MS/UB 12.0.1 HDR2x8 component has broken/missing footprint

In MS, If I place HDR2x8 from the Master Database in a design and transfer to UB, it appears there is no footprint for this part.

I belliwe error is printer driver, and dont say to switch to Vista drivers, TOO buggy.

WUC-1 Component has no parent frame.

Hi guys,
a have a problem using webutil (Webutil_File_Transfer.DB_To_Client).
I subclassed the webutil object library and attached de webutil .pll in the form.
When I ran the form, I receive the error: "WUC-1 Component has no parent frame"
Any idea what´s the problem ?
The form runs on the AIX Server . Forms 10.1.2 and Database 10g.

when I used WEBUTIL_CLIENTINFO.GET_USER_NAME and Webutil_File_Transfer.GET_WORK_AREA ... for example, the forms works fine!

Group delivery for BOM's when one of the BOM component has no confirmed qua

Hi,
We have an issue. We have group delivery for BOMs. However it might be in some cases that one of the component has no confirmed quantity. Still we do not want delivery for any of the component to be created. What is the easiest way to achive this?

Hi Camilla,
In VOV7 for the item category of main item Create Delivery Group must be assigned a value X (Form delivery group with one delivery date). If you have this configuration set-up done system will assign one delivery group for the entire group of BOM materials and all will be delivered on the same date. Can you check this?

Hi Venkat,
The issue may be caused by the Visual Studio tried to close an invalid handle. This problem may happen if the operating system is a debug version, not a retail version. Please refer to the following steps to check.
1. Right-click on "My Computer".
2. Click "Properties".
3. Make sure there is no "Debug" words at the end of the "Windows edition" section.

If the operating system is debug version, please re-install the operating system with retail version to solve the issue.

Fax component has been damaged

I used the fax on 23 Jan 14 - no problems. I go to use it today and get a message saying i cant fax so i try to do a fax test and i get a message:
The printer's fax component has become damaged and cannot perform the fax test.
Printer less than 2 months old and only been installed for 3 weeks!!
Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see your HP Officejet 6830 is having some fax issues, when you run the fax test it tells you 'The printer's fax component has become damaged and cannot perform the fax test.'
I would like you to perform a Hard Reset on the printer:
1. Unplug all cables and memory cards from the printer. Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer while the printer is still turned on.
2. Unplug the other end of the cord from the power source.
3. If there is a power module on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.
4. After 60 seconds, plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup as they can cause the printer to lose basic functionality over time).
5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
6. The printer should automatically power back up. If it doesn't, turn it on with the power button.
7. Try making a photocopy (if your printer is an all-in-on printer) before connecting any other cables to the printer.
8. Connect any other needed cables to the printer.
If after the hard reset you are still unable to Fax, I suggest contacting our technical support at 800-474-6836 as the printer would still be in warranty. If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region.

10.6.8 update has broken quicktime 7 codecs

Hi there
It seems that the 10.6.8 update has broken the codecs that quicktime 7 uses.
We have users here that need to use quicktime 7 pro to export movs etc, and since the update, they cannot play (so far that we have found) movs that are using the photo-jpeg decompressor.
We're using the version from the optional installs package form the dvd.
We've been able to work around this by copying (from a 10.6.7 install) the following folders, over the top of the 10.6.8 image.
/System/Library/QuickTime
/System/Library/QuickTimaJava
/System/Library/Frameworks/QuickTime.framework
/Library/QuickTime
While ive tried to single out which files are affected, it seems copying one of these folders at a time hasnt fixed the problem. Only when (at least) all the /System folders are copied over, then we can start playing the movs that have the broken codecs.
Is this something Apple is aware of? Is there an word of a fix for this? I also hear that optical audio is broken as part of the update - which the solution has been to recopy the kext file back from an older system.
10.6.7 was a show stopper for us - because of the NFS permission problems.. (but QT7 worked)
and now 10.6.8 is a show stopper for us, because QT7 is now broken, but the NFS problems are resolved.
I dont want to have to rebuild our workstations back to 10.6.6 as we had other issues that was fixed with 10.6.7..
Any ideas anyone? Apple dev's?

i think ive narrowed it down to a single file...
On my 10.6.8 laptop - with the stock QT files... the affected movs wouldnt play...
I copy this file from a 10.6.7 machine...
/System/Library/QuickTime/QuickTimeComponents.component/Contents/MacOS/QuickTime Components
And i can play the files again...

WAD: Crashes with Run Time Error '339': Component 'formx.ocx' (missing)

when using SAPGui 7.10 --> BW3.5x Web Application Designer the
application fails to start and we get the following error message.
Run Time Error '339': Component 'formx.ocx' or one of it's dependencies
is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
This works correctly on some machines but on others we get this error
message. We have applied the latest patch.
I suspect some non-sap software component has damaged my installation. How can I debug this? Re-installing SAPGUI doesn't do any good.
Any ideas gratefully received.

My 2006 MacBook Pro has broken. There is a little bit of drive noise when I turn it on, but then nothing happens. It is no big deal. Most of my files were backed up. There are a few files I would like to recover if possible, but nothing worth a major effort.
I have seen that broken MacBook Pro's go for about $300 on eBay for parts, so I would like to sell the MacBook Pro. However, I only want to do that after I am sure that my personal data is wiped out. Does anyone know how I can accomplish that? Does anyone know of an easy way to search the old hard drive for some of the data that I lost? Can a Genius Bar take care of this stuff for me (and how much do they charge?)?

The ONLY real secure way to be sure that noone may recover data from your drive is, to remove the drive, and drill one or two 1" holes thru the disk.
A bit less secure but useful way is, to wipe out the data with a tool that's overwrite all sectors of the drive with randomized data in multiple runs.
For example: Permanent Ereaser http://www.edenwaith.com/products/permanent%20eraser/
Independent tests bring out, that even specialized recovery companies with forensic tools are unable to find useful data after such a run.

we can check the JOB in SM37 and find out if any variants/Program changes have occured which triggered this change. In Job details, the prog name and the Job logs provide the varinat for which it has been scheduled. A program change is traceable by Version history and a Variant change can be traced by its owner...

It appears that something happened to yur computer/iTunes files. It happens sometimes. To recovery:
- Import the old music into the current iTunes library
- Make sure all the apps are also in the library
- If in the USA and therplaces where iCloud has benn released you can redownload most iTunes puchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- You can always redownload apps at no additional cost as long as you are singned into the same iTunes account the originally purchased them.
- After all the suff in in the iTunes library, make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes.
- Restore the iPod from backup and restore as necessary.

If you no longer have your iOS device
If you're using iCloud and Find My iPhone on the device, you can erase the device remotely and remove it from your account by signing in to icloud.com/find, selecting the device, and clicking Erase. When the device has been erased, click Remove from Account.
If you're unable to complete either of the above steps, you should change your Apple ID password. Changing your password won't remove any personal information that is cached on the device, but it will make sure that the new owner can't delete your information from iCloud.
