Msa 50sp6: outlook integration not possible

Hello forum,
while installing msa50sp6 with outlook integration,
I do not get any buttons/tabs into my outlloók 2002.
No errors while installing. (outlook is closed while installing).
Is it possible to install the outlook sync. manual ?
Or has anybody a solution why this is so ?

Outlook Integration Not working

we are using SAP 8.81 PL5. we upgraded to 8.81 from 8.8. Outlook integration was working fine in the earlier version. But after upgrade whlile connecting it displays message as higher version of outlook is already installed.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling add-on but it is not working.
Any suggestion for the same since it is affecting usage of users.

Go to C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One
And here you find AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo and AddOnsInstall.sbo
Copy these two files and store it to other drive for safety of other addons running if any.
Now Open AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo with Notepad and delete the contents in that and then save it.
Then login in sap and then try to run addons through Addon Manager..........

Account determination for FI-MM Integration not possible

When I am doing GR for an order the system throw an error Account determination for INT BSX__ __ Valuation class(FINI) not possible. I have checked the configuration in OBYC & find that in GBB Ram material consumption A/c has assigned in P/L nature without automatic posting.
In BSX Inventory change A/c in the nature of B/S with automatic posting allowed have been maintained
In GBB Consumption A/c in the nature of P/L without automatic posting have been maintained
Then what is the exact problem Tell me Gurus

To cost of good sold acount GBB (AUF)
i think ur doing mistake in assignment
because in question u have talk about raw material consumption

Outlook Integration - Not able to add a BP

Hi All,
when I try to add a new contact in a new BP through Outlook Integration, SAPBO gives this error message:
Errore # -5002 DI API : "Accounts ... is missing OCRD.DebPayAcct"
In "G/L Account Determination" table all accounts are ok, so I don't understand how I can resolve this error.
The strange thing is that Outlook Integration worked well until some time ago and we didn't update nothing!!!

Group calendars in outlook connector not possible ?

Hi,
JES5 and outlook connector 7.2.402.1 (outlook 2003)
A group calendar that I created in the UWC doesn't appear in the outlook connector, is the concept of 'group calendars' not supported in the outlook connector ? If not, is there already an RFE for this ?

Are we talking about the same thing here ? I'm talking about group calendars, not shared calendars. In UWC, you can define a group calendar of your own to which you add calendars of your colleagues (for example).
If I try to locate this group calendar by selecting my own user account via the subscribe tab, it says 'owner cannot subscribe to own calendar' so ...

Outlook Integration not working / add-on vs standalone

Hi,
We're on SBO 2007A SP01 PL07. In trying to roll out the O/I add-on, the built-in file did not work on workstations (Message: Cannot start Add-on) but does on the server.
The OI server install worked and in using the server as client workstation, OI the add-on works (don't get the above message).
Successfully installed the standalone file on workstations but then the snapshot templates aren't accessible... if they are, please advise how to do this.
Otherwise, any help in getting the basic add-on install file to work on the workstations, that would be great.

Solution: turned off the UAC on Vista workstations and the core add-on version (not standalone) kicked in.

MSA 50SP6: clicking on hyperlink does not open outlook mail system

Hello forum,
I've installed msa 50sp6 with a lot of hotfixes, but on some msa clients
I've the problem , that I cannot open a new email by clicking on a contact
person email hyperlink. Nothing happens, I just get into the Inbox/Email Assignments. But no new email message is created.
Does anybody know why ?
How can I suppress creating a new entry in assigment list ? What is this for ?

Hi Gerd,
There is no note relating to the issue for 5.0 Sp06. I thought the solution in the notes mentioned earlier in my reply may help you resolve the issue. Though the notes are particularly for a release, the solution may sometimes hold good for other releases too.

Is there any way to sync Outlook for Mac with iPhone? I have tried everything but not successful. Apple says it is not possible to sync contacts from Outlook for Mac to iPhone 5. Any help will be much appreciated.

Is there any way to Sync contacts from Outlook for Mac to iPhone 5? Apple support says that only iTune can only sync contacts from "Contact" which is the default contact of Mac. If one is running Outllok on a Mac machine then it is not possible to sync the contacts with iPhone. It is strange that Apple distributors are promoting and offering machines with promise that Windows users can now run MS Office on Mac machines without any problem. While this is true, it is so strange that one cannot sync the contacts from MacBook Pro to iPhone5. AddOn Outlook Integration do not run

I'm use SAP BusibessOne 2005 A SP01 PL 18, and i have installed the Outlook Integration add-On SP01 PL60 on my Windows XP Pro SP2 computer.
The installer run correctly and i have the menu of Outlook Integration in SAP BusinessOne.
But, when i try to connect with the menu SAP BusinessOne>Connexion in Microsoft Outlook 2003, a SAP BusinessOne message box display : the integration of Microsoft Outlook did not start because the users tables are not up to date....

I started again the installation of the software :
First, I install the Server Installer from SBO2005A-SP01-PL11 on my server: OK
Second, i register and install the Outlook Integration add-on SBO2005A-SP01-PL60 on my Client PC : OK
So, the add-on OI run correctly : i have edit the company settings and define snapshot templates in OI setting.
But, when i try to connect vis Microsoft Outlook 2003, i hahe always the message : The outlook integration do not start because the users tables are not updated.

Outlook integration-Layout files not found

Hi Experts,
I have installed Addon-outlook intgration successfuly and when i start B1 Create default templates popup comes and gives error like
BO2034: Layout files not found in folder 'C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\B1_SHR\AddOn\Microsoft Outlook Integration\Templates' i also check path but still gives above error.

Hi Sudhir,
There is a separate part of Outlook Integration that needs to be installed on the server. This includes the templates which get copied to a folder within the B1_SHR. On your SBO DVD or on the latest patch download you are using you should find a folder called Outlook Integration Server in the Packages folder. Run the Setup.exe on the server where the SBO server components are installed and this should correct your problem.

BI Integrated Planning: Not possible to enter new rows in Webtemplate

Hello Experts,
we are trying to use the BI integrated planning, in particular we want to use the manual planning functionality with new rows, that means we want to create new rows for combinations of characteristics for which no data has been entered / loaded yet.
To test this functionality, we´ve built a very simple example consting of
-     a real time info cube with 4 characteristics, 1 key figure and one time characteristic
-     an aggregation level which contains the 4+1 characteristics
-     an input-ready query
-     a web-template with an analysis grid, sth. to select the characteristics, eg. drop-down-boxes or a navigation pane and a button to save the entered data
But now it is not possible for us to create new rows to enter data. The error message that is displayed in the top of the screen reads No new row / column inserted, since not all characteristics have a lead column.
The strange (?) thing is, that if we use the navigation pane, it is possible to draw the time characteristic as the only element to the rows and then we can enter the time characteristic, but not the key figure !
We´ve succeeded in entering data for new rows using BexAnalyzer, but we really need this functionality within a web template.
Btw, I think we´ve done the necessary adjustements for the web template (e.g. for the analysis grid number of new rows and so on)
According to our SAP Basis Administration, the OSS-Note No 984601 has already been installed.
What do we have to do if we want to enter data in new rows ? We would already be happy with a simple example / how to to know what we have do to do to build a very simple web application !

Okay, it has been solved (answered by SAP-Support) ! It´s so easy: the only thing you have to do is to display only keys, no text, in the query !

please check the following as noted in the online documentation:
"You can enter plan data irrespective of whether data has been posted.
If no data is available in the analysis grid, you use input help to restrict the free characteristics to a single value or drag and drop the free characteristics into the rows. You cannot use characteristics in the columns and can use one structure only."

Database is not integrated; upgrade not possible

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade a 2005B database to SAP 8.8 version using the PL04 Upgrade.exe. One of the steps makes a previous test for Upgrade and show me a message error: " Database is not integrated; upgrade not possible" for the components "Common-Database, Add-ons and Help".
Does anybody knows how I can solve this issues?
