Hi.
I need a source code that prints MS Word document
across Java.To print in Java would be hard, you could try POI, but as I understand it, this is an editing API, not displaying. You could use JDIC's Desktop.print, but that would require a Word-compable application to be installed.
I anyone has such code please send to my e-mail:

I am desperated....I guess you will be inundated with "offers" soon.

  • Why won't emails print without the word "print" be...

I am tired of not being able to print emails without the word "Print" appearing at the top of the page.  I don't think this used to happen in the "old" BT email system, so why now?  It just looks silly.  Can I print an email without this appearing at the top?

  • HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer series - A809 Slow Response to Word Print

    Hello,
When I try to print from a Word Document the HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer series - A809 Printer takes on average 1:24 to respond and print. When I go into the printer's settings and print a test page the Printer takes about 3 seconds to respond and print the document. The Printer has a Dual Side Printing add on and the optional paper tray.
Do you know what could cause such a long delay for the printer, especially when it only happens with word and other Microsoft Works Programs?

I would also like to add that I am on a Mac OS X Version 10.6.4 with plenty of processing speed and Memory in case that would be useful in helping me

  • MS Word prints only blank document

I rarely use MS Word anymore. I use Mellel - except Word (10) does such an easier job with tables.
    I created a two-page table.
It prints out blank. I tried 3X, it would not print to pdf even.

  • Problems with MS Word/Printer

When I try to save in MS Word, I get the spinning wheel and the message "Word connecting to printer". I've looked for support on the web already, but one of my big hang-ups is that I can't get Print and Fax to open in System Preferences. I think the problem is probably that Word for some reason doesn't have my printer set as it's automatic (or whatever) option, but I can't figure out a way to change it or to make sure it recognizes the printer. I've tried restarting the computer, I thought it was a corrupt file but I get the same issue when I open a new document and just type one sentence, I've tried saving to multiple places on my computer, and I've even tried reinstalling my printer software (although it seems like it doesn't want to recognize the hardwar. I can scan things to the computer, but it doesn't seem to recognize that it exists). I mean, all I want to do is save lesson plans, and it's been a weekend-long headache. PLEASE tell me this is something that can be fixed, and PLEASE answer me in easy-to understand language (aka, don't tell me how to code the problem away).

Have you specifically searched and asked in the forum devoted to MS Word?
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macword
Are you able to print from other apps like TextEdit?
Whenever you ask something related to Word, it's a good idea to tell people what version you are using, since there are 4 different ones and it can make a big difference.

  • PDFs exported from word printing lighter than the original

Using Acrobat Pro XI v11.0.09 / Microsoft word 2013
    Hi,
I have a word document containing text in turquoise (RGB 2,216,240) and dark grey (RGB 127,127,127) and an imported jpeg
I have created a PDF from this file (Which looks correct on screen) but when I send it to print it is much paler than the original printed directly from Word. I have tried on 2 different printers (same result), new cartridges, printing 'Best' quality not draft.
NB. The imported jpeg prints correctly, it is only the text and blocks of colour created in Word that are printing pale - i.e. supports that it's not draft quality.
Interestingly, if I change the colour profile from CMYK TO RGB in my print settings it prints correctly, but this option is only available in the printer driver for one of my printers. This would imply though that the problem is with the PDF and not when I create the PDF from Word.
(I have tried 'Save As' and 'Save As Adobe PDF' and also printing to PDF with the same results).
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a document we need to send to clients.
    Thanks

    Hi Corrie1000,
In Word file, click on the 'Acrobat' toolbar:
Click on Preferences> Advanced Settings > Color
Under Color Management Policies> Select 'Leave Color Unchanged'. Click on Ok and then click on Create pdf and see if this works for you.
You can refer to the doc for definitions for the individual Color Managemenet policies and set accordingly: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-conversion-settings.html
You might also want to refer the Doc: Acrobat Help | Color conversion and ink management (AcrobatPro)  for editing/ converting individual object colors in the pdf.

  • Microsoft Word- printing a books?

I can't seem to figure out to get my Microsoft word to print a book. On a Windows PC, there is the option to print a document in booklet form, where the pages are doubled and you can print entire books this way.
i see a lot of questions about Aperture in relation to book printing, but I don't want to pay for printing my books nor do I want to have to save it in PDF. What a giant pain. Am I just too daft to find the option for printing bookfolds in Microsoft Word or was Apple being a greedy monopolizing cretin by removing that option and forcing us to buy Aperture?
P.S. If anyone has any freeware that doesn't require PDF conversion and is simple, please do tell. Thanks.

Office comes with extensive help. I suggest you take the time to look in the help files for the answer. Word is quite capable of printing in book form but your document layout needs to be properly configured.

  • Vista 64 - LaserJet P1505n - Word - printing only first 2 pages

I have a new Dell laptop with Vista 64 and HP LaserJet P1505n. When I try to print a multi page document in Word 2007, it only prints the first 2 pages. I have to tell it to print pages 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, etc. to get the rest of the pages. If I convert the same document to PDF, all pages print fine. Has any one resolved this issue?

    it's getting more interesting:
I connected the printer directly via USB; Voila, works like a charm
    Using wireless: problems.
Now it's specifically the wireless option why I choose this printer, so USB is not really an option.
Strange thing is: the HP Utility cannot find the printer wireless, not even if I enter the (static) IPv4 address.

  • Footer in Word printed output

I want to prevent RoboHelp's topic footer from appearing in
the printed Word output, where it shows as part of the page text
(not in the Word document's footer).
I use a RH template to add the same footer to every topic in
the WebHelp output but I don't want this in the printed output.
Is there a setting to turn off the footer on conversion to
    Word? I use RH v7.

Peter, sorry not to have replied earlier but I have been
trying to make some sense of it or at least find a pattern to the
results. So far I have the following observations:
    1. In the current project there are some topics in the
printed output that do NOT have the RH footer printed in the
'body', but as i posted originally, most do. The topics that do not
show the footer are consequtive topics within two chapters.
    2. I created a small new project based on the current project
and chopped out all but a handful of topics. Here I found only one
topic had the RH footer cropping up in the printed output.
    3. I created a small new project from scratch (using the same
template I used in the original project) and found the expected
results, ie. the RH footer does not find its way into the Word
    output...anywhere!
This is the story so far...pls let me have any questions.

  • Word printing problem snow leopard

When I print a Word document to my wireless HP 8600 printer, it will not print.  It sits in the print queue and ties up the printer - but no printed output is produced.  If I print from other MS applications such as Excel, they work fine.  I usually have to reboot my iMac to clear the print problem.

    Hi MFJ,
Try to scrub the current install, and install a new driver package via Apple Software Update:
    1) Click on Go menu (Click the desktop, then look at the menu in the bar at the top of the page)
    2) Select Applications
    3) Select the Hewlett Packard Folder (if it is not there, then you can skip this entire step)
    4) Select HP Uninstaller
    5) Click on Continue
    6) Select the printer.  press and hold Control + Options + Command (Apple) keys on the keyboard simultaneously.
    7) Click on Uninstall
    8) You will get a popup window - "Are you sure you want to uninstall all HP Software packages"
    9) Click on OK to continue
After doing this, readd the printer via the "+" symbol.

  • Problem printing Adobe Reader documents (PDF). Text files and MS-WORD print fine. Help?

I cannot get my ePrint to work with Adobe Acrobat (ReaderX) and pdf files.  I get a "Failed to send" message.  I have NO problems printing text or MS-WORD files so I know my Internet, printer, and local intranet are working.  Help?

When you say the bottom right of you screen, are you talking about your computer screen?  If you are then, you are not using ePrint, which is fine.  You may just be having some wireless network issues.  Try this.  When it asks for the DNS information on step six, enter Google's public DNS (Preferred = 8.8.8.8 | Alt = 8.8.4.4).  If that does not help, let me know  and I will see what I can do.
By the way, if you are emailing the documents to your printer, which is ePrint, you are right about the file size limit, however, the limit is 5 MB.  Most likely you are not Creating PDF or Docx documents that are anywhere near that size, so that should not be the issue if you are using ePrint.  If you are using ePrint, try turning the router and printer off.  Turn the router on and let it become stable.  Turn the printer back on.  Turn off and on any other devices that are connected to your wireless network as well, so they can re-establish network connection.  Now retry the ePrint job.  If that does not work, let me know.

  • G5 10.4.3 and Microsoft Word Printing

Someone Help...I've seven (count'em seven) PowerMac G5 desktops. Have installed Microsoft Office X on all of them. ONE machine refuses to print from Word. The Print window appears, but clicking on the "print" button does nothing. If I click on the print icon in the toolbar, it will print. We also use FileMaker Pro 7. Nothing will print from this program either. Other programs are not a problem (Excel, PPT, Preview, etc.) Has anyone out there seen this or have any suggestions. I've done permissions repair and disk repair till I'm dizzy and they are not doing much of anything.

Bob, I have a Sonnet Allegro USB II card in my G5. If I let the computer go to sleep on it's own it sometimes will not wake up forcing a hard restart. If I log out and then put the computer to sleep all is well. That little work around is a bit much for some, but for me it's fine as I don't leave my computer logged on when I'm not at my desk.
I'm not aware after reading many posts here that there is a card that doesn't have some issue with G5's.
    Hope this helps.....
