MSI CX70 freezes (?)

Good afternoon everybody,
Since 2 days I'm facing quite a big problem with my ( not even 1y old ) MSI CX70 laptop.
Whenever I run windows I'm able to use my laptop for a random amount of time before Windows simply freezes.
The taskbar freezes, I can't start anything and at this very moment, HD tune gets stuck aswell making my laptop pretty useless.
Things I already tried:
- Windows reinstallation ( tried Windows 8.1, 8 and 7 ( x64 legit MSDN ) )
- Removed my SSD and tested it in another computer ( is working fine )
- Removed my HDD and tested it in another computer ( is working fine )
- Executed chkdsk multiple times
- Executed sfc /scannow multiple times.
- Resetted BIOS to "optimized defaults"
- Unplugged the battery for 5 minutes
- Memtestx86 ( RAM seems fine )
- Disabled dynamic tick ( was listed as a solution by microsoft )
- Tried clean booting ( no effect )
- Tried installed as much as Windows updates as possible ( no effect )
- Tried installing ALL drivers for the installed Windows version ( no effect )
My MSI CX70 laptop has the following hardware:
- Intel Core i5-3210M
- Nvidia Geforce 640M ( and Intel interegrated GFX 4000 )
- 8GB ram
- 1TB HDD and 1 SSD ( replaced DVD drive with SSD )
And a custom BIOS I "bought" from here is flashed at this very moment.
Problem description:
After 2 days now Windows gets stuck after a random amount of use-time.
The taskbar simply doesn't respond anymore, and all opened programs get stuck.
That being said, when I plugin my USB3.0 flashdrive in my USB3.0 port, the drive does NOT get recognized by Windows ( but connecting a mouse is working just fine.. And connecting the flashdrive in any other 2.0 port is working just fine aswell )
I listed the things I could think of above, but nothing I did fixed my problem.
Did anybody else have such a problem?
Is anybody able to help me out with my problem?

[REQ] VT-X & NVidia Optimus - MSI CX70 0ND

Hello,
I need VT-X enabled on my laptop for school purpose, and basically I want to force-use my nvidia card instead of both the cards.
Is there a specific amount of donation required for such an action, or will any reasonable amount do?

MSI P67A-GD80 Motherboard (Split)

last thurday I purchased the p67a gb80 b3.
I'm using Bios 10.1 the latest, but I have the same problem not able to boot
my Corsair cmt4gx3m2a2133c9 at 2133mhz with two sticks.
my pc complete freezes and I need to clear the bios.
Boots on 1 stick 2133mhz okay.
for the time being my rams arew running at 1866mhz 1.66 volts.

The IMC natively supports 1333, anything above is overclocking and there is no guarantee that it will work. The gain from 1866 to 2133 is marginal at best when it does succeed and your own test with one memory stick having succeeded is probably an indication thet the Integrated memory controller is unable to handle more than 2GB RAM at those speeds. I am having almost the same issue but if i turn the switch of to power supply then press the power switch on mainboard it will boot
if i try to restart from windows it will not post if i try to turn power on with switch on case (antec 900) lights come on alot of sound but will not post, unless i use switch on motherboard it will not post at first it was random but its getting worse i tried the new bios 1.9 no luck
it works great other than i have to use power switch on motherboard for boot up
temps are normal, i have reseat the cpu, memory power cables nothing ran tests after test it all seems fine but it wont post with windows restart or power switch on tower

Since both problems and fixing has to do with the power supply unit (PSU), I would check power connections. Perhaps try with another PSU, but it sounds like if some devices share the wrong power line. Antec PSUs usually come with a manual, have a look there for good distribution of the cables/connections.
Could also be traces - metal debris - in the motherboard, that creates power "jumping".

MSI CX70 error using SCM and no more OSD

My OnScreenDisplay showing the setting for brigthness and loudness is not showing any more
Also if I try to enable SCM (autostart entry) then I get a red warning box at each Windows start

My laptop is iBuyPower valkyrie CZ-17 with MS-1762 motherboard (I think). Tech support said that the motherboard supports up to 1866MHz and I recently purchased Corsair Vengance 18GB (2x8) 1866MHz DDR3 amazon.com/gp/product/B009PV1ELO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Well, when I install it (both of them at the same time and individually as well with the 2 ram slots on the Mobo - also checked if it was seated properly) and the laptop turned on but the screen stayed black. After a bit of searching, I found out that the BIOS can be unlocked to allow up support up to 1866MHz. So my question is: is it possible for you to create a custom BIOS for my laptop? I will donate as requested.
Also, as for whether the RAM is actually compatible with the Mobo, I have no idea. Amazon description said that the RAm should be compatible with most DDR3 ram slot. I'm desperate now since I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the RAM since I like them so much and they are among the best ram with 1866MHz. Please advise.

Yes eventually, but i doubt that this will solve your issue
the ram should works with lower freq. too
unlocked bios can give you a options to customize memory timings and freq.
but this doesn't mean that can help to solve your non boot issue

IOS WebVPN AnyConnect keeps reconnecting

AnyConnect 3.1.05152 and 3.1.04063 reconnects about every minute on Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8.1 x32. This issue happens whether I'm connected via cable or wireless. Sometimes I see strange messages on the routers console depending on the client I use:

I've already tried to use rc4-md5 as SSL encryption in the gateway, but it didn't solve the problem.

So my FullTunnel session change to Clientless after 30 seconds, and back to FullTunnel. CSTP timer reaches 29 seconds and all repeats.

Re: MSI 785GM-E51 and memory modules problems -l- Split

I am using AMD PHENOM II 1055 125w CPU on MSI 785GM-E51. Memory Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1600 x4
I can put memory in slot 1 and 3 it will boot fine.
If I install DDR3 in slot 1 and 2 the system will not boot. If I full populate all the memory slots it will not boot
In both scenario's after the system does not boot and go back to just using slots 1 and 3 the system boot with CMOS checksum error and need to go in to BIOS setup. All the changes need to be made again, saved and exit and it reboots fine.
I have already attempted to setup the memory speed to 1333 and 1066 with no luck. Any ideas?
