplicates. If there are no duplicates, delete the account and recreate it with the same settings. The messages will still be on the server.
2. Rebuild the affected mailbox.
3. Reindex messages.
4. In the Keychain Access application, delete the password item for the account. The next time Mail tries to access the account, you'll be prompted for the password. Check the box to save it in the Keychain.
5. If you've created subfolders of any Exchange mailbox, log in to the server through its web interface, move the messages out, and remove the subfolders. For best results, a mailbox should have no subfolders.
6. Synchronize with the server using IMAP rather than EWS. This is only possible if IMAP is enabled on the server.
7. Consider using Outlook instead of Mail to access your Exchange mail.

What would cause iPad to go through power up but turn off once it hits the home screen?

I put my iPad on charge last night. This morning it will not power up. If I plug it into the charger the battery symbol comes up like it needs a charge. After a few minutes the Apple logo comes up, then it flips to the home screen but then immediately turns off again. It will cycle this way as long as I keep it plugged in. Any suggestions?

thanks for the reply but I could never get it to work. If I plug the charger in eventually the apple logo will come up but as soon as it goes to the next screen, everything shuts down. Like the battery is dead. But it's plugged into the charger.
