Mr11 and GR reversal

Dear All,
I have created a GR for value 1000.
I run Account Maintenance for the created GR.
Whether it is possible to reverse the GR now?
please explain.
Regards

when have done MR11, which means you are ok with the material received  / or the delivery cost incurred, but this is not going to be settled to the vendor. So whe MR11 is posted, this cost is posted to a separate GL account. and your GRIR account is cleared.
Now if you want to Cance your GR it will not be possible, Cancel the MR11 using MR11SHOW  using the reversal option then cancel the GR.

    Hi
F.13 is to clear the open items lying in GRIR account by matching GR against respective IR and then you will be left out with open items
MR11 is to reverse any open GR or IR for which you will not be receiving any contra entry in future. here the system would reverse the original entry subject to settings in OBYP
    Thank You,

  • Clearing GR/IR using MR11 and F.13

Can someone clarify what is the dfference in clearing aGR?IR account using MR11 and F.13.
Also F.19- how different is it from the above.

    Hi,
A discrepancy occurred between Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR). This needs to be cleared. Examples of situations where this occurs are:
    1. If the goods have been received, the vendor hasn’t invoiced for the goods and won’t be invoicing (the vendor has gone out of business). Use MR11
    2. An invoice with reference to a Purchase Order was paid through accounts payable FI instead of procurement. Use MR11
    3. The goods were received and sent back to the vendor for poor quality. The vendor was accidentally paid and we will not be reimbursed due to bankruptcy of the vendor  Use MR11
    4. Quantity ordered = 100 ea. at a unit price of $1.00, receive quantity of 97 ea. at a unit price of $1.00.  If the remaining balance of 3 ea. will not be shipped, purchaser needs to reduce the open quantity on the purchase order to reflect the actual amount received.  DO NOT Use MR11
Maintenance of the GR/IR Clearing account should be done regularly. It’s recommended to be done weekly for both IR surplus and GR surplus. Run IR surplus with movement up to today. For GR surplus, run maintenance with movement one or two months old.
NOTE:  During the normal business flow of the documents, 99% of your Purchase Orders will show up on the GR/IR at some time and should NOT be cleared. Nothing should be done to them through MR11.  When the normal business process is completed, the doument will no longer have a discrepancy between the GR and IR, and will not be on the list when you run MR11.
During the normal business flow of the documents
    <b>Coming to F.13 -</b>
Example :  in our client Cashier's office runs this procedures every afternoon after 4 p.m to clear the day's payments and their associated invoices.
Program SAPF124 is involved in this .
If you need additional information email to [email protected]  , i can send you detail document on MR11 with screens and snap shots.
Please assign points if it is useful .
    Thanks.

  • GR and GR reversal amount not same

    Hi,
I'm using SAP ECC 6.0. The sequence of my posting:
    PO Price = 1.32 / kg
Material Master = using standard price S
Transaction     Quantity (KG)     Unit price (USD)     Value (USD)
    1     IR receipt      1,320.00                             50.00                             66,000.00
    2     GR       1,320.00                              50.00                             66,000.00
    2     GR       48,680.00                                1.32                             64,257.60
         Total GR      50,000.00                              2.605                           130,257.60
    4       Reverse IR (2)     -1,320.00                                                     -3,438.80     uses 2.605 unit price
    5        Reverse GR     -50,000.00                                                     67,696.40
Since the GR and GR reversal amount is not equal , in the PO history the under the Goods receipt column there will be a balance value. Eventhough from FI perspective the GRIR account is balance but from the PO history view its not balance. What should we do to make sure the total Goods Recipt under PO history is zero value.
    Please advise

    Hi,
Actually I understand the system behaviour but my client's concern is how to make sure the Goods Receipt value column in PO history to be balance. What should we do so that the posting shows the zero balance for Goods Receipt?
THis is how the PO history view looks like:
                              101     50000kg       130,257.60 USD
                              102     50000kg         67,696.40- USD
Total Goods Receipt           0 kg          62, 561.20 USD
                               IR          1320kg       66,000   USD
                        IR reverse   1320kg        66,000 -USD
    Total IR                                   0kg        0 USD
Eventhough I post IR and GR again but this outstanding values in GR will remain there. What kind of posting should we do?
    Please assist.
    Thanks

  • What is difference bettween MR11 and F.13

    Hi
I need more clarification about MR11 and F.13, What is the link between for this.
    Thanks
    Sunny

    Hi Sunny,
F.13 is the transaction for automatic clearing, GL accounts, Vendords, Customers.
MR11 is a special clearing function. It relates FI documents with the documents created from MM interfacing, namely from Logistics Invoice Verification. It allows to clear surplus deliveries or surplus invoices, and will relate to the original purchase order. All this is not done by F.13.
    Hope this helps.

  • MR11 and DP91

    Hi Experts!
Anyone know how the above two TCODES are related. I know DP91 is used for RRB - Resource Related Billing. So how is MR11 linked to it? By what tables, etc..?
    Thanks,
    jah

    Dear expert
For automatic clearing of GR/IR account use F.13 for manual clearing use T-Code MR11.
If the debit and credit amounts are equal with reference to PO then using F.13 you can clear the GR/IR clearing account.
If there is a difference between GR and IR with reference to PO in GR/IR clearing account you have to clear it manually using MR11.
During MR11 system will not issue any error message.
MR11 is specifically designed for clearing the GR/IR clearing account. That is invoice and/or delivery surplus for specific PO's.
F13/F13E is designed to automatically clear any GL account that is set up for automatic clearing.
    For example:
    Posting in GR/IR
    GR = 10
    IR =10
    Net 0.00
here Nothing is to be cleared using MR11...these lines will be cleared out via F13/F13e.
Discrepancies between the GR and IR are cleared using MR11. When you clear it, you will find an additional posting in the PO history,

  • Mr11 and f.13

    Hi,
I would like to know when to use F.13 and MR11.
    1)
Example 1, I need to use F.13 whereas example 2(whether due to quantity or amount), i need to use MR11. Correct?
    2)
Why minor differences in example 2 can happen? even it is due to forex, during IR the difference will auto book to inventory or price difference. so why can happen?
    exampl1
    Posting in GR/IR
    GR = 10
    IR =10
    Net 0.00
    example2
    posting in gr/ir
    GR = 10
    IR = 9 or 8
    difference of 1

  • Delta load and PSA Reversal Indicator

    Background:
After delta loading BW from R/3 Billing I noticed there were more records in the PSA than R/3 billing items. I found that some records had 3 duplicate records. The first was the orginal document from R/3. The second was the same with negative key figures and a reversal indicator. The third is the same record as the first. R/3 has only one record for these three.
    Question:
    1. Why was this record reversed in BW when there is no reversal in R/3?
    2. Will the first occurance of this record post to the  ODS load with the unique records option on?
    Thanks for any quick answers!
    New BW Analyst - Alan

Hi dear and welcome on board !
What you are seeing in PSA is the normal behaviour of Logistic Cockpit datasources...
In this way, thanks to BW, you can analyze all the history for every single billing item (that, clearly, in R/3 will continue to have only one record in VBRP, with all latest and updated info).
In other words R/3 reversal overwrited the unique record in VBRP, while BW stores this change !
About your second question, you don't have to flag in ODS the "unique records" option, since, clearly, you will receive a lot of records for the same key !!!
    Hope now is clearer...
    Bye,
    Roberto
...and please don't forget to reward the answers...it's THE way to say thanks here !!!

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

  • C4380 prints 3x times and in reverse order

I'm having some troubles with my HP C4380 all-in-one printer. It used to work well, both on two windows xp machines (one usb, the other wifi) and on linux (through wifi CUPS).
Now, when i try to print a document (e.g. 2 pages) it starts to print it 3x times (e.g. it prints 6 pages) and in reverse order (so it's actually printing pages 2-2-2-1-1-1). I get this behavior both on wifi and on usb machines. I didn't try Linux but i think it worked last time.
I tried to reinstall the drivers, but nothing changed.
This is a screenshot of the printer queue:

  • How to split an image and use one half and the reverse together?

    Dear Forum,
I would like to take face pictures and split the faces in half. After that, I would like to use the left side of the face and match it to the reverse left side face together(having 2 left sides which will look like a normal face after the 2 sides will be brought together).
    So:
    1. picture of a human face (head)
    2. slipt the face in half
    3. remove the right side
    4. highlight the left side and make a reverse image
    5. put together the real left side and the reverse left side in one face
How that is possible with Photoshop?

Thanks ! Sounds easy. I should have posted the question BEFORE the several hours spent trying to figure it out. I appreciate the time and effort.

  • Difference between the reversing journal and auto reversal journal in HFM?

    Hi! all
This is sandeep. I was posted journals but I'm not able to understand the difference between the reversing journal and auto reversal journal could you please help me to know the difference between them
    Thank you,
    SANDEEP

    Hi Sandeep,
As per my understanding, reversing and auto revering journal entries are same:-
    1) Reversing journal entries are the entries which are made for the adjustment for the preceding periods.
    2) For Understanding Auto Reversal entries, please refer HFM user guide, you can refer page number 182

  • Difference between JE and JE Reversal

How can i differentiate between a Journal Entry and its Reversal Entry.

    Hi Syed,
    Journal Entry
A journal entry, in accounting, is recording transactions into accounting journal items.
The journal entry can consist of several recordings, each of which is either a debit or a credit.
The total of the debits must equal the total of the credits.
    Reversal of Entry
    It is nothing but another Journal entry;
Reversal Journal entry is just making opposite entry of the original entry.
The debit item in the original entry becomes credit item in the reversal entry and vice versa.
    For example:
If the original entry is "Fuel for vehicle   Debit 10,000
                                    Gas Company                           Credit 10,000"
The reversal Entry would be either
                                      "Fuel for vehicle   Debit -10,000
                                    Gas Company                           Credit -10,000"
    Or
                                      "Fuel for vehicle   Credit  10,000
                                       Gas Company                           Debit  10,000"
    Hope you are clear now,
    Regards,
    JO
