Have someone of you already seen this error? I randomly encounter this now a days but don't seem to know where to check. XI seems to be running fine even with this error. What does this mean?

Hi,
The recover job is automatically scheduled by system runs once in a day. Its mainly used to automatically re-schedule the messages in adapter engine lost due to internal issues, database failures etc.
have a look in to
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/05/b1b740f83db533e10000000a155106/content.htm
If the job has failed with some errors more details can be found in default traces- /j2ee/cluster/server0/logs/defaultTrace

How can I recover pictures taken with my iPod touch 4g?
At one point in time about a year or so ago I took some pictures with the camera on my iPod touch 4g, and just assumed that when Apple said it was "backing up" my iPod, that it included those pictures. I even have an "iPod Photo Cache" folder (or did, until I deleted it a few days ago upon discovering that there were tons of unreadable files w/ NO PICTURES ). Well, I've had to restore my iPod touch a time or two and no longer have those pictures, or any other ones I had taken with the camera before the restore. I have everything else from the backup, but not those pictures, and I really want them now. I thought I had them stored safely away in an email somewhere (or a reply to the email, for I sent the email with the pictures from my iPod ). As it turns out, that was one of the email replies that never came through, and was copied and forwarded to me in a different email! So now I have no copies of those pictures, and while most of them I don't care about, there are a few I want back. Is there ANY way to recover those pictures? Thanks for any help!
if you've backed up your ipod touch via iTunes, all of your photos will still be there as of that point. Hopefully you do it often and wont lose many of the new ones.. There is a Software named Dr.Fone for iOS which can recover deleted iPod touch photos. It did a decent job recovering my iPod touch 4 photos without even any iTunes backup.

Hello Experts,
I am working on PI 7.1 and PI 7.4 , facing the issue while monitoring the messages in RWB.
1)In PI 7.4,when i give last week or this month under message monitor in Adapter engine for any interface ,only the latest messages(ie today and yesterdays message)are visible.
2)IN P 7.1,in the Adapter engine only the error messages are visible.
i have checked the Background processing of Adapter engine ,
Delete Job,Recover Job is active,
Default version of Archive job is inactive
Please suggest what kind of action i need to take.
Regards,

\Formatted text goes here.

This is formatted. When cutting and pasting text such as execution plans, excerpts from AWR reports, etc, it will maintain spacing and formatting, and make for much easier reading.
As to the content, well, dumping the contents of v$system_event is pretty close to useless.
As to the first three events you listed, 'enq: TX - index contention', 'enq: TX - row lock contention', 'enq: SQ - contention', well, all of those are easily tunable.
First, for 'enq: SQ - contention', check your sequences. Do you have any NOCACHE sequences? Or sequences with small caches?
As for 'enq: TX - row lock contention', well that's fairly self-explanatory. You have multiple sessions trying to lock the same row in the same table at the same time.
Last, 'enq: TX - index contention', that's non-row level contention on an index. For example, if you have a unique index, insert a row w/ column value 1, but don't commit, then try to insert that same value from another session.
But, before you do any of that, I think you need to clearly understand where the bottlenecks are. Try taking some AWR snapshots, about 5 minutes apart, when you're having performance problems. Look at the AWR report for that 5 minute period. In particular, look at your Top 5 timed events.
Hope that helps,

Sync messages in table BC_MSG
Hello experts,
I am trying to read sync messages by querying table BC_MSG using message id.
The query I am running returns empty result.
When I use the same operation in RWB, the message is found.
Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?
Regards,
Effi.Thank you for your fast reply.
I have checked default logs and I get the error:
SQL statement is "DELETE FROM "XI_AF_MSG" WHERE "MSG_ID" = ? AND "DIRECTION" = ?".#5#1654#72000#ORA-01654: unable to extend index SAPXIDDB.SYS_IL0000087335C00020$$ by 128 in tablespace PSAPXIDDB
Tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT are in the same tablespace. So, I can't delete messages in this tables because the tablaspace is full? Is not possible for us to get some extra space inmediately, nor have access to oracle directly.
The others jobs, recover is executing ok but not archiving. Gives us a nullpointer exception. There is any way to get free space in that tablespace?
Thank youuuuuuuuuuuu -
I have been sending pics from my iPhoto to FaceBook for a long time. Today I tried sending them from my iPhoto and after clicking FB a window comes up with the question Do you want to publish...........(whatever the pics are about)? Then I choose the option of "everyone" "friends of friends" and "only friends". After choosing my option I can then click on "publish" and the pics go to my profile page on FB, or they did until today...because the word "publish" is grayed out and won't allow me to send them. Anyone got any suggestions why this got grayed out, and how can I fix it.
Jimare.Lisa
Your problem is that you have been running a Referenced Library, and now you're trying to convert this to a Managed Library
A Managed Library, is the default setting, and iPhoto copies files into the iPhoto Library when Importing. The files are then stored in the Library package
A Referenced Library is when iPhoto is NOT copying the files into the iPhoto Library when importing because you made a change at iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced. (You unchecked the option to copy files into the Library on import) The files are then stored where ever you put them and not in the Library package. In this scenario you are responsible for the File Management.
Simply changing the setting in the Preferences will not do this. It just means that imports from here forward will be Managed. Those that were Referenced remain so.
Now, because you've moved the Referenced Files to the new disk, iPhoto cn't find them. So it throws the error message. This is one of the major reasons experience users recommend against Referenced Libraries.
No change you make at this point will have any effect. The Library will try and update and throw the errors.
Options:
Let it run it's course and then fix it.
Or
Give it up as a bad job, recover your Photos and start over from scratch.

Ext enclosure for ex-MBP drive, wanting to get data
Hi
Apple swapped out the drive for my MBP, 2.66ghz. I'd like to try and see if I can retrieve some data since it's uncertain how big a problem the drive was since they replaced the board.
Anyhow, I got a 2.5" usb 2.0 external enclosure from OWC. First, are there precautions I should take against electrical discharge when installing the drive in the ext. enclosure? I used to have one of those things you strapped round your wrist and clipped to a table or whatever but with moving can't find it.
The ext. enclosure simply operates as a regular external drive, right?
I suppose I could just connect and see if it mounts, but thot I'd ask for suggestions first. And while that may well be the first option, what would the second option be if it doesn't mount?Sir, thank you very much for that, I will check out. Is it superior to Disk Warrior? Right now, all I really would love to get is my FIrefox bookmarks, maybe not worth $100. Then again, I have another drive with lots of pics and other data I'd love to get, including some applications. Just curiously, do you think it can do a good job recovering those apps (I guess that's really a question for them, so no problem)?
Btw, I must also give a big hearty thanks for a number of other occasions you have rendered excellent advice--merci beaucoup! -

Version 5.1.1 (1034)How exactly did you shut down your laptop? Not a hard restart (holding down the power button), I hope... if that's the case, then it is extremely unlikely the file is still intact on your computer. If it is, it would be an image on your RAM, and it is time-and-resource-intensive to recover it if it is even there. RAM memory is disposable and always being written over. Sorry dude...
If it wasn't a hard restart, Keynote should have made a backup, unless you 'Force Close'd it.
It really all depends on how your mac was shut down. -

Recover spool of step 1 from step2 in a job
Hi!
We have a job which contains one step.
Now, we have to add a new step in order to do some things (we can not change the program of first step)
We need to obtain some information from the spool generated in the first step. How we can get this spool number?
In SY-SPONO we will have this spool number? Also, if first step generates more than one spool number. How we can recover all of them?
Thank you in advanceIn that second program, call FM GET_JOB_RUNTIME_INFO to obtain JOBCOUNT of the presently running job. With JOBCOUNT, read table TBTCP to obtain LISTIDENT of step 1. LISTIDENT is the spool number, use that to call FM RSPO_RETURN_ABAP_SPOOLJOB to obtain the spool.

Can you help me please?
NurhanDid you get answer to this? what was the problem?
We are having the same problem and it looks like the messages have got stuck up on the node which we have taken down. How did you recover those messages?
For us we have to restart the node but we dont want to do that because there are resource problems and creating more failures. -

* Is it safe to drop FRED.FRED_SCHEMA_EXPORT_1 (the "Master table")?
* To recover from the crash and restart the job, do I only have to drop that table? Or is there some other more sophisicated action I must perform?Yes. Drop the table and restart the job.
