Pl tell about the MRP Data Table Where the Data Is stored .
Like Requirement qty , Plant Stock,Open Purchase order, STO,subcontracting , Shortage qty.
tables which will help me out to get the data from table .

Give plant and material number and execute...you will get all the data.

MRP area data tables

Hello all,
We want to know the tables where the MRP area data for a storage location is stored. We are looking table which are similar to MDKP and MDTB in which the noraml MRP data is stored. we do not use comsumption planning at the Mrp area level and we have scheduling agreements which go the the mrp area storage location and we get a STO from the storage location to the production storage location. I am looking for data which is displayed in MD06 for the MRP area. Thanks in Advance.

I want to know all MRP Run Dates for a WBS Elements i.e all the dates in which MRP is carried out for that particular wbs. Please Reply ASAP.

Yor question is not clear. Are you looking for the PS driven MRP data?
You will get the data in MD4c...enter the Project or WBS..you will get the required data
This data is not comming from one table
Try using FM- MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API

MRP Area tables for MD06 information access like SQ01, DBM logical database

We currently use SQ01 DBM logical database to access MD06 information (tables MDKP and MDTB). The MRP results from the MRP Area are not showing in this query. This implies that the MRP area, MRP results are stored in other tables.
I have reviewed tables (MDLV, MDMA, MDLG, DVER, MDIP) from a similiar thread. However, they do not contain the MRP data (planned orders, stock, production orders ect) like in the DBM logical database.   This data access is very powerfull for exporting planning data for more robust analysis.
Any help is much appreciated.

Report MRP data - Fixed Vendor

Hi All,
I am trying to build a report by query, to display MRP data and related fixed vendor (if available).
I tried joining the tables MARC, MAKT, EORD and LFA1, but did not get the output as desired. The report shows only the material with a source list.
Please, could you help me to display all the records (with or without fixed vendor)? How can i use a outer join?

Can use the inner join directly in the infoset by add a table.

MRP Data in BW Has anyone did this before?

Folks, I am trying to get the MRP data into BW and found that I could use the 2LIS_03_S194 extractor.....but here are a few things I am struggling with:
1. It cannot support Delta...
2. I am getting an error message when I extract the data or even do a RSA3 on the data source, the message reads "Faulty DataSource 2LIS_03_S194 or error in LIS environment for S194"
Here is what I did
1. Install data source from RSA5
2. LBW0 (This gives an error "Generation not possible in SAP name Range" so I guess we do not need to generate the data source at all.
3. If I look at the generation Log, it says this information strucutre cannot be used for SAP BW
4. I used the program RMCBMRP2 and filled the S194 table and dsaw that it has data in it
5. Next when I did a RSA3 it fails with the message I gave earlier "Faulty DataSource 2LIS_03_S194 or error in LIS environment for S194"
also is it recommended to go for full loads everyday ? or can we just do a date based selective load every daya after the first full load?

Try this:
1. Delete the data in S194 table using transaction LBW2
2. Fill the table S194 by running program RMBCMRP2 with transaction SE38
3. Fill the following parameters for the initial load
From Data: Some date in the past
To Data: Current Date 1
4.After filling the table, log in to BW and run the full package which will load all the records into the cube.
5.For delta, schedule the job in R/3 by setting up a variant for the program.
a.Variant for the program should be set as specified below
b.Do the same setting for From and To dates
6.After saving the variant, schedule the job on R/3 side.
7.Info Package configuration for daily loads on BW side.
Use the package with above configuration in the process chain so as to get yesterdays data.
Note: One important things to keep in mind is that R/3 job should be scheduled after 24:00 hours so it picks yesterdays date and the same holds true for the BW package.
For some reason if anytime you have to drop the data in the cube, then you will have to perform the setup from step 1 to get complete data.

Why in SE16 we can not see New Data Table for standard DSO

We says that there is three tables (New Data Table, Active Data Table and Change Log Table) of Standard DSO, Then Why in SE16 we can not see New Data Table of Standard DSO.

Hi Sushant,
It is possible to see the 3 DSO tables data in through SE16. May be you do not have authorization to see data through SE16.

How to find the number of entries in a master data table

Hi Experts,
I am trying to find the entries in 0CUSTOMER master data.
BW>LISTCUBE>Data target: 0CUSTOMER and selected the fields that I need.
I would like to know how to find the "number of entrees". I tried to run the SUM for a count field, but it is taking forever as there are huge number of records .

Hi Dev,
Go to the change/display mode of the info object (0CUSTOMER) in your case. Go to the Master data/Text tab. Here you will find the master data tables according to your settings (P orQ or X or Y). Double click on the table name and it will take you to the SE11 display. From there, you can check the number of records as you do in any transparent table.

DSO upload and no data in Active data table

Hi Experts,
I have a strange problem.I have loaded data to DSO from DS in BI7. It has the further uplaod to cube.I have activated the DSO and it went sucessfull and had Request ID generated. It has added and transfer records available like 150000 records as I have done full upload. strangly I cannot see any data in Active data table.
Pls advise how can I check the data I am doing some mistake.I have data mart status for this DSO. the deletion of the DSO and reloading could that create the data not visible in DSO even after activation

Hi,
I believe this got something to do with the display setting.. After displaying the data, get into the settings menu and look for Layout option --> display --> see if there is any default setting applied.. change this setting to something else.. create a setting with all the columns dragged & dropped.. These are the options you can try..
If this did not resolve.. please try displaying the data from SE16 transaction and post us the results..

A data table in one column of a dynamic data table

Hi , I have to design a dynamic data table(with dynamic columns and data) which looks as the following
DETAILS      NAME      ROLE NUMBER     CLASS     SECTION
15     MATHS     SURESH     15     10     A

The data in the column 'DETAILS' should have inner table. The data in this inner table should have hyper links. If there is no inner table infor mation there shold be an image with hyperlink. This data table should also have pagination and sorting features. Please send me some example code for this. Please help me out as i have client demo on monday

DSO activation: Data in new data table but missing in active data table?

we use an end routine in transformation to populate a data field in DSO.
it works as we can see the value populated in new data table.
when we activate (activation) DSO, we see the value is deleted from this data field.
why?
this data field is set as an characteristic info obj in the data field portion of the DSO.
we are using 2004s, I forget to check the SP level.

Abap code not working - deleting based on master data table information

I wrote a piece of code earlier which is working and during test we found out that it will be hard for the support guys to maintain because it was hard coded and there is possibility that users will include more code nums in the future
sample code

Now I created a new InfoObject master data so that the support people can maintain the source and code number manually.
master data table - the codenum is the key.

now I wrote this routine all the data gets deleted.
tables /M/PGICTABLE.
Data tab like /M/PGICTABLE occurs 0 with header line.
Select * from /M/PGICTABLE into table tab where objvers = 'A'.

LOOP at tab.
DELETE it_source WHERE /M/SOURCE EQ tab-XSOURCE AND /M/CODENUM NE tab-XCODENUM.
ENDLOOP.
Endif.
But when I chage the sign to EQ, I get opposite values , Not what I require.
DELETE it_source WHERE /M/SOURCE EQ tab-XSOURCE AND /M/CODENUM EQ tab-XCODENUM.
Cube table that I want to extract from

Getting selected values from a data table

My data table gets values directly from a result set.
I went through http://balusc.blogspot.com/2006/06/using-datatables.html#top ,
however, the data table shown in this example takes values from a simple list. I have trouble in getting selected values.
Can anyone suggest how to select multiple values. here is a small code sample of what I have
