MR11 error message system status CLSD is active
MR11 fails with error message system status CLSD is active . How to clear the PO line item which gives error message in MR11 system status CLSD is active .
If you are using an account assigned PO then possibly the order(PM order, internal order etc) to which your PO refers might have status as CLSD.
Check and reverse the status.

One of our users got below error message when they run Dep. the order is a PM order. PM user has created and due to some reason they have not processed and later it has been closed. This order does not have any actual postings or any settlement rule as well. This error seems to be very illogical and unusual.
User has tried to activate status closed but that function is not active.
System status CLSD is active (ORD XXXXX)
Message no. BS013
Diagnosis
Object ORD XXXXXX has system status CLSD (Closed). According to this status, transaction 'FI: Postings' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

It looks like the order was closed - status CLSD active.
You need to revoke status "Closed" before you can post to it.
To revoke CLSD in IW32 in menu:
Order --> Functions -> Complete -> Cancel business completion

Open the WBS in CJ20N tcode and undo status CLSD by selecting Edit>Status>Closed>Undo. Then save WBS and try MIRO. In CLSD status no transactions are permitted hence you are getting the error.

Hi, I'm trying to make a GR/SE for a PO. The system then give me three messages:
- System status CLSD is active (ORD xxxxxxx)
- No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator
- System status INCM is active (confirmation xxxx)
The INCM message I guess is that the order is incomplete? Anyone got a input on this? Is there any good transaction (not bbp_pd, to problem solve users SC and PO:s if your not in PPOMA_BBP).

You can check in the transactions RZ20/SLG1 for errors.
Also,the error "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator" is because more than 1 Wf is active for object "BUS2209".

Hi All,
While Iam trying to do physical count MI04 system thorwing this error message
{System status PIAC is active (EQU 10000001)
Object EQU 10000001 has system status PIAC (Inventory Active). According to this status, transaction 'Physical inventory' is not allowed.}
This material have activated serial management. In MI04 physical count I had entered Qty. and system will pop up new diallog box enter serial number I had enetred serial no. still system is throwing above error messge.
Please any one can help how to fix this error messge.

May be your MM person has posted the physical inventory for adjusting the stock for your material with serial number ,kindly consult with MM person on this.which may forbid the order for issuing the components

In general if the Order is in CRTD State then you can not post any thing on that.
So, make the Order to REL (Released Status) and Try..

VL02N, system status EDEL is active(EQU 10006188)
My user was receiving the RMA and performed VL02N and used the same serialized SAP batch # , system threw the above error message " system status EDEL is active(EQU 10006188)"

Hi All,
I have an issue while technically completing the process order.
I have an order which was released and control recipe was also released when going to complete the order technically syatem throwing an error as "System status CRCR is active".
Please guide me solve this issue.

Problem is still Control recipe (Pi sheet) are not completed and if completed then Process message for Completion PI_CRST2 or PI_CRST is not sent from CO54.
So do one thing go to CO55 or CO60 and complete (if not completed) the control recipe of that process order then go to co54 and sent Process Message regarding completion of control recipe.Once messages is sent status of process order turns to CRFI from CRCR.

CRCR mean control recipe created..
Go to CO55 or CO60 and complete (if not completed) the control recipe of that process order then go to co54 and send Process Message regarding completion of control recipe.
Once messages is sent status of process order turns to CRFI from CRCR and now try to Close the Operation

I check all periods in FI, CO and MM and all are OK.
