MS-6368 graphics bug

I'm a newcomer on MSI product as well as this forum.
Recently, I purchase a MS-6368 MB with a Celeron 1.3G. I do admit it's a high value for money (CPU+MB costs me just about HKD$800 or USD$100 in Hong Kong). As I'm not a 3D gamer and not expect much in integrated graphics performance (apart from playing DVD/VCD occasionally), however, I found that there're a lots of undoubtful flaw in graphics.
Here's my bug reported against VT8601T based MS-6368 MB. It happened even I freshly installed the system by formatting the whole harddisk and of course no tweaking ever.
Also, may I know should I report the bug to VIA and how to do so?
1. text overlapping when page scrolling in IE 6.0
It casued the problem even in displaying simple HTML or text file.

2. DVD playback quality is bad
It happened on both WinDVD 4.0 and PowerDVD XP 4.0 I believe it's a color dithering problem and the color is "blocky".

I have the exact same problem with the graphics on my MS-6368 and I've tried everything to stop it, I've tried BIOS settings and new drivers and played with the drivers and still nothing works, It better start working because I paid $170 CDN for it :O

[Win8.1] Video fullscreen graphic bug

i've a big Problem.
I've found a new Sony Vaio multi-flip 15 under the christmas tree ;-).
Now i've installed all Updates incl. Windows 8.1.
All is wonderful, but when i watch some Youtube-Videos in fullscreen mode i got this graphic-bug (see below).
With Firefox i've just this bug in fullscreen mode. With IE also in small mode.

Adobe Flash Player 11
The Problem is solved if i disable the hardware acceleration, but then i get a big version of the player-UI and bad graphic.
With the Windows 8-App "Hyper for Youtube" i got the same problem without any Browser.

You've already found one fo the two possible solutions... disabling HW accelleration.
The other is to update your video drivers. http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765 (Update through the adapter manufacturer - NOT Windows)

Graphical bugs after 10.6.4 update
- If Adobe Bridge CS5 is opened and a flash video is played with Safari 5 the whole desktop Vsync will get disabled.
- iTunes 9.2 CoverFlow showing corrupt images for blank cover art.
- Google Earth showing corrupt image as viewport after opening a website from within the application.

Your MBP has a different graphics card, Sig - nVidia 9600M, rather than the nVidia 8600M that fjtorsol has.
Fjtorsol, there are issues with the nVidia drivers in 10.6.4 being pretty buggy, but I'm not clear on exactly which Macs are affected.
I would suggest running a Repair Permissions then reinstalling 10.6.4 from the combo update http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1048 to make sure that your system is correctly updated.
If that doesn't work, your best bet is to revert to 10.6.3 until the graphics drivers are fixed.

Try trashing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist. (Quit System Preferences first.) If that doesn't work, try trashing ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.preferencepanes.cache.

Graphic bug with HTML5 video

Hi,
I am experiencing an ugly graphic bug in Safari 5.0.2. Looks like this: http://tinyurl.com/24cl9t8
Occurs on this website: http://cargocollective.com/woodyholl when you open a project (girl on the beach for example)
Background video is embedded via <video>, all layers above are relatively simple HTMLCSSjs. The project pages contain embedded videos (vimeo etc.) and javascript slideshows.
Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix for it?

the bug occurs even with just a js-slideshow inside a project, no Flash involved
Ah, I misunderstood.
Of course, it might be a bug affecting some machines/OS builds - see http://bugreport.apple.com for that.
If you want to track down a possible cause on your mac - another install/different boot disk should eliminate any software cause. Or there might be settings for the specific graphics card?.
Certainly some graphics issues seem only to show with safari and/or flash, despite being a hardware problem at heart. The Mac Pro section here would be the place to explore that, with specific card details & after running the hardware test from dvd.

I have Graphical bugs/problems in Lion

I restored menubar icons after a small mod to them.
Log back in and all off the sudden every field where I click is pink en loading icons are NOT how they should be!
I can't restore with Time Machine because when I activate it, the graphical bugs are also there.
Hopefully somebody will help me with this ;-)

Sounds like your "small mod" damaged the system. Try rebooting into recovery mode (hold down command-R at startup) and restore your entire system from the last Time Machine backup before you made that mod. Alternately, if you don't want to restore everything, you could just reinstall the system from recovery mode, which will overwrite the current system with a new one, but leave all your apps and data alone.

There is a graphical bug in new yosemite os, when you reduce the transparency. It is quite annoying. I hope it will be solved in the next update.

Logic Pro 8 graphic bug inOS X 10.9

Logic Pro 8 has a graphic bug since update to OS X 10.9. The the position tracker turns everything behind it into black in the the arrangement window while playing or recording - Is there a possibility to fix this bug?

10.6.4 / iMac ATI Radeon HD 5750 graphics bugs

Once again, ATI drivers suck, this time my new iMac has clearly visible artifacts that make pretty much any game unplayable. I'd attach a screenshot except you can't here.
Is this a known bug already, if so, when will there be a fix?

I try to play the sims 3 for eg. and i've an error of unsupported graphic card :S

Graphic bug in launchpad

I'm having this graphic glitch in launchpad when opening a folder. here a screenshot: http://i40.tinypic.com/357rrsz.jpg
in the 2nd and 3rd row of the folder the background isnt the blurry bg it should be. it sort of shows my desktop clear and sharp.
Has anyone else experienced this bug or am I the only one? I installed the same image of lion on my MBP late 2008 and on my black MB 2006 and the black macbook doesnt show up with that problem. so it is definetely not from the lion-image. also I tried to reset launchpad with "killall Dock" in terminal.app but it didnt change anything.
that bug isnt that bad and it doesnt really desturb workflow or anything, I was just wondering...

Graphic bug in Itunes

I have this bug in Itunes 8.0.2.20.
All the text is "blurry"
This bug happen in both computers I have.
My Pc and my laptop so It's not the graphic card or the PC by itself.

Ok, found another app that seems to be stuck half in "dark grey" and half in "light grey" mode.
This time it's a piece of shareware I downloaded from apple.com for managing finances.

Look closely at the "Month" and "Year" top right, and at the +- buttons and the "0.00" total bottom right, etc. The same effect is present throughout the application.
What the heck is going on? Surely somebody else is experiencing this?
It's got to be some kind of weird mis-match of old and new versions of something, it has to be. But then, you said you did a clean install, so how could it be? You do mean an Erase & Install, yeah?
Is this a Carbon app thing? Is iTunes Carbon or Cocoa? There has to be some link; are Graphic Converter, iTunes and Personal Finance all Carbon apps I wonder, whereas Skype and Mail (for example) are Cocoa built?

Apple - PLEASE fix the graphical bug with Dock and Stacks! PLEASE!

Using popular Mac games such as Diablo II, Freeverse's Wingnuts, Ambrosia's Aperion, and Blitwise's Super DX-Ball (as well as a LOT more) results in a common graphical glitch with the Dock and stacks, making fan stacks totally useless until I restart my iMac. Killing and relaunching the Dock doesn't fix it. Only restarting my Mac temporarily sorts it out. This is a highly annoying bug most often set off by games that Apple STILL hasn't fixed as of 10.5.3. So I let every developer (who I do not blame, BTW) know whose product results in this bug, in the hope they will apply pressure to Apple. Leopard has been the buggiest release since 10.1 IME and Apple is taking there sweet time about crushing such crippling bugs. Suffice to say it's really ******* me off.

Weird new graphical bug in ITunes...

Check this out...
Click here for a more close up view. As you can see, the music listing part of ITunes bleeds over the top menus. Weird.
This bug is occurring regardless of whether the window is maximized or not. And yes, this bug persists after a restart.
Not much more to say - how do I fix this? =p

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have installed a plug-in that is causing this unusual behavior.
If that's the case, have a look at this article in the Apple Knowledge Base and let us know if it solves your problem.

Nano 3rd Gen Graphical Bug

When going from song lyrics to coverflow, a bug often occurs where the whole screen either goes green, or the coverflow is shifted up or to the right.

To fix it, I simply just go out of coverflow. I am upgraded to 1.03 and it only does to going from Lyrics to Coverflow, when youve gone past lyrics at least twice.

Graphic bugs with Mac os x

I installed Labview 8.5 Student on my Mac but i get this bugs when displaying the properties of elements:
I tested Labview 8.5 on my Macbook Pro (10.5) and on my imac (10.4) - same results.
Anyone here has some advice for me?

There is no work around that I know of at this time. I will look into it and post what I find. This bug will likely be fixed in a future release of LabVIEW, but I cannot guarantee this will ne addressed in the 8.5.1 release.
