CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHILE WE CREATING MRN WITH REFERENCE TO ASSET PO AND TAKING PRINTOUT OF MRN USING TCODE MB90 WE SEE THAT THERE IS ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FIELD AND SYSTEM ARE SHOWING SOME VALUE IN THAT FIELD WHICH IS NEGATIVE CAN ANY ONE HELP ME TO SORT THIS PROBLEM

Purchase Order Printout Problem

Hi Everyone,
Purchase Order print out is coming in one Laser jet printer and not coming in another laser jet printer.
1st printer is a Network printer so configured like this:Access method: C and host printer and host name given since it is configured in our SAP Server.
2nd printer is connected to a Notebook so, Device type: SAPWINJP, Access Method:F, and host path given.
Normal SAP Printout is coming but only Purchase order designed for Laserjet is not coming. I checked with Document type and all. No default printer assignment is given.
I have assigned this as a Default Printer in SU01.this is for your information. Error Msg im getting is here:

Incoming & Outgoing Payment Printout Problem

Hi All
We have a problem on our incoming and outgoing payment printouts. Both are set up to print once you add the document to the system. The problem is that the original printout does not match the actual incoming or outgoing payment. However once you do a reprint it prints out correct.
I have taken both documents off print once document adds and when I go back to the incoming or outgoing payments and print the original it comes out correctly.
I would like to know how to fix this problem so that once you add the documents it prints out and with the correct information.
We are using SAP Business One 2007 A PL 30

I have now managed to replicate the problem on two other databases one another clients database and another the demo database of OEC Computers.
Once again I will explain the problem. When you go to incoming payments and you select a business partner that has many invoices lets say over 40 and you select five at the top and five at the bottom that you want to pay. Once you go to payment means and enter your payment and press add the original that prints has not managed to only select the invoices that you have paid instead depending on your setup it will print the first 22 rows (in my case).
Then if I go back to that payment and do a reprint no problem it is 100% correct.
I thought it might be a simple setting or something however I have been able to replicate the problem on two other databases which makes it three in total. Therefor I am wondering how to fix this and perhaps if anybody else has experienced this before.

Please follow the below steps,
1) Go to transaction SPAD
2 Just click " Enter key"
3) And the screen will appear below and click " change" and select the printer name you want to change for exp:" LP01"
Now you can able to see the option called "Access Method"
Host Spool Access Method: F or G: Printing on Front End Computer
Host printer: __DEFAULT
Please remember in above step its two times under-scope then DEFAULT
and SAVE the entry by clicking button SAVE which I marked red colour.

Material Document Printout Problem

i am facing one problem in the system related to material document printout
Recently we have changed the logo in material document .it is working fine for the material documents created after this change but for the old material documents still the users are getting the Previous Logo in the Printout
i know that we need to reset the Outputype for Material document but i dont know where we will do that

ITS Mobile Printout problem

Hello experts,
There is a problem when printing forms from our ITS Mobile application. The spool is created correctly with the status 'Completed' but is not being sent to the printer. Coding a manual output request using RSPO_OUTPUT_SPOOL_REQUEST yields no results. The printout works fine in SAPgui btw.

Gutenprint Driver, Epson Inkjet, XP Crazy Color Printout Problem

Hi,
I have problem getting the same color printout from using OSX 10.6 and XP. For both computers, i use the same printer (Epson Stylus T11), use Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 to print (with Color Profile setting as sRGB IEC61966-2.1) and the same pdf file. The PDF file was created using OSX. OSX uses gutenprint drivers 5.24 whereas XP uses the driver downloaded from Epson.
Printout from OSX is the same as what i see on the monitor. However, the color printout using XP is different from the monitor display and the color is a lot lighter.
I've tried changing the color management settings in Epson printing preferences in XP. Changing to ICM with No color adjustment makes the printout a lot darker. Selecting Color Controls with color mode Adobe RGB and Gamma 2.2 causes the printout to be a lot lighter. Using the default Color mode Epson VIVID and adding more cyan or magenta or yellow does not change the color printout in any way.. the printout still prints out a lot lighter.
However if i use GIMP 2.0 in XP and import the PDF file, using the Print with Gutenprint, the printout is exactly the same as the printout from OSX.
But this solution is not good because i have to import the PDF document page by page! (1 PDF file with 20 pages imported by GIMP will result in 20 image files! )

I'm a little confused: do you have the ICC profiles as separate files? Or are they in one special file that only your Epson driver can access?
If you have separate files, try turning off color management in the driver and printing with the profiles out of Photoshop. If you don't have separate files, choose the paper/ink combination you use most and have a custom profile built, then use that out of Photoshop and see if it makes a difference.

Get Help of Printout Problem

My colleague have a problem of printing out the design using Adobe Illustrator, she draw a fews simple black line in his design but when she print out from hp color LaserJet 4600, the line will not print out. That is the problem i can't fix it:(

What's the weight/ width of the lines? For PostScript enabled printers, often a minimum line width is required. The simplest way to avoid the issue would be to switch to PCL or "print as graphic" int he printer driver...

Report Printout Problem

I am facing the problem when we are taking printout of multiple invoices ( each record in one page ) using telnet.
Main problem is that it is skipping to next page after printing the each invoice.
That too it is not skipping entire page, but it is printing at the end of the next page.
Page break ( Printer Control Character is coming into the next page).
But it is coming page by page properly in the ORACLE 6i Reports viewer.

The problem is not with the Report i believe its with the Printdef file in solaris
Go to the printer directory and look for printdef file and u got to modify certain parameters

2013 OneNote insert printout problem

Whenever I insert a pdf printout using 2013 onenotes, everything turned into black and white. How do I fixed this?
I tried to use the onenote app on my computer and it can inert pdf with all color images and text. I don't get why the desktop version doesn't work. Help please!

Ha! Solved it. It was SET to print to B/W all along. To change it, pick a webpage (for example) to print. In your printing options, select
"Print to OneNote 2013." In the next screen,
look for a toggle/button/checkbox switching between printing in Color or Black & White. Select Color. Print to a test page somewhere in your OneNotes. It should now show up in color.
Then, try the "insert printout" thing (the original problem asked about), and it too now inserts the printout in color. Far out.
One other thing: for lengthy printouts, to prevent that really annoying default of printing each page to a different OneNote page ... Go into OneNote's Settings (File->
Options -> Advanced), scroll down toward the bottom, find the
Printouts section, and UN-check "print long printouts to separate pages" click OK. Now it's all on one page. Cool beans.

Hard copy printout problem

Hi Everyone,
I have a weired problem in one of our users system. User said that his printouts are coming black intermittently when he prints documents from SAP that to when selecting "hard copy" from Customizing layout option from the top of the menu bar.
apart from Hardcopy all other SAP printouts are coming properly. He also said if the Hardcopy printout is working in the morning it does not work in the evening. dont understand the login behind it.
I Compared the GUI patch level of other user who can able to print Hardcopy without any issue. Both the GUI patch level are the same. GUI 7.10 patch level 9.
Also, please tell me what is the use of " Hardcopy " and how it works from SAP. will this take Windows default printer as the
printer name when selecting this Hardcopy?
can someone please help me how to analyse the problem?

What i dont understand is that when everybody has the same patch level(710 9) in the network , why its working for one person and not the other person? can we say,installing the 720 will surely resolve the problem ? since requesting Desktop team to download it to their Repository is a long process here. Also, the next time when i request for GUI update for other user and if they update 720, it should not cause inconsistency in the Network.
for your information this landscape has more than 20000 user.
reg.the hard copy option, anything on the screen in SAP will be printed to the Windows Default printer? why iam asking because if the user asking for new printer configuration, that will take time. Until we configure the printer in SAP i can suggest them using Hardcopy method (if this, only use the default Windows printer) time being for taking any printout from SAP. will this help

As per the input given for J1INCERT 2 pages output is coming.
On second page I am getting output for SIGNATURE.
As per d requirement the two pages output should come in single page.
Is it possible in sandard script J_1IEWT_CERT. Or is there any note available for this.

For any midifications you must copy it into Z-script and do your modifications. That is the only one solutions.

SAPSCRIPT-printout problem in collective invoice

We have created a new output in SAPSCRIPT for the printout of the invoice.All the datas are fetching and getting printed correctly if i am selecting only one invoice.If there are for ex--4-5 collective invoices printout then for the 1st invoice everything is coming fine in proper place...but from 2nd page i.e 2nd invoice the subject is getting printed 2-3 lines up where exactly the 1st page has been printed...likewise...3rd page it is getting printed 4-5 lines up..
User is taking printout in Dot-matrix printer

Check in the print preview for all the pages then after that take the print out of the invoices....if the issue is the same
Check with basis team whether the page format in the script supports the dot matrix printer..
