MRP Run Problem With Shipment Notification

Hi Experts,
Issue
In MD04 i have 1 shipment Notification,but after MRP Run it should get display in MD05 but in my case it is not happening.CAn anybody tell me the possible causes / reasons why this is happeinig.

Thanks for your reply,even i know Md04 is Dynamic and MD05 is static,also i cant able to clearly understtood what u r telling,
Kindly check whether shipment notification is updated during the 2nd run then it wont reflect in MD05
but when i check the same scenario in Q shipment notification getiing updated but not in prdn.
Pls clarify

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Hope my iPod stays healthy, if it doesnt its a warrenty job me thinks any way thanks again

MRP run problem in TCode-MD01

hi experts,
There were some MRP controllers were assigned for User exit in SPRO for planning run (T code :- MD01 ). Now i have defined additional MRP controllers and also assigned them for user exit (in SPRO) for planning run.
With old MRP controllers defined as user exits , Planning run is considering materials with only particular MRP controller.
But for these newly defined MRP controllers , user exit is not restricting planning of materials with only particular MRP controller and materials planning is carried out for all materials with newly defined MRP controllers.
please help me out

The name of the extension where you can find the user exit is M61X0001
You have to read the code to find out why it is not working for the new controllers.
Probably the code is not that dynamic as you thought and the controllers are hardcoded ...

MDBT : MRP RUN Problem

I have one storeage locaion for which i want to tun MRP run in backgruond .
Now i have cerated MRP area (STORE) as stoarge location asssigne th erespective storge location there.
Now i created scop of planning & i assigne tthat MRP area as "STORE"to scope of planning.
Now cerated varaint as "CONSUMPTION"and in scope of plalning i selcetd the scope of planing as my MRP area and saved the variant .
Now all material under this area are cinsumption baed material means everyone has MRP type as VB, reordre point and lot siza as HB, max lot qty and STORE as MRP area in material master.
NOw in MDBT i selcted the variant and click on start inmmediate i m getting mesage as "Request with variant CONSUMPTION Started"
If i see MD04 til no requirenment is genrtaed with this Run ??
1. Please tel ..where i ned to corect
2. Is there any mesage after background MRP executed ;like in MD02 planning result screen .

Please check whether planning file entry exists in MD21 also check MDAB & MDRE ?
or run program RMMRP000.
Please note With MRP type VB (Manual Reorder Point Planing) system will not consider Dependent requirement or any other reservation.
It will take care about only Reorder point.
If You have set reorder point of 100 Nos.
And dependent requirement is of 35 Nos , and available stock is 90 Nos. then at the time of MRP run system will generate PR of 10 Nos only just to cover that less qty than the reorder point of 100 Nos.So there is nothing wrong in your case.
If you want to concider Dependent requirement also during Planing run then you have to change MRP type VB to PD then check.

I have a problem with my iPhone 4 and i want to see if anyone else has it...You see I recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.0.1 and my notification center stopped working!Well it works only in landscape mode.Before that itused to work perfectly-I was swiping it down with no problem!

Hey I am having problem with my Facebook notifications because each time there is one there is no sound , although every option related to sound is on .

Ok so apparently they FIXED it!!
-Go to the facebook app on phone
-Go to Account Settings
-Go to Notifications
-Go to Mobile Push
-Look at the top of the screen and it said "Sound for push notifications"
-Edit it to ON for all notifications
They fixed it I now receive sounds for notifications!!!!!

Problem with Push Notifications after change from 3GS to 4S

After I changed from my 3GS to my 4S I have a Problem with the Push Notifications.
I only receive them on my old device, not on my new 4S.
They both have different Phone Numbers, and i set the 4S up with a Backup from the 3GS.
How can I fix this problem?

I have the same phone, and have just had it replaced with an identical model and am having the same issue. I am going to go through Apple Care again and see what seems to be the problem. I never had any push issues with my 3G, except at the initial launch.

MRP run problem

Hi experts,
During MRP run for a material , open PO quantity is not considered If delivery date mentioned in that open PO exceeds 110 days from planning date(MRP run date). If it is less , it considers open PO quantity.
MRP type = V1 (Reorder point planning)
Lot size = HB
planned delivery time = 0 days
What could be the reason for it? Pls help me out.

When u keep your planning horizon 100 and in MD02 if ur using NETCH planning then system will consider the planning in between 100 days only If your open PO in out of planning horizon then it will not consider for the same.
If u want to do the same u have to go for increase ur planning horizon time in OPPQ.

Services are up and running - problem with browser access to Apps instance

We are using 11.5.10 and I have just finished a clone from our TEST environment.
We cannot connect to the login screen however.
I suspect there is a problem with the address we are using
http://*****.********l.com:8002/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp is the address for our TEST instance. and 8003 was for the previous encarnation of our newly cloned system.
Which configuration file can I check to see how this instance was configured?
I am looking at the adcfgclone returns and see nothing much except
Target system proxy hostname (used default)
Target system proxy port [80]: (left as this)
Should I check the context file for the new instance?
I am checking the webport , but no luck.
Again, in the context file, I see

(8004 was the last port used for this instance before cloning)
Should I check any specific table in the new instance??

Well, checking here oracli3/oracle/devora/iAS/Apache/Apache/logs in the error_log :
I see

But the last date I see is for June (although the file itself is dated from yesterday)

MRP running problem

Hi gurus,
When i try to run the total MRP in MD01, i can see that only certain material is being run, and most of it are not run.
So, when i go to MD05 to view the MRP list, i can see that the material is still in old date MRP run date where the stock qty is wrong.
I tried to go to MD02 to run that particular material, then that material is updated accordingly.
Any one has any idea what had happen?
Why when I run in Md01 some material is not picking to be run?

I've check in MR21, i found that planning file entry is there. But i can see some of the material that is not run do not have NETCH set.
How do i make the material as NETCH set so that when i run the MRP in MD01 it can run it as well?
Infact i try to create the planning file thru MD20 the entry is created but most of are not set as NETCH, why it can happen in such a way? (My processing key is NETCH when run MD01)
Does it mean all the materials must have set as NETCH then only it can run the MRP?
But i found some of the material do not have the NETCH set but when i try the total MRP run in MD01 it still can works?
What is the reason behind?

Problem With Sending Notification Through Fax While Creating A PO

Hi All,
While creating a purchase order with the output medium set to as FAX, once we click on save the entire information is actually faxed to the Number provided in the communication medium.
Now if a problem occurs, usually a notification message is displayed, the issue is, the notification message is not getting displayed anymore even if the the fax is not being sent.
Hence the user has no way of know that a fax was sent or not unless he check his inbox.
I have spoken to the Basis and the Functional Consultants and they say that there is nothing wrong with the Configuration Part.
Hence can you tell me what could be the possible reasons for this problem that is happening?

Which Scenario are you implementing??This BADI is to be implemneted for PO only if you are in the Extended classic scenario and the PO in SRM is the leading PO.

Problem with Shipment

Hello All,
The problem is related to shipment where I want the system to allow processing shipment after Stock Transfer Invoice is done.As we don't get all the on-paper documents before despatch or even after 10 days of despatch we want the system to process in this way where even after the invoice is completed we will be able to book the shipment cost through T-Code VI01.But whenever I am trying to process shipment through T Code VT01N by giving transportation planing point & shipment type,while including the delivery it is showing the message " No deliveries found".
Though the standard rule is PGI will automatically happen with the completion of shipment process still please suggest if any further configuration can be done in the standard SAP to process shipment after the stock transfer Invoice is done.
Please help at the earliest.

Hello All,
Now my problem is solved as in VT01N screen while including the outbound delivery we have to keep the "Total Goods Movement Status" & " Transportation Planning Status" fields as blank instead of A & A to B.If these fields are kept blank then we will be able to make shipment after the Stock Transfer Invoice.
The other queries related to shipment are as follows -
1) Is there any configuration possible to keep the "Total Goods Movement Status" & " Transportation Planning Status" fields as blank by default.
2) Secondly the shipment cost calculation procedure is getting reflected in the header though it is not assigned with the header but it is automatically getting reflected in the Leg. How is this possible?
Please suggest.

It blocks because whoever is reading the other end is
slow and all the intermediate buffers have been
filled up. There is nothing short of NIO that you can
do about it at the writing end. You need to
investigate why the reader is slow.That was it! The application was running in debug mode, and my read loop sometimes logs statistic info. Which is bad when blocked. Now I have thrown out the unnecessary debug statements, and it runs smoothly. Thanks alot ejp!
