MS66 not Simulative Dep Req transfered [LTP-SOP]

Hi Gurus,
I'm using MS66 in order to transfer Simulated Dependent Requirements (that can been seen in MS04) for a particular component but it is not possible.
Result screen shows 0 "Items selected Altogether".
Test run is unchecked.
Any idea?

Generating Indep Reqs rather than Dep Reqs from Planning Strategies

Is there any way when using a Strategy 50/52 to generate Indep Reqs rather than dep reqs for components.?
Can this be achieved by using strategy 70 at the component level ? - I am not sure this can be done. It seems to always give Dep Reqs ?

Am I correct that unless you plan at component level and use strategy 70 you cannot generate Indep Reqs they will always be Dep Reqs?
Just to be clear I am not after a MTS scenario here (i.e. 40 ) but rather a Sales Order driven demand so 50/52.
So Mat A FG would be a 50/52 and Component X would be set up ith a 70 - unfortunately this gives dep reqs not indep reqs?
any thoughts appreciated

I don't really know what this means. Independent requirements by their very nature are not generated by other requirements, they are Independent.
Independent requirements are mostly created as follows
1. Manually
2. Copy from other independent requirements
3. Copy from a Material Forecast
4. Copy from SOP
5. Copy from Flex Planning
You could create a Z program that would create them as well.

Inconsistent Dep req in MRP run

Let me explain the scenario with an example:
B is child part of A. When we ran MPS, A's planned order has generated dep req on B. Subsequently A's Requirement and Planned order were deleted . But in the subsequent MPS run it is not deleting Child parts (B) dep req due to some error. ( We know the mistake what we did). Now we wish to delete this inconsistent Dep req for B.
I know that there is a program RM06C020 to delete such sub contracting purchase req . Similarly is there any program for deleting inconsistent dep req for a planned order?

To delete the inconsistent dependent requirements of planned orders...you have the only option to run the MRP for the header part so the dependent requirements will be deleted and adjusted automatically as per the new planned orders quantity.
There is no program and transaction to delete the dependent requirements except MRP.

Dep req: Nproc

In stock requurement list in MD04 of material in MRP element Data column. System is Showing Dep req: nproc, what is meaning of nproc, system is not allowing to display or change the element..........

It means there is a requirement element shown without any leading requirement or pegging. Means - this is a superfluos requirement element shown as in MD04 though the actual leading requirement no longer exists.
Typical Example: Let us say there is a material for goods issue existing in reprocessing of errors. When MRP is run on this material the dependent requirements for this is shown having a Nproc element (which has come from reprocessing). This requirement which is not flown through any sales order production requirement is the Nproc elemnt.
Hope it helps in resolving which element it is, if so reward points and close the thread.

Removing Phantom assemblies from Demand (Ord Res/ Dep Req) & CO24

Issue 1) I have the issue that I want to maintain Phantom Assemblies with sp procurement key 50 but I want the components in the Phantom assemblies to show as Ord Res / dep req directly to the Top level item and not to his Phantom?
Is there any way of ignoring the phantoms in the stock requirements list. The business wish to see demand for the procured items coming straight (or linked) to the Top level assembly.
Issue 2) Can anyone show me how get the Sales order on the Missing parts list CO24? It is a field to be used but when I select and it comes on the layout the data is blank ?

MIRO CENVAT CLEARING a/c debit not simulating

PO created for an item. Excise taxes entered.
Multiple GR taken place for the same item, with Exise Part I and Part II posted correctly.
During MIRO simulation, only one GR based entry is not simulating cenvat clearing debit entry.
Nothing in customizing has changed, as it would have had effect on all GRs.
Also J1ID mainatined properly, since all GR based enties have the same material, chapter ID & Vendor combination
What factors influence the Cenvat accounting entry in miro?

In J1IEX duties tab, value has come in 'Duties Due' instead of 'Duties Availed'

Tds line item not simulating while posting as reference with FBR2

When I am posting an Invoice using previous document as reference with Tcode FBR2 WTax line Item not simulating, but while I am posting without reference i.e. with Tcode FB60 it is simulating, this problem i am facing in production server from this fiscal year but in development server it is working properly.
what is the possible cause and how to solve this problem.

For WHT cannot be deducted by using F-02 OR FB01. It seems system is using the same transaction in background and not FB60 and hence tds is bnot getting deducted.

IMO, wrong choice. Start over, using a FireWire cable and following the steps in Pondini's Setup New Mac guide.

Did you click on the Firewire word? What do see to the right of it?
If you see something like the picture and nothing below the "Maximum speed" line, then the camera is not being "seen" by your mac. Otherwise a description of the camera should appear in the right pane.

Pl. observe the below scenario,
Our client scenario is Make-To-Order
u2022     Sales order is created for FG material in plant "0001"
u2022     Material BOM is created for FG material in Plant "0001" with 10 raw materials
u2022     Routing is created for FG material in plant "0001"
u2022     Now MRP is carried out for the FG material, system created Planned order/Purchase requisitions as defined in field u201CProcurement typeu201D in MRP tabs.
u2022     Purchase requisitions are converted into Purchase orders and against some of the GR is done.
u2022     Due to some reason, we wanted to subcontract the FG (vendor is u201Cexternal vendoru201D or another plant with in Karle Group).
u2022     Steps followed to subcontract the FG material
1.     Converted planned order into Purchase requisition
2.     Converted Purchase requisition into Purchase order.
u2022     Now some more raw materials added into FG material BOM in plant "0001" and carried out MRP with planning mode indicator as u201C2 i.e. re-explode BOM and Routingu201D.
u2022     In T.Code u201CMD04u201D checked to procurement proposals for newly added materials in plant "0001", found out that, system is not generated the purchase requisitions.

If the entire operation is sub contracted ,please try the following steps.
1.Let the system create a planned order.Create a production order.
2.Change the control key under the operations tab to PP02.Fill in the required details such as
a.Purchase group.
b.Cost element etc and SAVE the order
3.This will generate a PR.
Create a Sub contracting PO and process further.
After the receipt of PO.Close the order.

Dep Req: NProc in MD04 - but not showing in MF47

On the Stock requirements list (MD04) a dependent requirement is showing as NProc. However, on MF47 no records appear for re-processing. How to get rid of the dependent requirement?

Actually it is a failed goods movement. Check in the COGI. Definitely you will find this in COGI. Clear it from COGI...then you will not see in the MD04.

MRP : does not create purchase req.

Hi,
I have a batch job for RMMRP000 but the program are not always getting picked up material ABC. This material was
sitting below it's Re-order point and should have had a Purchase
Requisition created for it via RMMRP000. However no PR was created.
I then selected this material via MD03 and manually run the transaction
against this material and a PR was created.
My worry is that there are other materials within the plant that
have fallen below their Re-order point and have not been picked up by MRP, so we could be sitting without critical spares for the plant.
What should I do?

In reorder point planning, procurement is triggered when the sum of plant stock and firmed receipts falls below the reorder point
For Eg if you enter reorder point as 10. During planning run, system checks only whether stock has fallen below this reorder point or not i.e. whether there are less than 10 pieces in stock. If that is the case, system triggers procurement to the amount of lot size (fixed lot size of 500 for example).
Also check is there any safety stock maintained?? If that is the case, against your requirement, system will first consider safety stock and then requirement and Check the procurement type in MRP view of material master?

Iphone 4s Photos not rotating correctly when transferred to computer.

When transfering a photo or video from an iphone to a computer the pictures and videos are all updside down. I have an iphone 4s and was wondering if this is a bug or if there is a way to fix this? thanks

I am having the exact same problem. I am transferring photos via icloud to my windows 7 PC, some pictures I can rotate and others I can't. I get an error about file properties, even though the file properties are the same as the photos I can rotate. This is definitely some kind of bug.

Not all CD's transferring

I am trying to transfer itunes from one computer to a newer on, but when I do not all of my cd's are transferred. Any help?
