MRP Run to Monitor Subcontracting/Service Provider Stocks

Question

Hi,
As per the businee requirement, we want to run the MRP based on the ROL / Max stock level for the Individual component of a BOM (Child items) and for each subcontractor we need to monitor the stocks (special stocks), i.e., whenever the vendor stocks goes below the ROL for these BOM components/Child items, system should raise a requirement to replenish for the Max stock level defined in the system.
Also, business requirement is like the components provided will be consumed by the subcontractor/service provider and in return we are not getting any finished component / material. So, the requirement generated from the MRP Run should be such that we can only issue the BOM compoenents to the Subcontractor / Service provider from the Plant.
Kindly suggest how can we map this type of a scenario in the SAP system.

Dear ,
Re-order level  and Stock Monitoring at Sub Contracting level can be done the folloiwng set up :
1.Activate MRP Area -SPRO-MRP-Master Data-Define MRP Area
2.Convert Planning File Entery for MRP Area
3.Select Option -3-sub Contracting while creation of MRP area .
4.Maintain Re-order Level at Material master MRP1 view and MRP Type VB-For manual level /V1 -Automatica Re-oorder level .If it automatic then, maintain Forecasting View with relevent paraemtrs because to calcualte MAD,BAsic values and Re-Order Point through Individaul Forecast or Colletive Forecast -MP38
