Msi after burn need help

Question

hi all my name is gio.
i have nvidia 9800 gt 1gb. pc have power suply p4 - 400wat
normaly withaout msia after burn software video cards cooler roll very slow.
video card need extra power with 6 pin. itested:
1 withaut extra power cooler rool fast but ofc pc not work.
2 with 6 pin extra power it rolls very slow but computer strarts normayly temp goes over 70 celsius
cause i use msi after bur i only use manuel fan speed control and it on 70 point cooler rool fast but
without gaming tem is very good it less than 40 c 37-40
but wehn i play game not mean extra good games i mean  contrac wars on facebook and battle for middle earth 1 strategy game after 30 40 min pc auto rebuting i think cause video card burning so what to do?
decrease core clokin  from softwawre?
